Three bathroom buildings on the property, two were closed. Shower was hot, but quite dirty. Never saw a single staff member working in the ~20 hours I was there. I was never given a card for the person door at the park, so I don't know if it worked or not, each time entering/leaving (on foot or the vehicle) I had to use the gate code for vehicles. It could use a couple fresh coats of paint. I didn't use any of the hookups, but they looked in working order. That being said, I added back a star and rounded up my 1.5 star review because it was very convenient and the only park of its kind on the strip. Make sure you check in before 4:30 because the instructions to call security for a "late check in" frustrated many guests before and after me.

It is so nice to have a place on the strip to park your RV Even though it's not in the main area, you can catch the monorail or even closer. The deuce bus that stops right in front of the casino The dog park is nice to have 1 in dirt with goat heads not fun and a smaller area with astroturf. Bags and cans provided. Part of the park can see the sphere Perfect location to enjoy Las Vegas When arriving stop at security shack just past red and white top building Don't go to where it says Entrance that is for something else

It’s nice that it’s close to the strip, but I was here about 10 or 15 years ago. I think it was a KOA then and it was a really nice RV park if you like paved RV parks which I don’t much care for, but it was clean it was neat and It was well run and now it’s really rundown, it feels bad, many or most of the sewer lines have no caps, door to one bathroom is laying on the ground. Two of the three bathrooms are closed. Many of the posts with electrical and water are falling apart and most leaning over like they have been knocked down and never put back right. The rows aren’t marked making it hard at night to see which row you are supposed to be in. You gotta go through eight speed bumps in just a very short time just to get in the gate, they had the gate fairly closed. I almost scraped the side of my trailer trying to get through and the lady was not nice to us at the front desk and the park was probably 80% empty and she put us right between 4 other trailers with people that smoke and too tired to fuss or ask to move as we are only here for one night, so I’m being nice giving it two stars, the place looks really rundown and really sad but on the good side you can walk down to the strip.

I can’t say for sure , but perhaps the worst RV Park in Las Vegas is at Circus Circus. This dismal, depressing stretch of concrete turned out to be a horrible place to stay. I was traveling in my van in the area and made an impulsive decision to stay here since I wanted to shower and use the laundry facility. After getting set up in the bleak parking lot, I told myself that one night wouldn’t be bad. I prepared to shower. I gathered my necessities, made my way across the parking lot, selected a shower stall, turned on the water and stripped down. After a minute or so, I I checked the water temperature. Hmmm, still cold. I waited a few minutes, and… still cold! It was obvious that the water was never getting hot! I dressed, gathered my stuff and went to office to report the problem. The staff member told me she would call maintenance and directed me to another shower further out in the RV parking area. This time, I checked the water first before undressing. Guess what? It was cold too, and the facility was dirty and poorly maintained. I returned to the office to report this as well. I was informed that maintenance had already been called. “how long until they arrive?”, I asked. “I don't know” was the reply. I returned to my van, where I could watch the office, and waited. And waited, for over an hour. At this point I returned to the office and inquired again. I was told that it could be today or the next day before maintenance arrived. With this development, I asked to speak to the manager. The staff person called the assistant hotel manager and handed me the phone. I explained the situation and the fact that a shower was one of my primary reasons for visiting. They offered me a room at a slight discount. I declined and suggested they provide me a room to shower in and discount the expensive nightly “camping” fee to compensate for their lack of amenities. After arguing this for several minutes, the assistant manager reluctantly granted my request. I was told to report to one of the hotel towers, where I’d be directed to a room where I could take a shower. To their credit, this was the best thing they did for me. It was not short walk to the hotel tower from the RV Park, but once more I gathered my gear and set out for my shower and was finally able to bathe. This ordeal had taken several hours, and by the time I finished showering the laundry room was closed. I resolved to get up early and do my laundry and never return to this dreadful spot. The next morning I had to wait around until after 9:00 a.m. for the laundry room to open. When it did finally open, there was no way to get change for the machines. Once again, I sought assistance in the RV office and was told they couldn’t make change, and was directed to the casino. Sigh. I took another long walk to the casino, but they were unwilling to give change either and directed me to the attached mall. After trying several stores, I finally found one that would give me change and was able to return and finish my laundry. After I returned home from my road trip a few weeks later, I reviewed my credit card statements online looking for the discount that Circus Circus had agreed to refund to me. What a surprise, no refund found! I had to call Circus Circus guest services and relay the entire story to be granted $10 off my nights stay.

