RUN DOWN NEEDS MAINTENANCE They will charge you an additional $35/day resort fee making it over $120 / night for a parking lot. There is NO LAUNDRY and NO JACUZZI as advertised. Half the bathrooms are closed and the place is not well maintained. There is a basic pool, but you have to call for code. It is quiet, clean and safe. There is no staff on site. For the price and what we got, I would not stay there again.

If I can say 0 star I will, don’t come to this parking, we are right now trying to open the bathrooms with the codes that they provide because we called them, and the codes are not working and on top of that to get in contact with someone to help you, you have to wait they to transfer you to someone else just they to give you a wrong code I will continue posting this is just arriving

Check in was impossible, at the gate they have a phone. It you call you will get a number for the gate, we called 2 times and got 2 codes that didnt work. Eventually inside in the park is a self check-in machine, you need a ID/Passport and your confirmation code, ofcourse we didnt get one. So you have to walk 15 min (it was burning hot) to the hotel where they can help you. After all that we got to the site, and the electrical hookup didnt work. Staff was just not helpfull and security is rude. For the price and location just not acceptable...

It’s true like others say it’s just a parking lot. We enjoyed the rv parks own pool and had a great time accessing the Circus Circus amenities like the Splash Zone. We plan to return when the kids are older to enjoy the adventure dome and big water slides. I didn’t appreciate the unattended gate that caused some delay getting in when we checked in.

The closest you’ll get to anarchy on the strip! Look, you have two options when you come in. Do the obvious thing: Try to check in with their malfunctioning kiosks, end up parking in a spot yourself, and then hiking to the hotel lobby to be told you’re an idiot for not following the instructions of using the kiosk to get your parking spot and here’s the spot you now have to move to. Or, I guess you could park your trailer on the curb, make the hike to the front desk, get called an idiot, and still not get the bathroom code. Save yourself the hassle and just park. Nobody else knows what’s going on. The security there either doesn’t know what spot you're “supposed” to be in, or they just don’t care. It doesn’t matter. Just park. You know what size spot you paid for. The front desk seems to think the spots are assigned, which is interesting because when you make your reservation you choose a size range (40-55ft, for example) but don’t actually get to point out that you cannot fit in the 40ft spot and need to be in a 50ft. The front desk will not hear anything outside of telling you what spot you should be in and what the problem is what the spot you’re actually in - it went from someone else was supposed to be there, to the water doesn’t work, to the power doesn’t work (it did!). Good luck getting the bathroom/shower code. We never learned it, nobody else ever learned it. So, hey. The closest to anarchy you’ll find on the strip. Surprisingly peaceful until you go to the front desk and get called an idiot, and now we have a budding revolution. Two stars because it’s a parking lot with 50 amp hookups and what else do you really need beside the AC?

Great place just sucks to get your bikes stolen Get a chain tag and inside your rv so they won’t take them Sucks I’m under camera and staff/security can’t tell me what time the got stolen I’m concerned that the people who took the bike made it ok because one bike was low on air I hope he made it safely

A nightmare. We tried to check in at the kiosk but it was not working. A security guard told us to just park in any spot. We parked and set up (there were plenty of open spaces - probably a bad sign). Went to the front desk to formally check-in and to get the code to the pool (which was dirty with limited, old, and worn-out lounge chairs - and a non-functional hot tub). Upon checking in, we were told we have to move to a new spot because the electricity was not working in the spot that we were in (but it was working just fine). Another visitor was told to go park in the same exact new spot that we were told to move to. We packed up and left to get a hotel room. Didn't even bother to ask for a refund. Not worth the fight. Just a shame that this is the only option for an RV Park on the Strip. I guess they know that they have the upper hand.

