The campground is a little rustic but has full amenities. Lots of trees, the price very reasonable.we make this one of our stops every year to and from Texas for the winter.

We recently stayed at Cloud 9 RV Park and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, the water was turned off at our site. We went to the office during posted business hours, but no one answered the door despite a vehicle being present. We knocked, rang the doorbell camera, and called the listed phone number, leaving a message. The next day we tried again during office hours. The doorbell camera was answered, and we were told the water had been shut off due to a leak and that someone would return in 15–30 minutes to resolve it. No one came. As a result, we went a full 24 hours of our already short three-night stay without water. Several hours later, as we were preparing to leave for another campground, we tried once more. Again, we were told someone would arrive shortly. Eventually, a staff member arrived but did not speak to us. She simply removed the cover from the pipe and turned the water back on. This could have been handled much earlier with clear communication. When we expressed our frustration about the lack of response, we were told she had just been discharged from the hospital following a total hip replacement and was waiting on discharge before coming in. However, she appeared to be walking normally without the use of a cane, walker, or crutches. The apology that followed was offered over her shoulder as she walked away, which felt dismissive and insincere. Beyond the water issue, the park itself appears poorly maintained. Trash was scattered throughout the grounds, exposed cables were running across sites, and posted rules (no pet fences or outside structures) were not enforced. While we do not object to pet fencing, several dogs were left unattended and barked constantly, making it difficult to enjoy time outside. We enjoy using our pet fences and sitting outside with our dogs. One neighboring fifth wheel appeared abandoned, with visible mold and only power connected. This was the dirtiest and most poorly managed park we have stayed at. I would strongly encourage prospective guests to visit in person before booking.

The manager is lazy and lies. 3 times I tried to reach her and I was told she ran to town to have the water tested and would be back soon, but she was gone all day and never went to the office. Our reservation was for November and December and we had an in depth conversation about us going out of state in January. She charged mt credit card for a month rental after we had been gone for 3 days. I called her for a refund twice and twice I was told she had already done it and it would just take a few days to show on my account. It never did so I had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charges. In the 2 months we stayed no one checked the grounds or did any cleaning of the facility. I complained about the camper beside us, he left dog poop everywhere and wasn't cleaning it up. She said this happened all the time. So why is he still there? Overall, not an enjoyable stay.

Mostly long term live-in residents, ill-maintained trailers, clutter and pit bulls. Cats roaming everywhere. Accumulated filth in the clubhouse kitchen. Cockroches in the cupboards and coffee maker. Management subpar. I would suggest you drive through before booking. Don't go by the website pictures or u-tube video. My advice would be to bypass this park and stay at a state park.

Very clean bathrooms. I felt like I was comfortable enough to call at home. The nice touches were the rugs on the floor and decorations. The amazing part of this camp was the outdoors. Lots of room to walk and roam on a trail or in the woods. There was also a club house with wraparound porch and rocking chairs. The laundry facility had three washers $2.50 and three dryers $1.75(?), which allowed me to complete my task in one swoop. I would return here to visit the Hot Springs area again.

Cloud Nine RV Park is a great location outside of Hot Springs! Minutes from the bathhouses and easy to get to shopping like Walmart and other stores. The Park itself is quiet and peaceful. The sites are good as we’ve stayed in a 36 ft. fifth wheel and a 27 ft. bumper pull. The facilities are clean and maintained. Easy to get mail and packages. If the office isn’t open and you need to communicate with someone, they are very responsive to emails. This is our “go to” place when we visit Hot Springs.

Great RV park! Owner is super friendly. It’s up a big hill but so worth the clean quiet park. Bathroom clean with shampoo, lotion, dryer, makeup mirror. Nice place to walk your dog. We definitely will make this our stop from now on.

We had communicated we would arrive after 9:00. They provided us instructions on picking up welcome packet with Space number. We got setup without issues everything worked just fine. I get up early and try to let others in the group sleep in. I spent morning outside the clubhouse on the covered patio. Very relaxing sitting in rocking chairs and listening to the birds. The bath house is clean and well cared for and has plenty of hotwater, never had to wait for shower. Park manager was freindly and wanted to make sure we were having a good stay. We were worried when we saw they offered longer term rentals but that was not an issue. Everyone was freindly and did not make us feel unsafe. We will likely stay again when we comeback to Hot Springs AR.

Entrance is not as bad as some have noted...steep but paved. We checked in late and the paperwork was on a hook by the door..Thank You! Decent sites, easy hook ups....quit a few full timers...quiet spot for the night!

I scheduled for a 3 month stay. We arrived on a Friday afternoon. Upon arriving to our site it was discovered that the sewer was backed up. The guy that was filling in for the weekend, while the manager was gone, informed us that he would have to see what he could do. Waited the rest of the day and was informed that he had made some phone calls and was waiting on a guy to come pump out the holding tank. We only hooked up our electric. The next day sewer still backed up. Walked around the park and met a few of the other long term tenants. The other tenants told us that it is a pretty regular situation with the sewer being either plugged up or the tank being full. The solution to the problem is a rock that sits on top of another sites sewer inlet. The rock allows waste water to over flow at that spot and run down the road towards other sites. The guy at the office informed me of the rock situation also. He also pointed out that there is a water hose hooked up there to help wash down the area after it overflows. The sewer problem is a regularly recurring problem. We were able to find another park that had all of the full hook ups working. We returned to the park to retrieve or rv. Upon our return there was a sewer service there to pump out the tank. After pumping the tank he also had to snake some sewer points and also had to suction specific sewer points. After the snaking and work at sewer spot there was raw sewer water left around the site directly in front of our unit. So we could smell fresh sewer. I notified the guy at the office that we were leaving due to the lack of full hook up being reliable. I also point out that sewer water running down the road seemed like a health violation. His response was that I should call the corporate office and provided that number. Have reached out to the park and have had not response yet from Pam. Have reached out to corporate office and am waiting on call back from Billy. I feel like a refund is warranted since the park was unable to provide the full hookup we paid for. The owners did reach out to me in a timely manor. They apologized for my experience and did issue a full refund within just a few days. I hope the problems are resolved and future patrons have a better experience. As for myself, I will probably not use any of their properties in the future.

Cloud 9 RV park is a wonderful place to stay! It’s like a little community up here on top of our mountain. Everything is always clean and the laundry room is awesome. Pamela the park host/manager is outstanding and helps in any way she can. We have been here for a year for my husband’s work and we love it! Nature all around us and I love to drink coffee on the mornings while watching the deer in the back of the park. Don’t let the winding drive up the mountain deter you. Once you get to the top you will love it. Would wholeheartedly recommend it!!!!

My family and I stayed here for a year while my husband was working in the area. We have been to many parks and I have to say this one was the best we have been to. Pam was always very friendly and accommodating. Everything was always clean and you actually had room to make your spot a “home”. We hated that we had to leave and wish we were still there. Would recommend for anyone visiting short or long term!

this was a terrific RV Park. Family friendly, pet friendly, clean, all the residents were very friendly. It had adequate laundry services, reliable internet, and a nice trail to walk our dogs. The only reason I marked it down one star is because the sites are not paved, but otherwise it was a very pleasant stay with plenty of shade and a great location near Hot Springs Village, and many outdoor activities. shout out to Pam in the office, she was awesome!
