Mission Bay RV Resort

Great location, huge spots in the new North section. Great to have to pool and recreation room opened again. Will definitely go back.

Third time staring here - each time 5 or 6 days. Clean sites, close to area activities and of course right on Mission Bay. Bathrooms are cleaned often and the salt water pool is well maintained. The only gripe I have is poor cell phone coverage ( nothing they can do about that) so the provided WiFi appears to get saturated quickly.

Great location, friendly staff. the only reason we took off a star is there was a really bad ant problem at our campsite and they got all over our items and in the trailer. not all sites had this problem- but ours was bad! Otherwise really great place and the location close to all the sights was perfect- it seemed we were always going the right direction when it came to rush hour traffic!

Check in was a breeze and very friendly. On arrival they gave us a brochure with merchants that advertise with them. One of our AC units and freshwater water pump both gave out on us. We called RV pro Mobile repair services and we’re super pleased with their customer service and service tech. Lucy in Customer Service was super helpful and Alberto the service tech was amazing. Had us back up in two days.

Older resort that needs a great deal of love. Stayed in south section with paved pads All hookups worked well. Bath and shower facilities were clean and well cared for. Landscaping could really use some updating. Walking around DeAnza Bay, there are hundreds of deserted RV sights, many with great views of the water. Why are these left deserted when they could be so much more appealing and profitable for the management? If we came again, we would stay in the newer area with the larger pull throughs even though they are dirt.

We love this place. My husband stays here long term as he is stationed here, and we opted to stay during the summer even at the increased rates. For us it was worth the cost (location, privacy, and amenities). We had a bad experience at another park and had to stay at it for a week before something opened up back here. Kids love the pool, access to the bay, going on bike rides and going across the bridge to Campland to get ice cream. SeaWorld is across the bay so you can sit by the water and watch the closing fireworks. There are several close parks along the walking/bike path. Kids love the big one (about 3.5 miles) that we bike to. Though there is one right by the front office they like too. My husband has had nothing but good experiences with everyone who works here. They keep it clean and well maintained. We like staying on the NW side by the bridge, the sites are bigger but the downside is they are unpaved. Only complaint is the ants at these sites. We lined ground points with diatomaceous earth (we have small kids) and it helps. My husband will be coming back here when long term starts back up until he deploys. It’s worth the little extra cost to feel a bit more secure and have some space.

Good place to stay. Friendly staff. Good overall location to many of the best parts of San Diego. Good showers / restrooms. Great beach access to the bay. Very good for families with kids.

Amazing location but the place felt very over crowded. Office was very overwhelmed with holiday check in. Skunks got in a fight behind our camper one night and sprayed. Our camper also got invaded by ants. It’s too bad law enforcement doesn’t run off all the RVs staying overnight just outside the park. Basically a crowded parking lot where the weather is great and easy bay access.

Booking my reservation at Mission Bay RV Resort was a delightful experience, thanks to Erin's exceptional customer service. From the moment I called, Erin greeted me warmly and displayed a genuine eagerness to assist. Her knowledge about the resort and its amenities was outstanding, and she patiently answered all my questions, ensuring I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Erin's sincere enthusiasm and helpfulness made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you!

An excellent RV resort, very clean, public restrooms, pool, jacuzzi and showers. Spaces are large, and if you get the premium bay view spots, you can also see fireworks at SeaWorld daily!

Here from July 1st to the 15th. Nice friendly family type community amongst the RVers. Dog friendly, too. Safe for the kids to ride their bikes or scooters. Great place to unwind and relax. Paddleboard area.

Beautiful water, and nice front desk... but the resort absolutely needs some major renovation, upgrades and basic road, pothole and camp site repairs

Great place for parties, terrible place for anything else. I read the good reviews, so we must have picked a bad weekend. There were a few very large groups having parties and spilling into common areas, roads and surrounding campsites. We were next to a group of 5 RVs that invited all their friends to the weekend long party. There were at least 30 adults, plus cars, kids, bikes, golf carts and a powerful sound system. They had zero sense of boundaries or the other campers around them. We called the rangers a couple of times because the music was so loud we couldn’t even hear our own TV inside. They tole me “this is a beach resort, not a library.” If you’re thinking of staying here, you should know this is the policy.