It’s a parking lot . I am sure during summer/warmer weather the pool at the hotel would be nice to utilize . $10 per day per person is a good deal , we won’t be utilizing it because it’s too cold . The RV”park” itself could use a lot of updating . No WiFi , no laundry (even though it’s advertised to have it), bathrooms not in use and the one that was is not clean. I wouldn’t shower nor have my child shower in them (posted photos of women’s showers) . The park is nice to have if it wasn’t also filthy, my son’s hands were black after playing on it for 5 minutes (posted pictures) . All in all we could have stayed in an open parking lot and dry camped it for the night for free. We are moving today to a better kept place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. That is why I’m giving this place a star.

Not fancy, at all, but close to lots of great Vegas spots. Easy walking to Vegas attractions. Restrooms are fine but not nice. Laundry is cheap but again not well cared for but our clothes came clean! Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Yeah, there is no WiFi. Yeah, the Reception of the hotel is a 10 min walk away (when you arrive after 4.30 pm, don't waste your time trying to call someone from the gate phone! Just park there and go to the reception of the Circus Circus.) BUT... it is very close to the strip, it has a pool and you have full hook up! I can recommend this place!

It was great. It’s in the city. It’s not far to the strip. You can walk there or take an Uber/taxi for about 10$. They have pool that’s really nice because of the hot temperatures there. The restrooms were fine and clean.

We paid $75 per night for a place for a Large RV. The territory is spacious. There is a Dump Station, electricity and fresh water. There is also a toilet and shower on site. Went here at night. It is necessary to reserve a place in advance.

RV park is old, sad, depressing. The pool area doesn't have bathrooms and shower is blocked off. No wifi, no shade. Would be great to have shade trees artificial vegas style would be fine. It's understandable there are no actual trees but shade trees would save electricity and make the place cuter. Also they canceled my reservation and I was notified by being sent a confirmation for my reservation...it wasn't until I looked at the email 3 times that I saw at the very bottom it was cancelled. You might want to lead with that ...casino stinks of smoke and is old looking. Mail service was difficult. Never staffed, mangers didn't have keys to help when staff was away. The staff was very kind and did their best to help, but the overall organization of the place sucked.

This place was nothing more than a parking lot. The engineers/ maintenance people were lovely. Pool was a nice temp. Pet area was gross. My little dog wanted nothing to do with it. No grass. No shade anywhere. Water was always hot. Bathrooms were almost always shutdown. NO WIFI. In this day and age. No WIFI. No cable. Most of the parking lot is without power. So they tell you they are sold out... they aren't. Just needing updating. There's plans to dig it all up and expand the splash pad for the hotel guests. No discounts. No shuttle. Don't waste your money on this parking lot called an rv park.

Great RV park right at the start of the Strip. We stayed here for 2 nights. It is just a huge parking lot but you don’t need more. The kids loved the pool, much needed with those hot temperatures. Walking distance to the first casino/entertainment hall (they provide a shortcut). The bigger Waterpark next door is not included in the price but you are able to get in for $10 pp. We were not allowed to check in earlier, but were able to park at the overflow parking lot and checked-in later that day. Friendly staff, clean washrooms and showers. Would definitely recommend this RV park, especially with kids.

Although the actual park is not much more than a parking lot and the bathrooms are O.K at best, you can’t beat the activities for kids. The R.V pool was clean and cool, while the circus pool for just $10 bucks was fantastic for all day. Cheapest cabana rental in Vegas. Only a 5 min walk from our trailer to the hotel, even more fun things for the kids in there, rides and arcades. Cheapest casino tables on the strip. Would definitely recommend for a few days, the comfort of your own trailer with great location. Felt very safe!

I want them to stay open. I am sure they could make more money with converting the property to more hotel rooms or a parking garage. It's nice to have an RV Park so close to the casino strip. But understand it is what it is, an asphalt parking lot with full hookups for RVs. And in the summer it's hot. It was all our A/C could do to keep the inside temperature below 85 degrees. Your dog paws must not touch the asphalt. The desk ladies are very nice. Absolutely do not arrive after 4:30 PM when the ladies close the RV office. The gate is closed. You can't get in without a key card. After 4:30 you must check in at the hotel desk that has long lines. Pool is new and nice, included with your RV Park fee. You need to pay extra to use the water park that we didn't care anything about. Fenced dog area. Great bathroom. Uber drivers cannot find the RV Park. The Uber app says go to the casino entrance which is actually a long confusing walk from here.

This is a convenient location, super close to the strip. The whole rv park is fenced and limited access to the gate is a plus. I felt safe here, and it is somewhat quiet. The sites are large, no picnic tables but you are fully serviced. I really liked the pool, however everthing feels rather old; I would update the umbrellas and the chairs. I would have liked to have a wifi connection. Feels odd to have no internet in such a busy part of the city. That being said, i enjoyed my experience and will come again if im in Las vegas.
