First off, we loved the golf course, RV site was spacious and activities planned were fun! We, however, were pretty let down on a few matters. First off, our greeting at the front desk was unprofessional and non-helpful with the two receptionists present. They really seemed unhappy to be there and when we were requesting info regarding our stay they replied to go to their website and read it for ourselves. I was shocked in their response and the lack of help. Secondly, the fitness room was filthy .There were a lot of bees on the floor and on the windows. We left immediately and informed the front desk & they said they would let the cleaning staff know. It was in the same condition for the first 3 days of our week long stay. I heard others complaining about the fitness rooms condition as well as bees in the hot tubs. We didn’t go back to the pool or fitness area due to this issue. I’m not writing this review lightly. Sad to see such a beautiful resort not handle situations professionally and efficiently. My husband & I really hope this review may provide the management team some insight. Perhaps next time if we choose to come back we will have a better experience. On a positive note we really enjoyed golfing the 3 par course and the beautiful scenery! We met alot of wonderful people:)

This is an amazing park. The spaces are large with big sandy planters between them. Many spaces are staggered which increases privacy. The fairway spaces are sublime! The grounds are immaculately maintained. Strolling through the park one walks along ponds teaming with fish, tennis and pickleball courts, a large clubhouse and a grassy dog park. We are not golfers, but many campers seem to enjoy the course. We have stayed several times and still find a lot to do in the largest state park in California and of course there are the hundreds of huge iron art sculptures that surround the town. There are a few nice restaurants nearby, but we enjoyed just barbecuing at our coach. Almost every evening most campers seemed to be enjoying the weather by sitting outside and visiting. The springtime tends to be booked up, but we find the fall weather and lighter occupancy to be great.

This is a great RV resort boasting many great amenities. The grounds were very clean and well kept which made for an inviting welcome. The crew runs a tight ship, we were delayed in our departure (missing the checkout time by 36 minutes) and the staff was eager to see us off, but that was on us. We enjoyed the pool, courts and a stroll along the fishing pond. There were a lot of interesting community events on the calendar (e.g. Live music, stargazing, charity breakfast), but we didn't end up taking advantage of them. The golf course looked like it was in great condition and I wished I had time for a round. Overall, it was worth it to us to spend a little more for the great setup.

This is undoubtedly a beautiful park but, there are a few things we didn’t like. First being, on any given day it is like musical chairs with the RV’s moving from one spot to another. We monitored three sites around us and for the reasons they had these sites change from one to another made no sense at all. We had one neighbor that had been there for a month, were moved once, and then with other sites available were made to move two days before they were to leave. The rig that took their spot was in it for those two days and also left. There were other sites just as nice! Makes no sense at all. This was happening daily. We were there for 6 weeks and had to move once. |Second being, golf. They do not want to sell you 18 holes. If your t-time is 8:00 or so and you asked to play 18 they claim when you make the turn the course is full. I never saw it full. $40.00 for 9, $55.00 for 18, you figure it out. |Third being the pool area needs to cleaned up and the spas need to be hot. Very disappointing to walk all the way over to the pool area to use a spa and it’s not hot. Also, a few of them, I would not get into, very filthy. |Outside of these things, I would return with some understanding that I am not moving my rig, if I want 18 holes of golf I want that, and the pool area and spas need to be working and clean. If you’re paying the money you can require what they claim to be as true. If not, there are a lot of other parks to go stay at.

We stayed at the Springs for four days. Everything was good except no wifi or streaming tv as advertised. I talked with the front desk and they service was not guaranteed. Spoke to a number of my neighbors and they confirmed no wifi or streaming tv.

This was our first visit. We came in from the Saltan Sea side, and the first 8 to 10 miles was very rough, and then the road improved. Very clean and comfortable RV Park with a very nice 9 hole course with undulating fairways keeps things challenging. Borrego State Park is very close by. Dark sky's and star/sky watching is big here as well.

Nice quiet RV park, with its own 9 hole golf course, dog friendly, and just very relaxing overall. We will be back soon!

This place is amazing!!! Staff is very nice. Quietest camp ground we’ve ever been too. Pool and spas are very warm. Golf course was a lot of fun.

No wifi|No consistent cell coverage|No cable - they supposedly switched to all digital cable which means if you don’t have a smart tv you’re out of luck! |They refused to honor Good Sam, AAA or AARP the day after check in. Said I was too late! Had to be asked for at check in! Bad customer service. |Did like trash pick up at site and will also refill your propane tank and deliver to your site.

This is an RV park! Bring you Mobile Home! Great place with concrete pads, CATV hookup along with h2o, electric and sewer. Forgot to mention spacious sites and beautiful views of the mountains and 8 hole golf course!

We love this park! Our RV spot backed up to one of the golf fairways which made our stay peaceful and enjoyable. The setting is beautiful and the grounds are meticulous. Our surrounding area was raked and pristine. While here we also played the nine hole golf course. The course played well and we walked the nine holes. Next time we will get a cart.

A spectacularly beautiful RV park, gorgeous landscaping and surrounded by an attractive golf course. Loved the individual hot tubs! Camp host staff was first rate; wish that we felt the same about the front desk staff. Fellow guests were very friendly.

This park is usually excellent, and we have stayed here for at least five years. During our last stay in October-November 2023, it did not meet its normal standard of excellence. The pool area is a major problem. The large pool was too cold for swimming on many days; on other days, it was turbid. Two of the three mineral pools were just lukewarm. There is insufficient poolside furniture for the number of guests in the park. The pools are one of the main reasons we stay, and it was a great disappointment to find this unsatisfactory situation. Coyotes frequent the park, presenting a danger to small pets and children. The coyotes are hunting many ground squirrels that infest the park and must be controlled. We tried to have our propane tanks filled, but the park was out. This is the second time this has happened. The camp hosts are exceptional and do an exemplary job of keeping the grounds clean and presentable. Our site was shaded, quiet, and very comfortable. We would like to see the weight/exercise room reopened now that COVID restrictions have been lifted.

This RV park is big and beautiful. The grounds are well kept. Big parking slabs with a patio area and table. The sand is even raked. Several friendly and helpful park hosts visable and doing a lot of the work taking care of the trees and bushes. The public area had courts, pool and gathering areas. Only one restroom area. Daily cost reasonable for this type of park. Golf course was closed for overseeding but looked fun and challenging.

What they don’t tell you is how many coyotes are living in the park and adjacent roadrunner park my friends dog went missing and so did another dog during the same week. They should tell people when they book their stay about all the coyote’s. The coyotes come out all day long and run throughout the golf course and park.