I made my reservation online. I booked a 50 amp spot for a 43’ fifth wheel. We got here and they tried to give us a 40’ spot. Then they put us in a spot with 30 amps, AND the electricity was out. We talked to someone that was checking the electricity. They moved us to another spot with 50 amps. All good until 3 days later. Now we don’t have water due to a construction issue, BUT no one let us know. We went up to the check in area, and it’s closed with no one inside. So you have to go to the hotel and stand in the long line. We are in the process of finding another park as we are here for 3 more nights. I highly recommend NOT staying here. It’s just a parking lot with utilities that don’t seem to work all the time. They need to tear this RV park down, or upgrade. Very disappointed, and will never stay in any of the Circus Circus locations. Oh and there is a gate code, but they change every few days. No one let us know. We found out there was a new code from another person staying here. If I could give no stars, I would!!!

We stayed because it looked like only place on strip for rvs. But the amenities online are not true. No laundry services available and bathrooms were nasty. Also, says 24/7 security, not so true our bikes were stolen.

We came just before summer season so was real quiet. Easy access. Nothing fancy just a sea of concrete but if you want to park near the strip with your Rv this is the place. The bathrooms near us were closed so we had to walk clear across to office to use the amenities they were clean and secure.

We had paid in full for full hookups 2 months ago on their website. We received an email confirmation. We pulled into the RV Park at 5:30pm today. There were 2 security guards at the gate. They asked us if we had a site number. We said no. None was given with our confirmation. We were then told to pick up a white phone to call to check in. We asked where we should park so to not obstruct traffic. The one guard walked away and said to the other guard “I’m not talking to this guy” referring to my husband. So we pulled over and I got out to find this phone. As I did, both security guards chain locked the gate and left. I was on hold for 25 minutes listening to Circus Circus music. No one ever answered. My husband eventually walked to the hotel to try and find someone to help. No one knew. He waited in line to talk to a manager. 2 hours later, we arrive at our site. The electric at the site doesn’t work. After trying the electric on both sides of our site, one worked and the other did not work. For $75 a night, You couldn’t pay me to stay at this RV Park again.

Location, Pool and Playground ! The location is behind Circus Circus with access to the casino and water park, $10 daily access. No working laundry!! There is the Deuce bus right outside the casino which was handy to get down the strip. There were many many sites not having working taps for water connection and electricity issues. We couldn't be near our friends because there were so many non operational sites and the park was only half capacity. We saw many vehicles come after hours and not be able to find an operating site. Luckily we had maintenence come and find us a site in work hours. Laundry and spa not operational, which was really disappointing as we planned on doing alot of washing. The recommended laundromat was in a very unsafe area and I would not be going there.

Location, Location, Location!!! This RV park is nothing fancy but the location is great and it's a short drive from the I-15, that makes the location great also, no driving a large RV through heavy traffic. Once there it's a quick walk to the entertainment of Circus Circus and a short walk to the strip. Wow, we found our RV park for our trips to Las Vegas. Location, Location, Location!!!

This place was a little tucked away but they had plenty of spaces and let us take our pick. The bathrooms were fine and the water was very hot. The shower heads in the women’s room were very low though so if you are tall it might be a challenge. They let us use the resort pool for free because the RV pool was closed. It was very quiet here and got okay shade from the resort at different times of the day. We would come back here for the convenience of access to the strip.

This is not a park - it's a parking lot. And that can be fine - we live full-time in our rig and have stayed in plenty of suitable and reasonably-priced parking lot "campgrounds." But this place. . . The intro convo with the registration staffer started with a no-eye-contact, monotone, "Do you have a reservation?" It was all downhill from there. When shown the map, it went something like (and this is a pretty direct quote): "These are the closest restrooms, they are out of order. The laundry is closed - here's a list of places nearby. The pool is closed - you can use the one at the hotel. We don't have WiFi." Then, "Do you have bikes?" When we replied yes, she said "Read this." This being a brief statement instructing us to keep our bikes INSIDE our RV when not in use. In other words - there's a good chance your bikes will get stolen, but it'll be on you if they do. If we weren't in town for one night to go to a show at the T-Mobile Arena, we would've just left. As pretty much the only game in town, it was almost $100 a night. The pedestal was unsteady and nearly toppling and there was a pile of garbage in the bushes at the back of our site. Save your money, reserve a spot at one of the AMAZING state or BLM properties in the vicinity, and make the drive in and out. Negative stars if that were an option.
