I gave it one star because there just wasn't an option for zero. I set up an appointment to see the place and a couple of hours before I was supposed to meet they call me and say that they're going to change the time because of some other engagement which I found to be okay had no problem with it. I even went as far as to ask him since we're changing it can we change it to another time 11 so that I could get out of my hotel room and it wouldn't be you no driving back and forth for me. I got no answer for a long time and then later was told it how I was inconvenient and that they're not just showing them to anybody and I need to have the money ready go ahead and move in if I want to see the place. Well then I asked well how much are they running so I know what kind of money I need to be having if I'm going to come up there. At that point I was told what we need to just go see my husband because I'm busy at work okay thank you bye. So fast forward a week and a half later, I have what I feel was probably enough to go ahead and pull the trigger on the place if I like him when I see him so I called the guy again. Whereupon I am berated 4 changing the time and being such an inconvenience to him and costing him money for his construction workers that he works with. Now he wouldn't even consider renting to me. After this little wonderful plant into the character of the two that I've contacted about yellow leaf RV campground Apartments whatever the heck you want to call it, I can't imagine I would suggest this place to my worst enemy. May their pipes burst in the winter, and they're free on go floating freely out of their air conditioners in the summer.

We have stayed at this place several times in years past and enjoy it... it’s close enough to the job my husband comes to work at...the owners are very nice ... it’s always clean and plenty of spaces for campers...
