Other than a reservation snafu, it is a nice quiet place to visit and look at stars. That being said, California could do a better job on maintaining the roads to get out there.

Red ants got to our dog...had to go to the vet for antihistamines and cortisone. @TheSprings: thanks for the feedback. Wife and dog came back today after a short break and we don't blame the resort for the ant incident. We're back in January and hopefully the dog park is open!! We've been coming here since 2011.

We are all Southern California residents. At least eight of us book this resort three or four times a year. Have done so for many years. We were due to arrive Oct 24th to meet up with our friends. On the way we had major problems with our tow vehicle. Needed assistance from Highway Patrol and AAA. We had to return home. We arrived the following day and upon check in respectfully requested a one day credit to our account for next visit. We were told a definite No!! Not the best customer service.

Our weekend out at the springs was amazing! Clean RV park, practically spotless. All the staff members were amazing and very helpful, just a wonderful experience. We can’t wait to visit again!

Fall through Spring -- this is the best. Town reminds me of "times gone by." If I were younger, I might live here -- but not in Summer.

Catching up on helpful Google reviews from previous stays. I usually place reviews on Campendium for RV parks. ---------------- $52/night Stayed 18 nights Site #707 and #931 and #311 Stayed here mid-Dec 2023 until after New Years. Stayed in 3 sites and all were great (707 FHU 50 amp pull-through, 931 FHU 50 amp back-in to gold course, 311 FHU 50 amp back-in—311 was our favorite site) Campground WiFi: -Worked when the park was empty but could not connect at all once it filled up. So, typical campground wifi. Cell/hotspot using booster: -AT&T (2 of 4 bars—4G) -Verizon (3 of 4 bars—4G) Staff: Staff are helpful and very nice. Sites: All 3 were pavement pads with compacted sand patio areas Campground Road: Nicely paved. Grounds: Clean and maintained really well. Bathrooms/Showers: Lockable individual shower rooms. Very comfortable and feels new. Laundry: Good laundry facility. Lots of washers and dryers. Pool & Mineral Baths: Great pool and the mineral baths are awesome (2 small/individual and 1 normal group hot tub) Location: 3 min from town center, groceries, restaurants, and gas. Near highway: Well off of the main busier road. But, none of the roads are busy necessarily as this is in the middle of the desert. Near train: No.

I’ve stayed here several times over the past 5 years. I have tshirts and magnets and fond memories here! It’s a pleasant spot close to town, large spaces and lots of big trees for shade. However, the most recent trips have been different since they have added tons more spots but not done anything else to accommodate more people and also raised prices. The pool used to be peaceful, now it is overcrowded with very few lounge chairs. I only counted 12, and there are well over 45+ people during peak hours. People stake out the chairs in big groups. There is hardly any shade. The Springs needs to up their game and accommodate for the larger amount of people they are packing in here. This weekend, there was a camping group of 60 rigs together. Yes, 60!!!!!!! We were placed in the middle of them and had to move because they were nosey and obnoxious. The front desk knew they were here and told us they know that group and that they get loud. For $120 per night I was upset they stuck us in the middle of this huge obnoxious group. We asked to move and they still charged us $4 extra for the new site which was kind of a slap in the face. This group took over everything for the weekend and it wasn’t too pleasant. I wish The Springs wouldn’t knowingly allow such a giant group to take over the campgrounds.

Emailed us TV channel under that was totally wrong. Terrible WiWi. Beautiful park. Last week... 6 months later. No TV Schedule... but better WI-FI. Still beautiful 😍

Loved resorrt landscaping, palm trees, flowers, waterfall, surrounded by amazing mountains. Immaculate RV sites. Our site was on golf course, peaceful & fun to watch golfers. Real resort feel...Pool, spas, fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts. Bathrooms at pool are clean, well decorated & have own showers. Staff friendly and eager to help. We were there 14 days. Close to town & Anza Borrego State Park. Highly recommend this beautiful RV Resort.

First time here in our travel trailer. The rv resort is very clean with a lot of room between spots. Be advised that it is hot during the spring/summer months. The golf courses are well maintained and it was very quiet at night.

The park for the most part is good. My biggest complaint is the lack of internet. I'm not talking about slow internet. I'm talking about no internet. If you stay in the last five - six spots of the Fairways 900 section, (929-935), the internet will not be available all day. There were days we had hours of solid internet then as if someone flipped a switch, it would go away. A signal was strong, just zero internet. The regional manager even came to my site and verified this during the week but didn't resolve it or didn't know how. The rest of the park seemed to have internet. As I walked away from this area, I would get a connection. So buyer beware, stay away from this area if you want internet.

The Springs RV Resort - Very clean, friendly, great views, easy pull thru sites. I dont golf but the course looks nice, catch and release fish pond, tennis, pickle ball, and on a previous visit i enjoyed a wine tasting and an outdoor concert.

The Springs at Borrego is a very nice RV park and golf course. The RV pads are concrete and kept clean. The only complaint I would have is that the pool is always very cloudy and dirty along with the hot tubs. The camp host work hard to keep the RV pads clean and raked.
