The mechanics at the shop on 4/4/24 am shift were very courteous and speedy. Brought in a trailer for servicing and they completed the work in less than an hour. I was on time for my load delivery after that. Shop is clean , uniforms are neat, mechanics are professional. Thank you

As a traveler, I use Love's location often. This one is not typical of their brand that I have become accustomed to. Parking lot on the smaller side. The choice of snacks was very limited, especially the chips. There was very little on the grill (hotdogs and such). The fountain drink was the upgraded one where you can add different flavors. That was nice. Half of the store was novelty items. At this location, I don't see why so much space is needed for it. The staff was dry/ unfriendly. Which made the experience more depressing. The best thing about them was they had the cheapest gas in the area.

Frustrating layout. Arby's parking crowds into auto gas pumps leaving auto and rv in a frustrating cluster. Won't return.

This has to be one of the cleanest gas stations that I have ever been to. We stopped by while traveling on Thanksgiving. We were greeted right when we walked in and were thanked for stopping by when we left. A member of management was on the floor assisting customers and all of the employees had a great attitude! This location also has a dog park for those traveling with their pets. This will be our new pit stop place when passing through the area! Make sure you have it in your GPS or you might miss the exit.

Stopped in to grab gas and a sandwich. We are used to a delicious chicken salad sandwiches at Loves but tonight this is what I got from prepackaged Hillside farms chicken salad sandwich on the shelf. When I opened it, I was surprised. There was very little chicken salad on it. When I scraped the chicken salad off the bread, I didn't even have a tablespoonful. Bread was moist and tender but could barely taste the chicken salad. So for. $4.49, I got 2 slices for bread and a tablespoonful of chicken salad. Not worth the money. This rating is for Hillside Farms.

The place overall was nice and clean. Towing a camper, it was easy to get in and out of. However, as we were pulling away from the gas pumps and over to the side for me to pick up my husband and the dogs, one of their employees who was OBVIOUSLY late for work came peeling in real fast and almost hit us. She decided the smart thing would be to scream obscenities at me even though I stopped and let her go first (since she was in such a rush). I was in the car with the windows up but my husband was the one whose mouth dropped open at what she was saying. Nice to see they have neighborly employees working at this establishment. (In case the operator of this store wants to have a word with this person, it happened at 3:07 on 09/07/23 Her car is in the photos)

I would’ve given 4 stars but the showers got me smh. Someone’s toe nails are collecting dust starting at the shower wall across to the sink. & the sides of the toilets? Gross… Had to go get someone for towels & the towels are damp. She grabbed us more but they were the same way. Otherwise, great water pressure & hot. The personnel are real friendly & the store is stocked. Plenty of hot & cold on-the-go foods. Snacks & souvenirs. Regular bathrooms are good to go.

Nearly two hours of driving and traffic (uh, Birmingham!) since the coffee back in Jasper and it's time for a second cup. This was a top notch stop with one of the cleanest restrooms I've seen in a Love's. Clean enough that I took a picture! Snacks, drinks and other tchotchkes in the store as well as the usual Love's setup for coffee with creamers and sweeteners and all well stocked. The gas was amongst the cheapest I've seen along the road though no need to fill up yet. No trash at the pump areas.

Very clean bathrooms! Friendly staff too. And tue best part is the dog park! It's a good size and very clean as well. We always love stopping at Loves bc they almost always have a place for our 2 pups to stretch their little legs. ❤️

I've stopped making any purchases here and most drivers for the company I work for (450 trucks) have stopped buying fuel here. Why? The two female, brown haired, control freak, parking lot monitors that want to try and shame drivers for getting their jobs done all over North America. These two have never driven a semi, yet, want to dictate how we drive and park? Stick with keeping the hot dogs stocked. BTW.... Ever noticed how quickly you run out of onions? Keep them stocked and you'll double your roller meat sales....

We were here yesterday. First truck stop I have been to with a small fenced in dog play area. Arbys food was hot and the order was right. Bathroom was clean. I would stop if you are passing by.

I feel that the management of this store is a bunch of fakes and liars they pretend to care about the drivers but in all reality they don't the management lies to employees their not cleaning their bathrooms and showers like their supposed to they wait until Sunday night and force people to do things that they was supposed to be doing during the week I feel that is completely wrong and against love's rules and regulations as far as I am concerned I will not be fueling at love's ever again and I will spread the word through the industry about this maybe after losing a bunch of trucks corporate might get the hint because without trucks none of yall would have a job thank you and have a great day
