This place is an oasis at the edge of Georgetown. The amenities and activities are well planned and there’s always something for everyone to enjoy. If you prefer to just relax there’s plenty of peace and quiet to be had. I highly recommend this place for all ages.

I checked in Fri. 5/2/25 & checked out Mon 5/5/25. I appreciate that they escort you to your site & help with guiding you to back in. (They have back in & pull thru sites). This resort was awesome. The price was also awesome for all the amenities included (pools - lazy river, pickleball courts, playground, showers, laundry rooms, etc) It is a great resort for all. The resort staff was very friendly & helpful. I was having a little difficulty booking online, but when I called, the staff member who assisted me was very friendly & my booking went smoothly & she got me taken care of. I look forward to staying again when I am in the area.

Nice clean park, back-in sites are narrow and close to one another. Pull throughs have much more room. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only issue was people next to our site did not adhere to the quiet hours and played music and talked loudly until 1 am

First, the staff at check in and check out were fabulous! To the young man who escorted us to the site and helped us back in...Thank you! We selected this site based on the location, price and availability for our needs. We happened to find this RV park through Google and only had the online photos to make this determination. We are seasonal campers and travel around the country visiting different RV type parks. Though Stone Oak Ranch identifies itself as an RV Resort, we would certainly disagree (nothing wrong...just a difference of opinion based on our experience). I would describe Stone Oak Ranch (Jetstream RV Resort) as an "RV Park with Resort Amenities." Again, nothing wrong with our difference in the description. During our semi lengthy stay, we did not experience one issue related to our safety. We felt safe and every encounter both residence and employee was cordial and respectful. About the only concern or bad experience that we experienced came from two residents. One resident decided to share his music pretty loudly after hours and the other (a young man) decided that our travel lanes were a race track. The park was somewhat clean.....it was pretty windy so some trash was about the park....absolutely acceptable. Some residents have accumulated personal belongings that are clearly visible to the public and other visitors, but this is natural for long term residents. Our site did not have a table & chairs or a fire pit as we commonly see at an RV resort. Our site was partially concrete and partially crushed gravel. We didn't use the pool or other leisure areas. We were told that we had trash pick, but after our first day trash was never picked up we just decided to walk it over to the bins. We did have other days where our trash was picked up from our site. During one visit to the resort bathrooms, we found it clean but there was no toilet paper available. In the end, this RV park served our needs for this visit at a very affordable price. Again, every encounter with the staff was great. If we need a safe and affordable RV park, we would certainly give this place another shot without hesitation. Thank you Jetstream!

The Lazy River and small pool were great. But be aware the lazy river has no shade. There are no trees or greenery, bbq grills, or picnic tables at the rv sites. Chairs and a big fire pit and a grill are available at the lazy river area. A small food truck had ice cream and drinks.

Nice place for a short drive weekend getaway for locals. Also looks good for long term.

Very clean and nice campground. They could use maps at the front. It is a little confusing to navigate. Nice staff. It was to cold to enjoy water but looked nice. We would visit again.

Overall was ok, but not great. Concrete pads are adequately sized and ours was reasonably level. Utilities were fine. We didn’t use the WiFi, but was told that it was rather poor. They appear to want to be upscale, but overall the park doesn’t reflect it. Amenities were nice, but it appears most of the campers here are long term, and many of the sites are cluttered with random stuff. High winds moved a lot of trash around, that was not picked up. They had an open house recently, where I witnessed a couple of park employees complaining about having to deal with it and couldn’t wait for the day to be over, this was at 8:00 am, so the day had barely started. Septic tank fields at the back of the park smell terribly at times. We were located near the front of the park and the stream of vehicles coming and going all day and all night made for restless nights. They have a 5 mph speed limit but it is not enforced, even remotely, with vehicles traveling at significant speed, especially during the late night hours. At almost $90 per night, doubtful that we would return.

Laundry facility has machines that are broken and not well maintained. The lazy river is very cold, needs to be heated.

I live in a Tiny Home here at JetStream Resort Stone Oak Ranch. What a joy. The people who work here are committed to making this a safe, fun, Community. We are blessed to enjoy “country” living with all we need just down the road. My primary physician, retina specialist, church, favorite grocery, dentist, and favorite place to get gas are all clustered close by. My tax accountant, optometrist, and the eyeglass place, are less than 10 miles away. There is also church here every Sunday with an ordained minister. We have people of all ages living here, all races and persuasions here, several swimming pools (heated!) and lots of activities every week as well as Professional music out of Austin on the weekends. There is always somebody around to advise you on RV or Tiny Home Repairs. (Who to hire includes a card board with names and business cards. I expect to stay here about 10 years. Our children are welcome and there are safe playgrounds and a safe playroom for the little ones. The business center is easily accessible. Thank you Deb-the Boss, desk workers Wendy, Debbie, and Tricia, outside workers like Eric, Jamie, Nate, house keepers Patricia and those I have not met yet. Thank you Debbie, Wendy and Dave who help new RVers and new Tiny Home Residents and bless all the dog walkers who let me talk to your dogs.
