If u need a pm service at this location, Matt in the shop is the go to guy, he is very knowledgeable and actually listens to what u r asking him to do and dosent treat u like a dumb driver. He goes above and beyond what most mechanics do. I was very impressed of his knowledge and loves should hire him to go around other loves locations to train all the newbies.

One of the cleanest Loves and Arbys we have been to lately. Drivers need to do better about ringing one of the many trash cans provided on the grounds.

I was out of hours im a truck driver it was a tornado warning in the area and this location call the police on me and they ask me to move. I did I felt I was Racially profile . It was other trucks parked in the lot in authorise areas and they Remained at the truck stop I will never buy fuel from loves truck stop again. And will be calling uper Management

One of the most rude management and staff at the fuel counter i have met in all my years of dealing with loves. Staff walks by and totally ignores you as they walk back and forth talking to each other even tho there are 4 ppl behind the counter still no-one helping the customer.

I came by there while camping near by to get propane filled. It was raining and around 9 on Saturday night at night. The manager came out and was very nice even though it was raining. We went in and the place was very clean and the employees were all so nice. I would recommend this Love's over the one near my house in Hope Hull any day.

Almost every place you stop at on your travels has Free wifi ... at the most you have to sign up on the Website BUT NOOOO Not here Not only do you have to become a member but You have to buy minutes of Wifi?! And why is Air 1.50$ Everywhere you go don't you companies make enough??? so now I have to use my debit for AIR?!

I have visited this particular Love's location on many, many occasions over the last few years. They have great coffee and the bathrooms are always well kept. However, I recently visited this location and was very disappointed that in a time of the pandemic not only were the customers not asked to wear a mask by the staff (only me and other customer out of dozens shopping at the time had masks on) despite a statewide health order to do so only about half of the staff had on masks. Loves can do better.

I really liked all the guys working here in the shop.very nice group of dudes. Actually, for the type shop it is, you know, not heavy duty mechanic work, they do have a broad amount that they will do. Excellent on DOT inspection. Replacing batteries. Tires, a/c work, oil change. Unlike some shops, including some loves shops, these guys have more experience than loves as a company will allow them to do. I knew when I walked away everything was done right. Thanks guys, good work.

And all my travels I can honestly say Love's truck stops on my favorite truck stops for some reason they just feel more comfortable they always have everything I need they're always fully stocked that staff is always friendly it's always a safe place to stop even late at nightI do a lot of traveling on the road and when I travel I always look for the truck stops and if I have an option it's always Love's

Always stop by this location very early in the morning and the clerk, Chris is always such a wonderful person to see. He does a great job of making fresh coffee and keeping the area clean. I purchased a 24 pack of water one morning and he had another employee to come take over the register and insisted on carrying it to my car. Thanks Chris for being a gentleman.

I literally live a mile from there and every time I go in it is something different! I do not pay at the pump since my card was compromised there. First 4 times was fine then it is you got to leave you license then it got to be a corporate card! I don't know what's next because I will not be back!

This was my worses experience At a loves truck stop I'm not a truck driver but I travel the roads across the United States mostly in the South East I've stopped at many loves truck stops all over Always greet you welcome to loves...Did not do here... I think love's truck stops has the best hot dogs you can buy off a rack Unfortunately this is the 1st love truck stop that did not have a hot dog on the rack i I've seen some corndogs So got the 2 corndogs got back on interstate realize they was harder then a rock they could not be eaten This is to the manager fix your ship befor it sinks love's truck stops aint supposed to be this away

This Loves needs an entire new staff. They all have the worst work ethics and are utterly rude. No coffee filled, no creamer filled, and when politely expressed was told they do not have any, and employee went off talking to other employees about clumsy friends. Even Bathroom towels were empty! Their greeting to people coming in was rudely announced and I watched as people were surprised.
