Very clean and friendly staff. We had a bay view with plenty of space (40 ft 5th wheel). Sad to see it's closing. I know there's a new park opening, which I'm sure we'll check out at some point, but checking the new rates and it seems it will be a bit more expensive

Great facility. One of the nicest resorts we’ve stayed. Quiet and beautifully landscaped. Nice privacy between lots. Great amenities, pool, laundry, and extremely friendly staff.

As I come to expect with Sun RV Resorts this property is immaculate. The staff is amazing and most accommodating with a willingness to serve. Located on the San Diego bay there is easy access to the harbor, park and waters edge adjacent to the resort. It’s a short drive To Coronado, Old Town or the Midway aircraft carrier.

Beautiful large park with gorgeous views of ocean, beach park and marina from both sides. Quiet and immaculately maintained. Concrete level pads with space for car and picnic table/chairs. Nice pool, bathrooms, dog washing station and grassy community area to have a coffee from the Sat am Neff coffee truck or a sunset cocktail. Nice park to walk/play with your dog or play with the kids along the ocean/marina. Nice marina restaurant right next door. We are cyclists and rode in to downtown San Diego using the bike trail/lanes in about 30 min. Good grocery stores, etc within 5-10 min of park. Got dog groomed while there at Shampooch in Chula Vista and they were great. On the high end $$ for rv parks, but that is California for you. We loved this park and will definitely be back!

We love this park. The staff is very professional and friendly. We recently adopted a new puppy and the staff bring her treats everyday. The park is clean and well kept. They have a wonderful heated pool that is always ready for a swim. This is by far our favorite rv park.

I redid my review but it did not post. I am not disappointed in our stay, as I said the park is very nice! Except for our late back yard visitors it’s pretty quiet. And the park is okay for a quick walk or jog. Park is very nice, clean. Sites easy to get jn & out of. Pool looks very nice, too busy to go yet. Close to everything, short drives. DO not ask to be on a bay view sight! Try to avoid Sea Breeze sites. There is a public park right behind Sea Breeze and cars & music are there most of the evening as soon as it’s dark, blasting their music, clearly drinking alcohol, pissing behind their cars - facing the RV park. songs playing very loudly.

Sunset view from the park and near the Bay. A lot of snowbirds. Reserve a space early. Friendly staff and clean. Laundry rooms and gym. Gym currently closed due to Covid.

Great place. They are closing as of April 1. The new park is Costa Vista and down the street so same area. unfortunately California COVID restrictions only allow essential workers(which we are), full time RV or staying for 14 days. Impressed because even though they are closing in April they are still maintaining the park and grounds. The public park right next door makes this a great place to stay. Very peaceful, lots of walking paths, biking paths are plentiful and a fishing pier right outside gate. The pull thru sites are larger for the big rigs. Other sites are ok but not long enough for our 40 ft Motorhome and car. Enjoying our stay here.

Enjoyed our time here. Check in was easy you just grab your packit when you arrive. They have a schedule of things at the resort you can do. They have light up bike night. One evening you can get Hawaiian shaved ice. This place has full hook ups and separate bathroom and shower buildings that are coded. Also a dog run. We enjoyed the beautiful weather and walking by the water. Fun trip. They have a gift shop that we got some icecream and some souvenir stickers for our camper. Each site has picnic benches too.

Very clean, quite gated Rv resort, steps away from marina. Nice little bike path. Employees are very friendly. Nice little dog areas. No worries if you forgpt to pack something they have a cute little store with all your needs.

Very nicely situated resort overlooking the marina. Couple minutes walk to the water from any space on the resort. Weather is always beautiful, sometimes cold if you come from warmer parts of the country like us (Palm Springs). Great experience, will come back for sure 👍
