Overall was ok, but not great. Concrete pads are adequately sized and ours was reasonably level. Utilities were fine. We didn’t use the WiFi, but was told that it was rather poor. They appear to want to be upscale, but overall the park doesn’t reflect it. Amenities were nice, but it appears most of the campers here are long term, and many of the sites are cluttered with random stuff. High winds moved a lot of trash around, that was not picked up. They had an open house recently, where I witnessed a couple of park employees complaining about having to deal with it and couldn’t wait for the day to be over, this was at 8:00 am, so the day had barely started. Septic tank fields at the back of the park smell terribly at times. We were located near the front of the park and the stream of vehicles coming and going all day and all night made for restless nights. They have a 5 mph speed limit but it is not enforced, even remotely, with vehicles traveling at significant speed, especially during the late night hours. At almost $90 per night, doubtful that we would return.

Laundry facility has machines that are broken and not well maintained. The lazy river is very cold, needs to be heated.

I live in a Tiny Home here at JetStream Resort Stone Oak Ranch. What a joy. The people who work here are committed to making this a safe, fun, Community. We are blessed to enjoy “country” living with all we need just down the road. My primary physician, retina specialist, church, favorite grocery, dentist, and favorite place to get gas are all clustered close by. My tax accountant, optometrist, and the eyeglass place, are less than 10 miles away. There is also church here every Sunday with an ordained minister. We have people of all ages living here, all races and persuasions here, several swimming pools (heated!) and lots of activities every week as well as Professional music out of Austin on the weekends. There is always somebody around to advise you on RV or Tiny Home Repairs. (Who to hire includes a card board with names and business cards. I expect to stay here about 10 years. Our children are welcome and there are safe playgrounds and a safe playroom for the little ones. The business center is easily accessible. Thank you Deb-the Boss, desk workers Wendy, Debbie, and Tricia, outside workers like Eric, Jamie, Nate, house keepers Patricia and those I have not met yet. Thank you Debbie, Wendy and Dave who help new RVers and new Tiny Home Residents and bless all the dog walkers who let me talk to your dogs.

Site was not level, internet was inadequate, no outside table , and was charged $20 for not returning paper car tag at departure.

A quality campsite! We live down the street but still enjoy getting into the trailer as much as we can. We looked a places close by and were pleasantly surprised at not only how nice the park was but also with the amenities! The staff has been very friendly, curtesy trash pick up, full hookups and dumps at each site. Onsite gym, heated pool, lazy river (not heated and I’m not that brave) Plenty of full timers here and you can tell why, this place is wonderful! If you’re looking for a place to stay for a few weeks, months or just a night out in the camper, I highly recommend Jetstream!

My stay at Stone Oak Ranch RV Resort was fantastic! The sites were level concrete with plenty of room, the staff was friendly, and there were a ton of things to do on the property and in the area. The park has pickleball courts, a pool table, a nice playground for kids, gas grills, and the heated pool felt amazing even when it was 40 degrees out in mid February (I’m from Minnesota and yes we’re a little crazy when it comes to cold). On Saturday I got a Lyft to the rail station in Leander and rode the train to downtown Austin and back. For a first time visitor to the area, it was well worth the commute time on the train as I got to see a lot the area and didn’t have to worry about driving and parking downtown. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m passing through the area. This place has something for everyone, from retirees to families with young children to solo road trippers like me. The folks I met there were friendly and welcoming, and I got some good tips on cool places to visit out in the hill country once I got back on the road. 10/10 experience across the board, would highly recommended to anyone!

We are travelers, we stayed here one night. This appears to be a newer Park paved roads cement pads are nice. Weeds are already growing in the decomposed granite and in what used to be grass this is a detraction. The park is large and expanded, it's what would have used to have been a trailer park. Predominantly long-term residents here. Overnighters like us are just randomly placed. Pool looks nice playgrounds nice buildings look nice but did not utilize any. Cost of $88 is a little high for an overnight stop.

This place is simply beautiful and very well kept! The new part they added on is even more amazing !!! I can't wait for summer now to try the lazy river and cook out ! Oh yeah and the staff here are super nice. I am very happy here ! The only thing is I wish the Internet was better but that is THE ONLY thing I have found as a draw back.
