Worst customer service ever! I was visiting so many loves truckstop, most of them were good. But this one … Employees are cursing and using F%#* word in front of the customers! A manager, some women, was so rude towards me, no words to explain!

Lazy mechanics! Tire pass ‘’DOWN’’ as usual of 99% of any love’s truck stop. Needed to air up my tires, went to the shop and the mechanics were pretending to be busy and I ended up leaving after more than an hour waiting.

On Wednesday at 12:00 am midnight I was traveling from Junction City, KS back home to Pensacola, FL.. I had been on the road for 14 hrs and had just under 4 Togo. We pulled in fueled up and went in to get some coffee to finish the long trip.i aways go to love be use its so clean. We all went to the bathroom then got coffee . The attendant saw how tired we were and would not accept payment for the coffee. He just enjoy the rest of your trip and be safe. Outstanding. I manage a grocery store and hope my associate do the same. Thank .you I will always stop at exit 208 on i65 in AL

The food here is usually pretty good. I do not like that they don't use paper bags anymore they throw your food in a plastic grocery type bag, food just slides around in bag, fries are all in the bottom of plastic sack. Also they never give you sauce even when you request it and this is aggravating.

This is the 4th Love's location I have been too and the Tire Pass is out of service... I need 200 gals of fuel and check the pressure on my tires. The lady on intercom said go to the shop for tire pressure. Thinking about I didn't fuel up, I pulled over to the ship and they told Tractor only and it's going to be 4 hrs. Neatless to say, I took my business somewhere else. My question is, why offer tire pass if none of the locations will honor it?

Tried the waygu burger. Didn't like it and found out after that they are made from distressed cows from Japan who are confined to a sedentary lifestyle to make them fatter. Who knows about the other "meats". Not saying I won't be back but not for the waygu.

A wonderful novelty gift shop plus everything a traveler will need and more. Every attachment you may need for your cell phone and a lot you don't need but may want. Not to mention 1 of the best Arby's in the state of Alabama....Roll Tide!!!

Thank you for being open and sparkling clean. Casey was spectacular! He was happy and friendly and took great care of our food when he packed it in our bag. I have not had that kind of customer service in a long time. Super trucker friendly.

Accidentally spilled coffee on my hand. One of the workers saw it happen. Ran over cleaned up the mess, apologized to me, comped my cup of coffee, all but cut her own hand off and gave it to me. It was a good memorable experience even though I got hot coffee on my hand. Customer service 10/10

As many travelers know, Love's Truck stops typically offer a plethora of snacks as well as a large selection of phone accessories and charging cords; 4' - 12' long, in many colors. They now almost always pair with at least one, well known food chain. This particular one has an Arby's. We stopped here because my Grandson had to use the bathroom... so beware, this location's Men's room is currently under repair. He had to use one of the porta-potties sitting in the front parking lot. Not a huge deal for a 5yo, but others may prefer not to sit in a hot, stinky portable restroom...but I guess it beats the alternative of no restroom at all.😁👍

Always clean. I could browse in these store, like l used to in drug stores. Employees are sooooo friendly. CHOICES, CHOICES and Yes CHOICES 👍 Never a line of more than 3 persons. A register is opened by mangment, once 3 deep.

I’ve stopped here several times and the bathrooms are always clean, they typically have the coffee I get, and the gas is a fair price

My husband woke up after midnight having a severe allergic reaction and needed to find Benadryl fast with the local Walmart and pharmacies closed. We called Loves to see if they had any in stock. They went to locate it, found it, informed me, and had it waiting for me at the front desk when I walked in a few minutes later. They were super helpful and beyond nice. I highly recommend their location and their staff.
