Perfect last minute get away. Campground with a pool! Kids and I both loved it.

Been camping here since I was a kid. The owners are friendly. The store is overpriced, but convenient if you forget anything. The regular campers that have permanent spots are all very friendly. Nice little community.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Granted, I have never camped here....not yet. But my 6 year old son and I drive 1 hour and 15 minutes (each way) just to use their pool. It sounds crazy but, this place makes us feel comfortable. It's safe for my son to swim because literally the whole half side of the pool is extremely shallow. My son feels like a big boy that he can roam about half the pool on his own. Plus it's not overcrowded like other places with pools, and every person I've ever met here is super friendly and kind!! Wouldn't swim anywhere else honestly.

Love this place! Great campground the owners are kind and have always shown us a great time when we visited. My family likes the pool and relaxing atmosphere. Never had any issues with the campsites being close together I feel like a lot of the negative reviews are from people who didn’t bother to research or talk with the staff prior.

Really nice campground just wish we had been notified ahead of time that the bathrooms wouldn't be done in time for our stay. Or maybe given more of a discount because of the lack of close bathrooms? They did offer a different site, but we wanted to be close to my parent's site as well.

The best campground I have ever stayed...clean, many amenities, very friendly & helpful staff, close to 3 state parks (within 5 miles), close to a nice animal park (Living Treasures) & shopping, etc. Cannot recommend Rose Point Park enough!!

This property has access to Slippery Rock Creek (class II-III). A popular put in for kayakers and canoers. Very appreciative the owners allow us to use the land to access the creek. Great little river. The grounds are always tidy and everyone is very friendly.

Great little cabins! Staff was very friendly and accommodating, they let us come in after hours to the cabin and helped us to our spot when we got there. Definitely worth the visit if you're at mines and meadows at park

We stayed in a yurt here which was wonderful. There was also plenty of space around the yurt for parking and a fire circle and deck. There is a miniature donkey in a pasture close by that I enjoyed sharing apples with. The store was fantastic. I also used the laundry and it was clean and well maintained. The pool and play areas looked nice, although we didn't use them. There were lots of people there, lots of families and kids, but we didn't feel crowded and it was very quiet at night.

Great place. Some sites are a little tight and the bathrooms and showers can use some modernization and updating. Even with that being said, we look forward to coming back again.

Could I say that the sky is bluer; the trees, greener and the stars, brighter... actually yes, yes and yes. I found myself staying at the park after an unexpected job change, so my needs were more pragmatic than most. But over last several months, I saw time and time again what a great RV park this is. The owners are kind, and the location is beautiful. The park has tons of things for families to use along with unique activities based on the season. I would definitely recommend Rose Point Park whenever you are in the area.

It being off-season we weren't able to take advantage of amenities like the pool, but our site was fine, clean upon arrival. The camp store was well-stocked, clean, and staff helpful. They had an excellent selection of parts for campers. My dog very much enjoyed his first camping trip. One issue was the store's firewood was not dried well. The bundling company claims it's kiln dried, but I seriously question that. I live nearby in New Castle and I will definitely recommend for visiting friends and family in the future.

First time staying in a yurt have to say it was awesome the yurt had everything except a stove but had a grill picnic table and fire pit it is a lot bigger than I thought it would be very nice and price was pretty good

They had a blues band and BBQ the weekend I was camping. They also have other fun activities and a mini golf. Very family friendly. I would of given 4 stars but the place is just way over crowded.
