The park itself is very well kept and is nice, but it's not in a great surrounding location. There is no beach access, however you are a short drive to some nice beaches. The heated pool is a plus for the kids, and the park itself is very dog friendly.

The park staff is very friendly and the amenities are excellent! However, I am from a quiet mountain community so naturally I don't care for the constant road traffic on the RV park boundaries. We happen to be in site 40 and the noise from the state park right next to us goes on until about midnight between all the people and constant traffic. There is a view of the bay but all the activities take away from it.

My husband got diagnosed with cancer and we had to travel to the San Diego area at the last minute for treatment...during the holiday season. We tried multiple parks, but the Chula Vista RV Resort was the only place that seemed to even care or want to help. Not only did they find a space for us during a very busy time, they personally watched for a cancellation to let us stay longer, then bent over backwards to help and make things as positive as possible for us in what was an extremely difficult time. I can't thank them enough for their help and their kindness and would recommend this resort to anyone. The grounds are fantastic, location perfect, and staff exceptional.

Fantastic place to be. Just like a home away from home. Facilities were great and staff all the way from the top to the bottom was wonderful and friendly. The gardeners were so happy and pleasant. Every thing with in easy access. Our dogs loved it too. Looking forward to arriving again in Feb.

What a fantastic park/resort. Sits directly on Chula Vista yacht skips on San Diego Bay, and the 6 acre oceanfront park is right outside the gate with miles of paths. Staff here are extremely helpful, making you feel very welcome. Park is quiet and guests friendly. The grounds are immaculate, spots large and with privacy landscaping. Pet potty areas are gated and clean. Walk to the pet friendly Galley at the Marina next door for great food, live music, awesome happy hour and best fish tacos!! With the park coupon, get delicious breakfast for two for $8.99. We will be back here soon.
