Beautifully clean and well maintained campground. The location couldn’t be better. Our spot was near the pool and it was a nice large concrete pad. Loved the space between lots as well.

Very friendly front desk (or resident in our case) to welcome you in. Concrete level pads, clean restrooms and showers. However use the clubhouse showers with hooks for your towels /bag as hooks at the showers near us keep getting permanently “borrowed”! Everyone friendly, although we are seniors kids seemed to be enjoying the park!

Loved this place although the weather was hot we had a good breeze most of the time. Our grandsons loved to ride there bikes and meet new friends. The park has a strict 5 mph speed limit that made us more comfortable for the kids to enjoy. Bath houses were clean and cooled nicely

This was our first time visiting the resort. We had the best experience! The rental RV was perfect for our family. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. The facilities were all clean and well stocked. We will definitely be back.

The bathrooms are very nice and very clean, cleaner than any other RV resorts I’ve stayed at. Everything is walking distance such as the beach, food, and shops. Had a great time and I would definitely stay here next time!

Great place in the thick of Gulf Shore activity. Great morning stroll to the The Doughnut Parlor. A morning treat worth the stay by itself. Well kept facility with plenty to do. Great time

A nice rv park within a few miles from the beautiful beach yet far enough away to not have all the traffic and congestion associated w the beach and Strand. Spots are close together but spacious enough to stretch out. The pool was cooled in the summer and very refreshing. A 20 plus mile bike trail runs just in front of the property with access just down the trail to a public boat ramp and fishing. Plenty of stores and food nearby!

The location is close to everything. We used our vehicles to get around, but you definitely don’t have to. The showers are clean, and restrooms require codes for safety. We brought our two dogs and they absolutely loved it. Spots are relatively tight, but we were able to park two cars in our lot, in addition to a Class C. Would highly recommend this location! Howdy from Texas!

What a great place to stay when you are in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The location is a 10 minute walk to the beach. There are a number of great restaurants to walk to. The RV place is well kept and the pool is a great place to hangout and meet your fellow RV’ers. Staff is great and very welcoming.

What a great location. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach, places to eat within walking distance as well. We had our e-bikes and we were close to the Gulf Shores state park to ride through. Fortunately, for us we have a Class C that is smaller so we were able to have a prime spot next to the pool and off to the side where we weren't surrounded by people. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful campground, wonderful location, walkable to beach, restaurants, and shopping. First campground that we were actually able to use the wifi! So clean and well kept! Already planning next year's trip!

The location to the beach is about 3 blocks. You can walk to most restaurants and activities. The facilities are kept clean. The staff is super nice and helpful. The only thing is that the entry is on a busy main road. That makes it hard to get in and out.

Great place, great walking distance to the beach. Fun activities, pool was always clean! Showers and bath house were clean as well! 4 washers if long stays. Only complaint would be need to spray for mosquitos.! This is my 3rd year and not even off helps me.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The campgrounds and pool were very well maintained and run efficiently. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. This was our second time staying at Luxury RV and we plan to make do it more often.

I don't stay at a lot of RV sites, so I always try and read reviews, but I still find that maybe my standards are much different than most RVers. I don't understand all of the high reviews, but again I typically do not use a lot of the camp sites facilities. It was nice for sure and clean and the staff was accommodating. However, I found it cramped, unshaded and lacking greenery. If you are looking for quiet, be aware you are close to the down town and will hear bands playing at night. Overall not bad, but probably not worth the price, but I understand because of the location why they have to charge more.
