Stayed here only because another camp site cancelled last minute. Was sceptical at first but actually the site was clean and quiet with a nice relaxing stream and the staff were patient and friendly. Would stay again.

We stayed overnight in a full hookup site. We got lost trying to find this place, and someone from the park actually drove to where we were, and guided us to the park. How is that for service! Very quiet, even with the highway close by. All in all a nice place with great customer service.

9/29/2024 This place is perfectly located for travelers or light hobbyists who want to spend a day panning for gold. It sits about 100 yds below the old tailing piles, and they recently put in a new bridge (2023). The park owns mineral rights and stream access.

Very small spots, last min change of pricing by mgmnt. They told us the spot was prime yet nonstop all day visits for the public to the dump. Guy who monitors the lot drives like an A$$ and almost ran over my dogs and didn’t care! Rude, disrespectful, overpriced.

I live off grid so I go there for "dump and fill" it's very convenient.

Haven't finished out my stay at the time of review. This isn't a bad little park. If you want some big sprawling rv park though, this isn't it. Gravel spots, only about half of them are full hook up. Situated cozily down in between the hills by the river. Active staff, there's almost always someone out doing something. There is a bit of trash about, but this is a windy area and this park has been here for a while. As in some of the signs are faded and wind blown, and damaged by the cold and sand. It sure does have character! 😁 I've been treated well during my stay. Had to start out in an electric only site, the manager brought up that he had one full hook up spot available part way through my stay and got me moved to it for the remainder. It feels a bit rustic and modern at the same time, personally, I love it!

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago. Large RV sites. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms and showers. Very Close to downtown and the Southpark City museum. Had to leave a day early as our dog was feeling unwell and they refunded me the difference - will definitely stay here again!

Site #10, level and wide backin overlooking the fishing lake. Getting to the park is a challenge due to the routing and the amount of traffic in the area. Throw is state doing road construction and it was challenging. Was met by manager/owner who quickly handled us in friendly manner. Not much in town to do so would not stay as long next time (do 3 days instead of 10). Temperatures and site seeing was why we were here and those were met.

Small and hard to get to RV park, but the only one around this area. Could be a very nice RV park, but it is hard to get into the park (you have to go through a shopping center lot to get to the RV Park drive)... AND, they allow long-stay campers... which results in a not so nice scene as they are fairly unkept with lots of junk around. One was outside our RV door and our big dinning room window... so we had to keep the shades closed so we would not be looking at the trash and junk.||The spaces were ample and well maintained and level. Water, Elec, and Sewer were all good... Would we stay there again? Probably... because it is handy for the area, and hopefully when all of the highway work is done, it will be easier to get to. Seems like the state highway department has been working on this road for the past 7-9 years... not sure why it has taken so long, but it has been forever.

Beautiful place. Nice Bathrooms. Love the Creek. I had to leave early after getting sick and they refunded me two nights that I had previously paid. I thought that was a class act and frankly rare in modern RV parks.

We stayed for 4 nights in this park, at the end of June 2024. The park is a little hard to get to. You have to go through a shopping center parking lot. My biggest disappointment was the water. It smelled of sulfur and we were not able to drink it. It forced us to buy, a lot, of water. I wish we would have know about the water before we booked.
