This is the second time I've stayed as an extended stay with my travel trailer in the adult section and I absolutely love it. All the staff is super friendly and helpful to make the experience very welcoming. Will be staying here again in the future. Highly recommend!!

We visited the Marina Bay on the last year for a big birthday party. It was a great experience. They have really good service! I would recommend to go in the summer and enjoy the nice pool they have. We will defiantly come back on the next visit in Texas!

Leonlights

Parking lot spaces with little room to sit outside if you have an RV longer than 30 ft. Most park their vehicles in the road. Very close to neighbors. Well maintained grounds. Great for staying short term and location near Kemah Boardwalk. Expensive for parking lot. Close to a Target and Home Depot. Construction continues on Hwy 146; very congested. Friendly staff.

They don't heat the pool nor turn on the fire pit anymore. What a disappointment. It's what I liked about this place in the years we've been here. The place is still immaculately clean; laundry room, bathrooms, and landscaping. A middle of the night water leak was tended to immediately.

Rented a cabin here on two separate occasions. Had the mid-size one bedroom this last stay. Clean, quiet, reasonable, and location is near everything you could need. Laundry, gym and pools on site.

A family member has been living in one of Cabins for 2yrs and it has everything!! Great location. We just moved here July 2023 and I can't say enough about Aly the manager. She has been truly wonderful to work with and has gone above to make sure our experience moving here is as easy as possible. If you want a beautiful place in a beautiful location managed by someone that cares enough to ensure all guidelines and park rules are being followed then this is the place!! You feel safe knowing things are being cared for and monitored!! I also want to say Sheri is always pleasant to speak with as well!!

We've stayed here many times over the last several years and we have never loved it more than we have since Aly became manager. Before, it was "anything goes" which made it hard to enjoy the amenities, but Aly enforces the park rules like no other. It makes our time here that much more enjoyable. She always puts the residents needs first and that is gold to us. Also, we absolutely LOVE the fun and unique marquee signs. They are absolutely hilarious and it gives this park so much character. As long as things stay the way they are, we are planning on becoming permanent residents very soon.

Staff is super nice!! Management did wonderful jobs with issues I had during my 5 month stay in the cabin. Rates are reasonable for what you get, and the resort is well maintained, with 3 pools,and an ADULT only area. Will definitely stay again

Staff was very friendly and attentive! Enjoyed the pool. Everything was clean and well maintained. Short trip to Galveston and Pasadena to visit family. We will be back.

Booked on short notice and staff was very helpful on the phone. Resort had heated pool which was a nice treat with young kids. Park is quiet and conveniently located within 40 minutes to Galveston Island and 15 minutes from Space Center Houston and Kemah Boardwalk. Paid $79/night for premium site near back of park by heated pool and covered pavilion.

I have been staying here for around 2 years and for the first time I had an emergency. The waterline going to my travel trailer was accidentally busted by my neighbor after hours on the weekend. And the staff got on to it so fast! And not only that but the staff put in the extra work and made sure it was completely fixed so I didn’t have to go without water over night. When most places would have just turned the main off until business hours these awesome guys made sure it was completely fixed before leaving. Thankful for these guys that went the extra mile!

Great location! All amenities are golf cart accessible. Very nice community room with full kitchen . Showers and laundry always clean. Three pools. I can’t say enough about this RV Resort! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Neighborhood very safe .

Nice pads but you're racked and stacked. Some folk with dogs that let them do their business in your stretch of grass but don't clean it up. After 3 days of this we reported it to the office to get someone to clean it up. They didn't. Just waited till the end of the week and let the lawnmower get it. Never saw the people beside us in a class A the week we were there. One afternoon the generator came on and ran all night. Right across from our bedroom window. We reported that as well - but if they couldn't get ahold of them, what can you do? Wait for the fuel to run out? Which it eventually did. (Really pretty impressive. It ran for just under 24 hours.) The washrooms were probably the nicest of any park we've been to. Laundry was good. Nice view of the bayou at the back of the park.
