Cancelled a one night stay more than two months before stay and followed up with them because I never received credit. They informed me that because it was for one night then there is no refunds. Poor policy. Be careful before you book. I can understand a 10% hold back as most Rv parks do but no refund at all is not right. I have a Newmar Dutchstar and always look for the higher end resorts. This place is off my list And should be off your list as well

Very well maintained, great staff! Me and the kids enjoyed Bingo night and the pool! Will definitely be back.

As both a guest of Stone Oak Ranch RV Resort for over a year AND a property manager, I have nothing but the utmost positive to say about this resort. The management staff is one of the best I've seen over a 40 year career in property management. This property is very well maintained; the staff is courteous, professional, and interested in helping; the landscaping and maintenance is kept up at all times (though considering the summer we've had, landscaping naturally suffers a bit but not by fault of the staff). The overall feel is that this is a Class A resort with excellent amenities that are also well maintained. Both personally and professionally I very highly recommend Stone Oak Ranch as an option to be seriously considered!

The pool is great. Club house facility is very nice. Bathrooms situation is very good. My only complaint would be the lack of mature trees in the main part of the facility (in ten years it will be nice). Two rules that are top on the list - Yes - 5 miles an hour seems slow, but if we all go that speed and plan for that speed, it is fine. Yes - Pick up your dogs poop, not only here but any place other people or animals could step in it.

Having lived at another luxury resort, time and time again visitors would highly recommend Stone Oak Ranch as their resort of preference. Once visiting, I cannot say enough good about this property! I drove 30 miles to get a tour and Stone Oak Ranch Resort did not disappoint. The property is beautiful, surrounded by lush vegetation. The amenities are one of a kind. Even the pool is heated with a tanning ledge built into it. The Amenity Center has too many activities to name, but you will never be bored. The sites are well planned out. All the staff, no matter how busy, are pleasant and willing to help. Stone Oak Ranch staff answered all my questions, which says a lot about them. 🏅 I have no hesitation about living here as well as recomending it to friends and family. 👍

Love this place. Great staff, very clean well managed RV park. All the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay, including a pool, laundry room and private large bathrooms with showers, very nice event center. It is also within easy driving distance to shopping and adventures. Definitely would consider staying here again when in Texas.

Great place, though as a resident of Hunts Crossing, the reception center sells me quarters, and they have a decent selection of beer and wine and hard seltzer‘s. Plus RV supplies like tank toss-in’s and RV TP. Plus the ladies that work at the reception center are extremely nice.

Very nice place to stay. A little expensive. Could not connect to the WiFi the entire time we were there.

Four stars because this is next two 2 highways, so a lot of road noise AND the fact that there are not fire rings. Camping for us includes nightly fires. The place is new, the pool is nice, the garbage pick up daily is a nice bonus. This is far away from anything, town, etc. Due to road noise and location we probably wouldn't stay here again.

Beautiful Park BUT dog parks are disgusting. So most people walk their dogs around the park. Which is fine if they would pick up the poop. We carry little bags with us when we walk our dogs and use them. The park provides bags throughout but not every one uses them. We do and I just wish others would also. Maybe they need a Poopy Patrol!!

My wife and I stayed here Friday, November 18, we were due to arrive at 6:30, due to inclement weather, we did not arrive till almost 8:30. I am handicap in a wheelchair, and this is my very first accessible travel trailer. I was very nervous to try to figure out how everything worked. When we arrived, I called the after hours number and a gentleman named Ken showed up. He helped us set up our trailer in the freezing rain , even took the time to come inside and show us how everything worked. This man was a godsend. I cannot say enough how nice this facility is, and how they made a very scary situation for me, Absolutely wonderful. Please go see these folks, they are top notch. By the way, I tried very hard to pay him extra, and he would not except as he was very happy to help. I pray a special blessing on Mr. Ken tonight, thank you so much, sir.

We stopped here for few nights while visiting friends in the area. We are full-time RVers so we stay at a lot of parks and this is one of the better parks we've been in. Check in is a breeze. It is easy to get in and out of sites. The whole park is paved and sites have cement pads. They keep you well informed on weather warnings and also events going on in the park. The grounds and amenities are well taken care of. There is a nice fitness room and laundry facilities are new and offer the option of paying by phone or with quarters. We didn't use the showers but we love the bathrooms/showers, they are individual rooms which are a lot more secure than a multi-shower facility. Outside they have a nice pool area, kids playground, and pickle-ball courts. The dog run areas are exceptional. They are huge and have grass. We never run into anything as nice as theirs. I highly recommend staying in this park if you are in the area. The only negative is we like a little more nature but for a city area this park is amazing.

Let me start out by saying the employees that talk to you at the front are very nice. Our main complaint is how unfriendly the long-term campers are and how some rules are followed and some are not. We have lived and worked full-time in our RV for 7 months at this point. We have traveled from TX to MI and back and stayed at multiple campgrounds and never had an experience like this before. We have a German Shepherd that has been traveling with us the whole time. He is a relatively quiet dog but he does bark at other dogs at times; however, we correct him immediately. Yesterday the local "Karen" was walking her dog and our dog barked at them. I immediately stepped out and addressed our dog. A few minutes later "Karen" returns in her golf cart stops and takes a picture of our dog laying in the sun, only to speed off and report us to the office. The next thing we know, get an email from the general manager threatening us about our aggressive and unruly dog and that he can be left unattended. Again, we live and work inside the RV and have an eye on him, and are within feet of him. But, no we are not outside with him the whole time. We have never run into a rule like this before, as most campgrounds are pet 'friendly' on your own space/property. They made sure to provide us with a highlighted copy of the aggressive dog policy along with your dog can not be unattended rule. In the highlight rules, there are several other rules like no carpet on the gravel or grass, which people do. No use of motorized bikes, scooters, ATVs, dirt bikes, children's motorized ride-on vehicles, and similar vehicles is not permitted. Did I mention she took the picture and drove away in her golf cart? I could be wrong but that is a motorized vehicle. AND no tarps on your RV - which guess what - KAREN has a tarp on her camper roof. So I guess some rules do not really apply or they only apply to SOME PEOPLE. So after we discussed the problem with the office, we decided to shorten our by 2.5 months stay there to a week and moved to the new campground just up the road from them. We realized this is a very cliquey campground, and not really German Shepherd-friendly. Below is our aggressive dog thank you, Karen, for a great picture of him. Stone Oak next time try talking to your customer instead of hiding behind an email that says do not reply to this address. If we knew that letting him out on his lead without standing over him was against the rules and you treated us like you valued our business. We would have stayed and returned every year as our family lives in the area.

Dang I just realized I didn’t take any pics! What a nice and FANCY rv park!!! We were not disappointed! Check in people were sweet!!! We were like the cheapest rv there tho…. But never felt discriminated against bc we didn’t have a 200k rv. Beautiful, friendly, lots of amenities!

This place is absolutely amazing! The pool, amenity center and people, not necessarily in that order, are awesome 👍 I would live here for a while ❣️
