We have been coming to this park for 3 years and book a year in advance. The property is very nice and clean lots of activities. My only complaint is we requested a corner space or to be in a certain row we got neither very disappointing as we are looking at Parking spaces which we had told them last year we did not want, we are here for 5 1/5 weeks not happy. Will rethink next year even thou we have already put a deposit down. This was our favorite park and still is just poor management. Talked with the manager today she worked very hard to get us a better spot so we didn’t have to look at a parking lot. I appreciate everything she did we will definitely be returning to Chula Vista in the future.

Very nice, but tight. They only have 3 dog areas with fake grass and they smell like pee so bad, poor dogs. Our dogs won't go near it and only have the streets and sidewalks to go on. Very sad, not very pet friendly as the grass they do have is not for pets. Kids go around like crazy and run people over on the sidewalks, even though all the sidewalks say no bicycles. No one is around to enforce apparently. A bit like the Wild West. More of a parenting issue really.

Really nice park, awesome staff. 2 doggie fence parks, one close to the laundry room and one at the left end of the park, shower for for doggies water bowls in each doggie park. The only bad side is fake grass and it stinks. Access to the public park behind it, you can go and walk there and see the ocean, won't recommend to swim really dirty water. Wi-Fi comes and goes not bad. Swimming pool is awesome. Recommended 100%

It was our first RV park and we loved it. It was really green and very close to the ocean. There seem to be a lot of long term renters and it was fun to stroll through the park at night and hear people talking and kids playing. The bathrooms were ok but not the cleanest - the park was very full though and we arrived late afternoon. It is on the more expensive side but that’s to expect with the location.

This place is amazing. Very clean, well kept grounds, bathrooms and pool. Tons of activities for kids and adults. There is live music on a nice grassy area. Highly recommended place if you are camping in San Diego. Minutes from downtown, Petco Park and the trolley. Easy access to TJ, too.

As usual this place offers lots of fun things to do from candy bingo to karaoke. They have live concerte and so much more!!! Its so beautiful and awseome views!

This is a private RV camp ground with paved sites and full hookups. Some sites are small. The management does not allow you to reserve a specific site which I feel it the only drawback of the park. This park also has 3 very small dog areas. It would be nice it one was bigger so the dog could actually play.

Right on the San Diego Big Bay in the Chula Vista Marina, with lots of fabulous landscaping and great paths to meander along! Within walking distance of a few nice restaurants. Each RV space is separated by thick hedges, and it is obvious that everything is carefully maintained. Will definitely return!

Meticulously maintained park. Awesome location, quiet, beside marina, pretty much on the water, miles of waterfront walking/biking trails, and close to train system and major attractions. Very friendly staff, super clean facilities, and gardens, flora, greenery that make this place so beautiful. I would give it a five star, except that the sites can be tight, but that seems to be the norm in the “urban” RV parks. If you want to visit San Diego, I would definitely recommend this park.

This is the one of the prettiest most well-maintained RV parks in San Diego County. Even the laundry room is decorated, clean and inviting. The dog areas have seating and even those motion rockers with tables so you can let your dog play while you have a nice lunch or chat with friends. The landscaping is lovely and the pool area is sparkling clean. There are restrooms near by the pool and there are usually doughnuts on weekend mornings. There's a wonderful Park right behind it where you can fly kites or just go for a walk by the water. On the other side is the marina so you can go out to eat or just take a stroll and look at all the pretty boats.

This is one of our family's most favorite destinations. Gorgeous, well manicured grounds which includes a sparkling pool and spa. Large lots with plenty of room for your rig and a car. All sites have a picnic table. Full hook-ups. There is a work out room with top of the line equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, weights etc...) with a TV to watch while you exercise. There is also a game room. They have a large assortment of books that you can borrow or exchange. There are so many amenities, it's hard to list them all: huge laundry room, a pet washing station, several areas to bring your pet to go potty, an entrance to the beach behind the park which you enter by entering the code supplied by the park. All of the restrooms and pool area are accessed by using this same code. There is a small store/boutique right in the park where you can purchase anything you may have forgotten to pack as well as souvenirs. Fun, laid back atmosphere!

We've been full timing for 7 months now and this resort is by far the best for me. The grounds are meticulously maintained.. beautiful landscaping with attention to detail. Everyone is very nice. Location is amazing... directly across the street from the bay....love to walk the dog at the park. Sites are tight but not impossible for our 43 ft rv and tow vehicle. Gated park with a good restaurant within walking distance, small store for supplies and a boutique. Highly recommend..well worth the extra $

This resort is very nice, been coming here for years. Has inside and outside areas for group gatherings. Nice clean dog areas, one with a dog bath. It's located and shared with the Marina. A little park outside the gates along the water with nice walking area for exercise or taking dogs for a walk.
