Awesome rv park with really awesome tent camp sites. Loved the layout of the park and that it was right across the street from the beach. The check in is at the general store and the people working there were very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

We got lucky got to sit at the last minute. It’s a beautiful area with a beautiful beaches and plenty of things to do. Campsites were nice and clean friendly people had to check in across the street so the little block was involved..

The RV portion of the resort is across the street from the lake, not on the lake, FWIW. Park is generally clean except for the bathrooms and showers which are not cleaned and maintained as often as they should. Toilets clogged, lights burned out, trash full for days on end. 5 mph speed limit unless you're an employee on a gator or golf cart, then you can go as fast as it possibly goes.

All good except site #186. Major slant everywhere except driveway, although 3 blocks high to level. Had to park elsewhere, to move picnic table to where car was parked; to not topple over, cups falling over. All sun, all day, couldn't put awning out because of tree. 3 trees:.5 " from open trailer door, and from open slide. (ALL OTHER SITES Satisfactory) Air Stream sites best I've ever seen, same for walk-in tent-camping, note for tenters, steep climb to your site, pack light.

I love trees, just not in RV parks when they block everything. This is the final boss for obstacles in RV parks. Be prepared to be tested. Also, one must employ strategy to making some turns. I mean wow. Laughably narrow sites if you do manage to get your rig pulled in. Kids abounding on bikes which adds some more spice to maneuvering in this excuse of an RV park. I just know it’s near the lake, but for $110/night? 50amp is nice though! One and done here, however. Nothing could bring me back here.

We arrived and checked in at the Lodge/gift shop/restaurant across the street which gave me a chance to grab a menu and a sneak peak at the gift shop. Beautifully maintained part of the forest, clean tents and hike-in wilderness camping. Our RV site was less congested than some but no complaints. Dog beach was available but the beach was small due to high water. Fabulous laundry facilities allowed me to get a couple loads done at reasonable cost. Dinner at the lodge was delicious and the drinks at the dog friendly sunset bar were pricey but staff was very fun! Staff in general were friendly and helpful!! A must stay. Best area on the sunset side of Lake Tahoe!!

We arrived around 6pm to find the check-in cabin at the entrance closed, with a note directing us to the gift shop across the road. The staff there checked us in and assigned our RV site. The restroom and shower facilities are superbly equipped, with hot water, indoor heating, plenty of space, and cleanliness. Tall trees naturally separate each site, providing a quiet environment during our stay. Zephyr Cove is just across the street, within walking distance. It's a fantastic place for van camping. Good location. Price is high, although it does come with great facilities and hookups.

If you like tiny sites, screaming kids with nowhere to play but the street and other sites, road noise and barking dogs this is the place for you. Check in (Friday of Memorial Day weekend) was a mess. You pull into the campground then have to go across the busy highway to check in which took quite some time. Then back across to wait for those parked in front of you to return so you can move. Our site was awful. It was so small and between the trees and the bollards to protect the pedestal, we couldn’t fully extend one slide of our trailer. We tried to move back and forth but we were absolutely as far back as we could go and if we went any further forward we couldn’t disconnect our truck and move it because the people directly across from us had the same issue and were partially in the road. The first night we were there the people next to us left their two large dogs out, tied to a tree, barking at whining all night long. When I called the after hours emergency number it referred me to 911. I did not call because bothering the police with a barking dog complaint didn’t seem appropriate. I left a message with my name and site number but never heard back. I did work out that problem with the neighbors the next morning who were very nice and apologetic saying they forget the dogs outside by accident. They were quiet after we spoke. The traffic around the park going into the beach is crazy busy. We finally walked down to the beach on Monday, Memorial Day around 5:30 pm. There were still huge crowds of mostly young people on the beach and the police were there breaking up a good sized fight that was going on. Went to the restaurant for dinner and that was another disappointment. No dinner menu. Lunch menu of sandwiches and burgers only. Verizon had one bar LTE and the Wi-Fi was nearly nonexistent, if that is something you require when traveling. All this for $100+ a night. I would never recommend this place.

That is definitely amazing place that you must be visit. We really enjoyed the long way to get there with the nice view. There are so many parking, place for picnic, BBQ but only thing I didn't feel convenient there is public restroom is not clean. However, we will back there soon

I know the location is 5 stars. I have information issue. If you plan to have more than one spot in the camp ground. Make reservation under one name. That way they will place you close to each other. I have four spots and we are all separated! If you boat, you can't part your trailer in the camp grounds. Now I have to pay a 150 a day for a slip plus parking for my trailer.

Really enjoyed this RV park. Staff was courteous and available. Restaurant was quick and the food was good. Location across from the lake was awesome.

This review is for the RV Park in the winter month. It's in a nice location, close proximity to South Lake Tahoe ski resorts. The site is clean. The shower is basically cold and the water is very slow. We tested most of the shower room and could not find one with comfortable hot water and good water flow. It's kind of disappointed. A hot shower is very important for us in winter months after a day of ski.

We stayed here on the 27th of November 2023. It was our first and hopefully last experience with an Aramark location, the high light of our stay was someone calling to inform us of where our late check-in packet would be. It was all downhill from there. We found our site and went to the bathrooms that were CIRCLED on the map we were given, which were completely locked. So we found a different set of bathrooms which were open, hoping to take a nice warm shower at the end of a long day on the road and to use the bathroom. 1 out of the 7 bathrooms had toilet paper... okay... I guess the covid-era toilet paper shortages still affect the Tahoe area, cleaning supplies must be limited too as neither the bathrooms or showers looked like they had been cleaned in days. Moving onto the showers, hair filled the drains and litter was scattered across the floor. The water never got hotter than luke-warm to cool, not to mention the water pressure was the equivalent to someone spitting on you, which is exactly what it felt like to stay here for almost 50 dollars a night in the off-season. I encourage you to go somewhere, anywhere else.
