Its clear that this RV park is on its last legs. No investment, no people at check in. Broken toilet block (main toilet block still working). My check in was very confusing and took about an hour (perfect storm of no-one having the right information). The organization, maintenance facilities are not great at all, location is good, also worth mentioning is that all the people that work here are super super nice friendly and willing to help!! (if you manage to find them)

I started my stay by pulling up to the rv lot like it says to in the email. I was then told at the rv lot I need to go check in at the front desk(this could have easily been stated in the email and saved me a 30 minute walk) once I was checked in I was told my room key “should” work(it did not and it sounded like she knew it wasn’t going to) I was also given the wrong code so that night when I got back to the lot I had to make a call to the front desk and have them send someone to open the gate while I sat in the cold and waited. The security officer then gave me the correct code instead of someone giving it to me over the phone. To top it off when I went to use the restroom and showers the first one o went to had an out of order sign on the door the sevens one the keypad didn’t work and when I finally got in the third bathroom it looked like something out of a saw movie. There is mold everywhere it is literally the more disgusting in there than a New York City subway. Next time I bring my RV to camper I would rather stay an hour off the strip then stay here. I went and gambled and ate at a different casino every night because why would I give more money to a place that robbed me 90$ a night for a piece of pavement with disgusting facilities.

Good location, safe. Not really walking distance to a lot of places but close enough to several others. Bathrooms were clean and gate was secure

Very disappointed. It is obvious the Circus Circus RV park is run by a “bunch of clowns” Upon arrival there is no one to let you in. Not even a Ringmaster. You either do circus acerbates to dodge the gate as someone is leaving or leave your rig in the “driveway” and go in do the maze thru the casino to even find the front desk where you are directed to a kiosk. The check in kiosk did not work. It’s at this point you realize what the meaning is behind a “3 ring circus” is, aka total chaos. Finally someone helped us at the desk, got a site number. Once we got back to our rig, got in our site. Attempted to hook up. Electrical made a horrible clicking sound. We disengage right away. Re parked in the site next to us. We needed the air conditioner on it was 105 out. We called and was placed on hold, waited, finally got the site reassigned to the one we were occupying. Entering and Leaving we had to be very careful as they has speed bumps and deep drains. (Who does that at the entrance of an RV park?)and Oh did I mention, the dried vomit on our the ground right outside our door. ?

What a dump. This place is expensive and falling apart. The showers are awful and dirty. When you check in theire is Noone in the area and have to check in on a kiosk and the machine is suppose to give you a key card for the bathroom and it did not. You have to call the hotel and they are less then friendly and was told I had to walk a long way to the hotel to get a card to get in the bathroom. This place cost about 180 bucks for two days and not worth it at all.i do want to thank the maintenance man for being nice enough to open the bathroom and being so friendly. DONT STAY HERE, ITS AWFUL and not worth the money

Nothing but problems. Staff rude and wouldn't help. Moved 4 times and electrical falty. When maintenance guy told me they already new this the front desk Mgr said he shouldn't have told us. All around horrible experience. Also hotel very run down. We stayed here 49 years ago and thought it would be nice to see it again, but everything awful.

I'm an experienced Italian camper. One star is too much. This is literally an expensive parking lot. Paying such a lot of money, the service really needs to be a lot better. You are just profiting from everyone because of the location. The water is always warm, there are no laundry machines, no WiFi, the showers are dirty and the bathrooms are partly closed. Come to Italy to learn how to look after campers and the parking or even the prettier American campsites.

This place sucks. There’s no laundry, showers or wifi, even though the website advertised those amenities. There’s no personnel at the RV park grounds, everything is automated and computerized. The common bathroom/showers was very dirty and there was no working shower at the pool. There were no services at the rv park, everything was inside the casino or the hotel. This is something most people should know because we thought there would be at least one person at the campground. It was not worth it even if it was on the strip.

Walking distance to everywhere needed. Great location. Needs some maintenance but everything worked. Circus circus definitely needs some love and you don't need to walk through it necessarily. Right across the new fountain Bleu. And next to the Conrad. Both great hotels. Close to the Wynn Encore which are correctly the best.

Utterly trashed parking space, not an RV park. There is no one present for check in or security. Automated check in kiosk will not work because the emailed confirmation # is different from the hotel's internal system, so expect to hike 1km to the lobby. Employees had no idea there was a gate code for RV entry, so no help there. See photos for some dried blackwater spill that was never cleaned up. If you can get on Nellis AFB, their spotless, fully functioning RV park is only $27/night.

Ok so here is the deal... Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before booking. Here is my experience. To get in the park you have to pick up a phone beside the gate. Worked perfectly. Inside you have to do a self check in at a terminal. It said that I had to pay an additional fee, so I called the staff with the phone in the same room. He checked me in and no extra fee was added! I would recommend that if you are unsure at the terminal. No bathrooms, no toilets, no showers, no laundry. Absolutely everything is out of order. They even removed all the washers and dryers out of the room, so I guess they don't put them back soon or ever again... All together a pretty expensive parking lot with electric/water and sewer.

This place is awful. I reserved single nights on either end of a trip to and from California. The gate is not manned. No campground reception. You must use the house phone to get the gate code and assigned spot. I was on hold for 20 minutes average. On the return night our assigned site was occupied. We parked nearby and walked to the hotel reception (quite a walk). They try to get you to use the self serve kiosks. They weren't happy when I insisted on a real person. I was lectured for leaving my rig in another site. After some challenging conversation I was assigned a different site and assured the rig in my assigned site would be moved (it never was). Newly assigned site the electric didn't work. I sat in the truck running the AC for the next long wait on hold. Ultimately I was moved again... to a back in site. Now mind you, I don't mind back in. Originally I booked back in. But when speaking to a Circus Circus agent about reservation details she insisted I upgrade to pull through...at more than double the price. Now I'm in the back in having paid more than double. My family went to use the shower facilities. One shower house is "under repair" and closed. The only open shower house had one operational shower; one operational toilet. No TP. No paper towel. Upon return from my travel I emailed Circus Circus Customer Service to explain the scenario and request a refund of the difference in price paid and that of the lower cost back in I ended up with. Crickets. No response. At this rate I'd recommend booking a room for the night at MGM. They have large rig parking available.

This dumpster fire is $90 plus a $35 hidden resort fee. Self check-in is a joke. Called the desk for help and no one answered. I finally parked and plugged in, then left to get some food. When I got back, their breaker surged and my AC was off. The motorhome was hotter than Hades. Thank God my doggy wasn't in there or he would be dead!!!!!! Surge messed up medical equipment we must have. Not to mention it took all night to cool down. TOTALLY UNSAFE AND HORRIBLE. Repairs needed everywhere. All the bathrooms (except one men's room) were out of order. No ADA-compliant way to exit the facility with your rig. I will never ever go back. I'd rather stay off the strip and Uber in. 👎🏻👎🏻

Stayed here for 3 days. They do not have anyone working the rv park it’s all over the phone or automated and extremely inconvenient since the bathrooms are not useable unless you go get a key card inside the casino and the other bathrooms were out of order. The pool chairs are so old they are all falling apart, the place is dirty there is NO shade from the 116 degree weather. Everything is overpriced and low quality. This casino looks like it has given up.

The check-in process is automated with a kiosk. You are unable to check in until 2 PM. They had 2 kiosks. One was offline. Once I was able to check in, the line had 5 plus customers waiting. A friend came in later. At that time, both kiosks were offline. We had to walk to the hotel registration to check in, which was on the opposite end of the property. Once I checked in, the site was OK. The campground is OK as long as you don't need support. Otherwise, it's not customer friendly.
