I love it! This is a really nice reaort. The front desk is super helpful and nice. The amenity center is huge and has a nice gym, laundry, huge bathrooms, pool table, shuffle board table, kids' play room, an office, and a super nice kitchen! They have events like potlucks and nacho bars. I almost forgot the outdoor areas! They have a nice pool and gas grills (they provide the propane!). A nice outdoor fireplace, a playground, and pickle ball court. They are also expanding, so more awesomeness to come.

My wife and I have lived in this park since September 1st and we love it! It’s a nice quiet park tucked away in the Texas hill country. Couldn’t ask for a better place to call home!

One of the nicest parks I visit. The landscaping is meticulously maintained. The staff is super nice. The swimming pool is one of the largest RV park pools I've seen. The clubhouse is a place you want to go. I can't say enough good things about Stone Oak.

They charged me $3500 (yep, you read that correctly) to lay down a concrete slab for my tiny home.....in a spot THAT ALREADY HAD A CONCRETE SLAB! When I asked for my $3500 to be returned (since they obviously didn't use it to pour a slab), she refused saying it was in my lease agreement. Funny thing, though.....it wasn't. Stay away from these people.

Great place to stay at the staff and people living there were very family friendly. The pool and game area was nice as well the showers and kitchen to cook food. Would definitely come back with my family if I go working again out there in Austin. 👍

My family (including our pups) stayed for an entire month at Stone Oak Ranch RV Park and were impressed with what we found. Everyone was super pleasant and the office even had a small store with necessities AND stickers for my camping journal! (Nice surprise) Great (nice and cool) Amenity Center with shuffleboard, a pool table that was just resurfaced, a separate room for little kiddos plus a separate room with two computers and a shelf with games and puzzles to borrow. This area also has tables and chairs and a full kitchen for your use as needed in addition to one of my favs which is "Take a book, leave a book" area. I love to read and passing along books I have already read is a nice option. At the amenity center, there is a pool, outdoor fireplace area and propane grills for your use in addition to some outdoor games such as cornhole and horseshoes, a pickleball court and 2 dog parks which our pups loved! During our stay there were multiple nights that various food trucks visited, live music and a pool party and other activities such as Left/Right/Center and Bingo. I truly cannot say enough about this park, especially after having stayed at multiple other parks since our visit.

BEWARE: Unsafe environment! Our stay at Stone Oak has been anything but peaceful and the getaway from the bustling city. Management from this park seem to turn a blind eye to the chaos caused by some individuals, creating an environment that is anything but relaxing. During our time there, we witnessed a few altercations between tenants, verbal abuse, domestic violence, and certain kids destroying property. It’s unacceptable that management allows such behavior from these long term residents without any meaningful action other than an email being sent. Some kids riding their bikes unsupervised and being inappropriate, rude to other tenants and bullying some kids. Riding through our property and moving items. Where are the parents?! One of the long term residents (the park drunk/hypocrite) told my ex husband driving he’s lucky he doesn’t shoot his truck or throw a brick at his window. My ex will have our children in the truck or we all go for dinner together most times. We made a report with the front office and nothing has been done. We have been living in a very tense environment. Our children aren’t allowed to be alone or outside most of the time due to this incident. Meanwhile the guy is still allowed to stay here! Just at the end of our row. He should’ve been kicked out after the threat on my ex husbands life was made! We also have 2 mini yorkies and a lab which goes against community standards of 2 dogs max. We’ve been asked to either get rid of one dog or leave. I asked if they’re serious?! You’re going to kick us out because of an extra dog?! What about the tenant that threatens us?! I strongly advise against staying at Stone Oak until management takes actual steps to address the issue of violent tenants and ensure the safety of all guests. Until then, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere, and I urge others to do the same.

The RV Resort is fabulous 5☆ The people that run the resort 5☆ The amenities are 5☆ The pads are pretty level 5☆ Cleanliness 5☆ Events and activities 5☆ THE FACT THAT THEY DONT PUMP THEIR SEPTIC MORE OFTEN THAN WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS QUESTIONABLE; THE PARK SMELLS LIKE A GIANT SEWER, NOT ONLY WHEN IT IS SPRAYING THE OVER FLOW BUT ALL DAY WHEN IT RAINS.

RV Resort is nice, clean and in a great location. Close to Liberty Hill and Georgetown with several breweries nearby. If you are into drinking craft beer. Appears to have several families that live at the park due to the 5-mph limit and signs that indicate children playing.

Luxury is a fitting way to describe this RV resort. Staff were all very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The amenities building is phenomenal. Nice big pool. Market has essentials and nice merchandise. Will definitely be back anytime we come to the area.

Very expensive, nice but high buck. The very negative issue is the sewage settling pond directly on the South side of the park. When the wind is from the south bad odors waft into the park
