Very nice clean RV park by the San Diego bay. Has pool, laundry facilities, horse shoe pits, & bbq area. Has cool spots overlooking the marina. Prices are reasonable, excepts good sam discount.

Excellent location with a great pool, well equipped gym, fun rec room, and all on the waterfront! I am very happy this place is still here as the waterfront redevelopment placed it's future in question . Keep up the good work!

Dont ever go here, that way I will always have a spot. This place is near perfect and well run. We were part of a large group and they met every need for us. The staff is well trained ed, very competent, courteous, and professional. A true pleasure. Sites are large enough, and they are maintaining it well. They are set to close permanently in Sept 2020 and they are hoping this coincides with their smaller park. Being built a couple blocks away.

Very clean. Nice cement spots. Right next to a marina, grass park, pet friendly. Swimming pool, horse shoe pits, a putting green. A sunset pavilion with rocking table chairs. Laundry, propane, fitness room, Trolley stops and a grocery store & boutique ...this place has it all. Absolutely beautiful.

The people we talked to were so nice when making the reservation, I really wanted to give them a great review and 5 stars. However, the park and the amenities just don't warrant more than 3 stars. There are always jets taking off loudly (not their fault, but noisy none the less). A public beach behind them that has ice cream vendors and crowds with their chimes and noises and there just isn't a lot to do. The dog run was not ever cleaned or hosed down over the 3 days we were there so by the last day, my dog didn't even want to go in it because it smelled so bad (with the astro turf even when people clean up after their dogs it needs hosing and the urine smell was gagging). They are great about picking up the trash though and their store is well-stocked. Bathrooms and showers are community and not the nice private ones Sun's newer resorts have. If we ever needed a stop for the night, we might do it again but would never choose it as a destination as we do the Sun Resorts in Paso Robles. I appreciate the reply from the owner. Another thing I didn't mention because I didn't know if it was your decision or if it was mandated of you but it was really disappointing that they said no BBQ's or fires, even in closed containers. Most of the meals we bring are meant to be cooked outside. And yes, you will see us again - in Paso Robles! ;>)

Really cute resort with very pleasant staff. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the bathroom cleaning needs improvement. Early Saturday morning the 3rd stall had poop on the toilet seat. The next stall had sneaker prints on the seat. Paper towel dispenser and soap were both empty. We just left mid day Sunday and nothing has been cleaned or filled. We were at Pechanga RV two weeks ago and they cleaned twice a day on the weekends. When we checked in our picnic table was dirty and covered with charcoal. Mgmt. sent omeone out to clean it. The trash can was also full. Still, the grounds are beautiful, lots of kids and the pool a ton of family fun. The Kona Shaved Ice truck was a hit! I just think we shouldn’t have to call and their staff should be cleaning the resort regularly for their guests:

Nice RV park. Very quiet. Lots of privacy between most sites. Very clean in all areas. Easy access to Bayside Park and the Marina thru a locked gate.

Chula Vista is a very attractive and quiet RV resort in a lovely location next to the Marina. It is well laid out and privacy between each site is excellent due to the hedges and plants. The resort is exceptionally clean, including the restrooms. The pool and spa also appear well kept and clean. The staff are very professional, helpful and efficient. Communication with the checkin process was seamless. Overall a very well run site which I will be sure to recommend to my friends and family

This resort is now owned by Sun Resorts. They have some of the same employees from the previous owners. When we stopped by they had lots of people there doing upgrades to the property. However the awesome slide swings are gone.

Clean prices are good for the area. Both bathroom & laundry room are always clean. The staff are very pleasant. Keep in mind they will be closing permanently beginning of next year. Walking distance to restaurant and Marina.

This is a great place. We've been coming here for years. The park closes in February so they can build a Convention Center condos and huge Hotel Remember this is Chula Vista. It won't seem like it after this development. It seems overly large development for the area. Hope to see you at some other nice park although many are disappearing.

We loved this resort! It was beautifully maintained and had great amenities! Great little store, nice pool,great views of the marina. We love to karaoke and on Fridays they host karaoke outside on the beautiful grass area overlooking the water. So fun! They have a great dog wash station for those who need it, something that I thought was very cool. Everyone was very friendly when we took our walks. We stayed here in a 38 foot fifth wheel. Definitely recommend.

We've stayed at many So-cal RV parks, Chula Vista blew them out of the water. The grounds are immaculate. The spots are spacious and we'll maintained. The pool was such a great bonus!
