Great location for not being on the beach. About a 2 1/2 block easy walk to the beach, with eating establishments on the walk as well as at the beach. Campground was clean, sites adequate, and staff very friendly. Pool area was clean, and showers and restrooms also were clean. Good location for going to other sites in the area.

This was our first time to Gulf Shores. The food was great but the people and the hospitality was even greater. We had to put out truck in the shop the day before we were to leave and the RV park extended our stay with no problems. The staff is beyond helpful and nice. We made so many new friends and canāt wait to return next year. I recommend the park and the town. I give it 10 stars. The Lemons * The great state of Texas.

The facilities were all well maintained. All sites had a level concrete pad. The pool was exceptionally clean and the perfect temperature. Staff was very nice. Very nice location within a short walking distance to restaurants and the beach. A trail at the back of the property connects to Gulf State Park, which has a lot of paved biking trails.

Luxury RV Resort is in a great location. You can walk to restaurants and the beach. We love to bike ride and can get to Gulf State Park trails very easily from the campground. The resort is clean and the spaces can accommodate big rigs. The staff are so friendly and so helpful. Misty is amazing and accommodating and gave us many good tips about the area. This is a hidden gem and would highly recommend!

I really donāt have any negative comments except one and it is minor. The park is clean and very well maintained. The staff are hard working and very friendly and professional. The pads are level concrete. The location is awesome especially if you are traveling without a vehicle. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The beach is about .2-.3 mile walk. My only negative is that our lot was surrounded by sand and it was impossible to keep it out of the rv. Not all the lots are so be selective if thatās an issue for you.

We enjoyed are stay here. The location cannot be beat. I was able to ride my bike from the resort to Gulf State Park. Additionally, the bike paths everywhere in this area are fantastic. You are in walking distance to the most popular area of the beach, and plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping. You really don't need to drive anywhere (especially if you have bikes). The facilities are clean and in working order. The pool area is very nice. I will say that the layout of the shower house was a bit awkward. There are effectively 2 showers (even though there are 2 shower heads in one enclosure :)). There is nowhere to sit to put on your shoes and socks. There is also limited space to set up your stuff to shave, do your hair, etc. We had to use the Andersen blocks to get level, but the pads are concrete and surrounded with crushed gravel. There are some spots of grass. There are no trees to shade your RV. Try to get one of the exterior spots that back up to the marsh. They are bigger with no people behind you. The interior spots are pretty crammed together, but still OK. This is definitely going to be our go-to if we cannot get a spot in Gulf State Park.

Luxury RV Resort is located in a perfect, convenient location for Gulf Shores! Minutes walk or bike ride to the beach, restaurants, shops, ice cream, etc. The campground is kept very clean! I would no sooner put our trash out at the end of the driveway before someone would sweep by to take it! Bath Houses were nice, new, clean and stocked. Pool area was always kept clean...wish it were heated though! Ha! The reservation process was great meaning we could originally only get half of the reservation that the rest of our group got...but the staff placed us on a waiting list, and called us as soon as something opened so we could join the rest of our party! Thank you! Only drawback of this campground is you can NOT book a specific site. You don't know where you will be until day of arrival. The staff keeps saying, "Well our snowbirds are still here and haven't left." This is hard when traveling in a group. When do they leave? Does it not show on their reservation or is it possible during winter months, they can come and stay as long as they want, all the while the office is still taking reservations...hoping they will be gone before your arrival? What if they aren't? Do you just place people where you can, split groups, and hope for the best? I'm not sure how all that works. It worked out in our favor THANK YOU...but... Our neighbors that moved in on Wednesday were highly irritated needing an outside spot for their Toy Hauler, and the campground not being able to accommodate-sticking them on the inside. They couldn't even use half of their camper. Said they had made their reservations over a year ago. While we were there, a water pipe for the campground busted. The communication between the office and campers was great! They let us know what to do, when it was out, and when it was back on! Also! When booking for Spring Break, expect to hear The Hangout Music and Bands til 2am. Our group didn't mind...but it is LOUD! We WILL return! Staff was friendly! You guys have a good thing going!

We did not use the pool, laundry or bathrooms so this review does not cover those areas however they looked well kept. What I can say is the staff was very friendly, the RV Parking had nice concrete pads, and the spots were large enough to use all slides and have room to set up several chairs and a tables (our site had a nice circular picnic table). All the hookups worked well. WiFi was good for streaming with one or two disconnects during busy time, and Verizon worked well. There was a well stocked camp store. The location was very good, 10 minute walk to beach, less for restaurants and shops, and a good supermarket is a 7 minute drive from the resort. We would stay again.

Great atmosphere! It was perfect for our girls who rode bikes day and night through the camp. Pool was great and not too busy. The park was within walking distance to several restaurants and the beach. Showers and restrooms were cleaned daily and our trash was collected every morning. This park is a well oiled machine and the price matched the stay. We will definitely return!

Great location. Very friendly staff. They were very knowledgeable about what to do in the area and where to eat, etc. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool was very nice, too. Was a little concerned when we came because there are so many sites, but it was never an issue. It was quiet and clean. The shower house was great and the laundry facilities were awesome. Will definitely stay here when we return to Gulf Shores.

I think I rated this place once but oh well, They deserve two posts from me. #74 is my favorite spot here which all the other areas are just as perfect but I fell in love with this spot. Customer service was excellent. Entire park was clean. It was this one lady that worked there I never got to meet her cause she was always working in the park. Hats off to her for keeping the grounds beautiful š. I mean she was working the entire time we visited. She deserve everything š ⤠cause she puts her pride into this business. Another Happy Camper

Fantastic, quiet and clean campground close to the beach! The facilities and grounds are in great shape, the staff was friendly, and the sites are spacious and flat. This park felt like a small neighborhood community, and we are definitely planning to return and stay longer! It's worth knowing that Hurricane Ida was forming during our stay here and we were forced to evacuate before our final day due to storm surge forecast models. The campground staff were proactively in contact throughout the ordeal and even offered us a site at their sister camp in a more protected area, along with a credit for the day we lost on our reservation. Top notch in my book!

Beautiful RV resort, wonderful staff! We rolled in with no reservations and they were very accommodating and we're happy to assist us with staying here! Carolyn and Misty are ideal ambassadors for the resort and the amenities are top notch! The pool is like bath water and the grounds are pristine! The bathhouse is very clean and the laundry facilities appears new ! We absolutely loved this place and have every intention of staying here again! Highly recommend RV Resort!

Nice clean family oriented camp ground with good amenities. Bath houses very up to date and clean. Within walking distance of public beach areas, shopping and multitudes of restaurants. You don't have to get in your vehicle. Very friendly and helpful staff!
