We have been here since Nov 15, 2020 and love it. I'm giving it 4 stars because as some people have noted, not all the facilities are operational as yet. They are working hard to get them all done and in the short time we have been here, they completed the laundry room and baths, as well as the children play area. The main rec room should be completed soon and it looks like it will have a workout room, baths, laundry, and large area for entertainment as well as a pool and outdoor BBQs. First class. We are brand new to living out of our RV, so we do not have a great deal of experience, but so far, this has been the best place yet. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they are doing a lot of little things to make it more pleasant during Corvid. My wife and I love that there is plenty of room, not only for our RV and car, but to set up chairs and a BBQ outside our door. They have a small store in the front to purchase items and take care of all the mail and packages. Lately they have been bringing in Gourmet Food trucks. Delicious food. I love the Italian dish I had. When I first got here, I was concern about how close the nearest stores were, but since we are right off Ronald W Regan, it only takes a few minutes to get almost anywhere, yet since it's not off a major highway it's very quite here. Cedar city is jammed with stores and Georgetown has a lot to offer. Lots of places to eat from fast food to fine dinning. We have enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas, such as Taylor and Georgetown and we plan on taking some more daytrips to Austin and Waco. I've added some pictures of the San Gabriel River Walk and Taylor. I love bike riding so I was able to create a 30 mile ride leaving from my front door. I'm not sure when we will be back but I plan on staying here again.

Park itself is clean enough. Amenities are not ready wifi was a joke. It is technically a resort park. They charge you resort fees but without amenities its not worth it. Wait till they are fully opened.

This is a brand new RV Resort and some of the amenities are still under construction but that doesn't matter. It has been well thought out and I plan on staying for awhile to enjoy it all. Valerie and the crew have been extremely enjoyable and they all make us feel at home here The resort will be one of the premier ones in Texas. A++ Gang!

Stayed in site 702 on the weekend of 10/24/2020 and this facility was new, very clean, quiet and awesome staff. One of the ladies called to confirm our late arrival. Check in was fast and simple. Our pet loved the treat in the welcome packet. After the brief check in, her husband escorted us to our site and made sure I had ample room for our slides. We just made reservations again for Thanksgiving. Remember, they are new and still finishing some buildings and soft/hardscapes but workers were respectful.

Brand new facility with lots of nice landscaping touches. Many pads were still being landscaped and clubhouse and pool are nearing completion. Staff was very friendly and well organized and making a reservation was easy. On arrival I was guided to my site, asphalt roads with concrete pads with plenty of room to accommodate larger rigs. I will definitely plan another stay when in the area.
