This is an awesome campground with lots to do. They have plenty of amenities available and friendly staff. Other campers seemed to be relaxed and friendly too. It is situated between two awesome parks, Moraine State Park and McConnells Mills. Both provide opportunities for recreational activities like hiking, fishing, kayaking, and boating. There is also a harley store on the same road that occasionally hosts events.

This is a wonderful place for camping. My husband and I have been here twice and will continue to come back. The grounds are kept clean. The large pool is so relaxing, the camp store is nice and convenient. The dog enclosure is great for your fur babies. The owners and visitors have all been very friendly.

Nice campground, well kept. Great wifi on our spot!! Much better than other campgrounds we've visited

Horrible pond and you’re only allowed to fish is an area that’s about 1 tenth of the whole pond, and the area you can fish you can see the entire way to the bottom and there are no fish there but the entire 3 hours I fished there I didn’t see a single fish. Nobody ever fishes their either, probably because they know how garbage the pond is.

The customer service was terrible. I tried reserving two tent sites for my friends and I and the woman on the phone was short with me although she communicated that they had space. I lost the call and tried to call back (before they were closed) and she did not answer.

People were friendly... entertainment was good...didn't like that there were no seats around pool. We stayed in a yurt...was clean and all but my gosh it was like an oven in there!

Not a lot of woods where the hook up sites are so it didnt quite feel like "camping" to me. I like woods and ponds personally all around me to get that true "feel" of camp. They are pretty close to McConnell Mills and Slippery Rock Creek-both fun places to explore while you're there. The restrooms leave a lot a lot to be desired as the hot water in the shower didnt last long at all for my shower and the water in the sink sprays out in such a way that its difficult to wash your hands or anything without getting yourself wet. Smaller campground but would be a nice place for those with younger children as they did have a lot of things for the younger kids and there is an inground pool too which was nice. Over all it wasn't a bad place to camp but I just prefer other camp sites.

Good place to camp. RV Spots are roomier than years past. Those with slide out's now have more room to open without taking over the neighbors spot. The spots have gravel and appear to have newer service lines at the posts. If you are new to RV ing this is a super friendly place to start as they will help you.for a nominal fee they will even park your RV. One thing to note... This is a dog friendly campground. I for one like dogs a lot... But for non dog lovers be sure to ask before booking a spot if your neighbors will be bringing dogs. The RV's with dogs out number those without currently. All well behaved but worth mentioning for those scared of pets. Otherwise, masks are in use and social distancing is a thing. The pool is open. The laundry is not. The store is open but number of people inside is limited to 8. Rest rooms I'm not certain, as I have one with me. Anything else you might be wondering you might want to call them.

It is amazing to go camping here. This year we are spending 3 weeks relaxing! The pool is salt water & there is a play yard for the dogs to run.

We actually cancelled our stay here after driving through the campground a few weeks prior to our booking. It seems that a lot of the sites are semi-permanent or permanent and there is VERY little space in between them. We have a large pop-up, and I honestly don't know how we would have fit that into a space using our tow vehicle as there were vehicles parked all along the road. It seemed that some of the large RV slide-outs went right into their neighbor's spaces.||||If you are into the social aspect of camping, this place might be nice, but if you are looking for a more relaxed and open atmosphere, this place isn't going to be the one to set up your hammock in.

The staff are quite accommodating and friendly. The area was very safe and quite affordable. With that being said, this site is primarily year-round RV and Camper sites. Their tent camping spaces are quite crowded and close to the other types of campers. This definitely isn’t the place to go if you want a more traditional camping experience.

Very accommodating staff. Nice grounds. Sites are pretty close together but room on at least one side to enjoy a campfire and not be too close to your neighbor's site. Nice pool and amenities. Very dog friendly with a nice size fenced in pet area with some agility like toys for the dogs.

Neat park but dated. Nice office and store with decent prices and selection with clean restrooms. Dated arcade in the basement that looks like it does not get much attention. Large playground, nice gaga pit. Clean and warm pool with ample seating (sun and shaded). Pool has areas for all ages. Bathhouse is dated. Nice catch and release pond. Friendly staff. Can walk to nearby mini golf and ice cream. Close drive to zoo, McConnels Mills and Moraine state parks. Decent WiFi
