After driving 800 miles was told I couldn't sleep in my car for a few hours ... If I was tired I would have to park my CAR in a TRUCK spot in the TRUCKERS parking area. I wont be giving this Loves ANY of my money.

Sept. 2024: Very clean with a good inventory. Staff actively cleaning hot food equipment while we were there. Quick access from I-65.

the staff of freaks works here. I arrived at the parking lot at 12 o'clock at night, the Lockbook time expired, there was no place to park the Straight Truck, I parked in the car parking lot, I was woken up 3 times during the night that you can't stand here, but there is no sign prohibiting night parking. that there is no time according to the lockbook, they didn't want to respond, we had to interrupt the rest time and move at 4 o'clock in the morning!

Your tire shop is pure garbage. Over 5 hour wait for a trailer tire and still not done loves shops are all pure trash this one ranks up there with just about the worst I have seen.

We drive a sprinter van and we deliver all over the US. But we can’t stay over night like semis. Guess we should go out and drive tired and kill ourselves or someone else. Will never spend money at a love’s again and we spend tons of money for gas, food and snacks. Just ridiculous. So glad you care about other people’s safety. DOT needs to do something about the truck stops, we have to follow the same guidelines as semi

Stopped in for a cup of coffee on a Wednesday night. Figured a truckstop travel center would have the best on interstate. WRONG! they had coffee but no cold creamer. Bought a little bottle of milk because that powder cream gives me the runs. Then I asked the lady behind counter where the lids are. NO FRICKIN COFFEE LIDS!! epic fail wasted stop!

The store #368 in Alabama is disgusting and filthy! Trash everywhere, card reader on gas pump is all messed up, diesel all over the ground by pump! RIDICULOUS

Guess this place didn't want my $150 plus dollar fuel purchase. Told me I had to leave, but didn't make anybody else go. Was legally parked in a outlined parking spot, taking a nap after having driven 400+ miles during the day. Had planned to fill up my gas rank before leaving in wee hours. Now they won't get anything. Their loss. Is too bad too. Most Loves are great places, what with their good facilities and their wonderful little mini dog parks. Guess this one is just filled with RV hating employees.

Grace walking drivers up in middle of the night thinking by doing that she will get promoted. Disgrace what a little of power will do to new generation. First Loves that doing this, I will be canceling my fuel card that have over 1000 gallons a month and take my business somewhere where my gallons will be more appreciated and for sure will not stop again at loves #368

Very prejudice and stuck in the old times. Night manager will come from behind the counter to keep blacks out but won't bother you if he doesn't see your face. We deliver to them but can't sleep on their lot

Management sucks the store nasty from inside to outside there employees are rude arbys restaurant got black mold everywhere do not get any drinks from them loves 368 still owes money to there now and pass employees and so much more awful things that they did and still do.

My reason why I read this store. 2 stars is because of the day shift cashier. She acted like she did not want to ring my merchandis up on top of that. She had an attitude which I could see. She doesn't want to work. But everything else in the store it's up to par.
