Fuel island filthy. Diesel nozzle leaking and covered with diesel. Card reader not working. Two trips inside to pay for fuel. What they charge for fuel, everything should be in first-class condition. Don't support this company.

Loves in general are great stops when traveling. This one I had a team member go above and beyond. My 2 month old had a blowout. There was a lady cleaning in the bathroom and she just turned the sink on for me to rinse him off. She then offered a towel to dry him. Thank you so much for your help!

Went in this morning to get our morning hot/cold refills. On exiting, apparently someone walked out with something the employee thought wasn't paid for. One attempt was made to ask the customer walking up the stairs about the item which was answered with "I already paid for it earlier". Apparently wasn't satisfactory enough so another employee was recruited to ask the customer. And even involved chasing them down in the parking lot..... for what. Cup of ice?? Won't hold this against the company... but think employees should think twice about accusing customers of theft. Especially if its something as petty as ice....

Clean, big, has an Arby's. Pretty much a Love's. Not sure why, but there wasn't much signage getting off of the interstate headed southbound. Take a right off of the exit. The gas station isn't immediately visible but it's only 10 seconds down the road.

Got propane in our on- board propane tank. Cheerful service. But we were blocked in by 5th wheels, bumper pulls, trucks with boats etc. Spent 1/2 hour there. 5 minute pump! These Loves are too small for RVs. We knew this, but we were seduced by the promise of easy to get propane!

Always a busy place. Had to stop in to grab one of my favorite snacks, Albanese gummy bears. Loves is the only place I can find the big bag of gummy bears. The ladies restroom along with the store was very clean. The cashier was extremely busy and could have used some help to assist with customers but did a great job checking out customers in a timely manner and not getting overwhelmed.

Clean, very friendly, Arby's staff very friendly and great sevice.. they only thing about this stop.. we have Verizon and had 0 service 1 bar, text messages hit and miss.. had to do a 34, other than that overall a good place

If u need a pm service at this location, Matt in the shop is the go to guy, he is very knowledgeable and actually listens to what u r asking him to do and dosent treat u like a dumb driver. He goes above and beyond what most mechanics do. I was very impressed of his knowledge and loves should hire him to go around other loves locations to train all the newbies.
