Great location. Nice park. Cabins are clean with nice layouts but something will not work. Whether it's the microwave, or one burner on the stove, or one light, something will not work. Dryers usually take two times which is like 7.50. Kinda high. Overall it's a cool place in a great location. The people hereare great.

The location was loud and the curfew isn't enforced. The customer service is terrible!! The property doesn't have enough workers and the office staff even said that. The lady was training a new person when I was in the office. They don't believe in customer service skills, it's sad. I think I know now why the property isn't full. The place used to be better but now it's a disaster. They charge way to much for laundry. The Manager says Sorry and she stated she is only there for a paycheck and that she is over worked!! I won't be back!!

This is our second time here. Can’t beat the location! In walking distance of serval places that have live bands, great food and drinks for the adults. The three pools are very nice. Office staff and maintenance is friendly.

Easy and convenient to make reservations online. Nice views, nice pools, and the cleanest bathrooms in all the RV places we've stayed. The place is very well kept. The laundry is expensive at 3.75 for washer and dryer each. The dryer did a poor job drying our clothes. The place really looks well kept, and I have a feeling they would have addressed the dryer if we asked but we had to get going. Would definitely stay here again

The Texas Rollers RV Club always look forward to our campouts at USA MARINA RESORT in Kemah. The campsites are perfect for our group. We normally have 15-25 rigs depending on the occasion, sometimes more..The staff accommodates our every need..We are also greeted by full timers on property who look forward to our visits. Sherry and Aeriel are so amazing. They went above and beyond to help me get a place suitable for me and my daughter. Cabin was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you would need to start out. The pools are very clean and nice and the deck to walk is relaxing. Very nice shaded sitting areas. Maintenance is very helpful and works very hard to keep the ground very well maintained and clean. Neighbors are very friendly and kind. The location is great. Lots of restaurants, bars and entertainment within walking distance. Close to target, walmart, & gas stations. We felt very welcomed and safe here. We will definitely use them everytime. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience! 💗

We love this RV park, 3 beautiful clean pools. Clean secure single stall bathrooms with generous size showers, cleaned daily. Our power has been spot on, no problems running our AC. The laundry facilities are also clean and the machines are excellent the commercial type. Several washers and dryer’s you will never wait. The parks inhabitants have all been very friendly, it is also very quiet and peaceful we love it here. Pet friendly even the dogs are nice !! Great family oriented RV-Cabins park, a workout facility and even a dog wash, you won’t be disappointed it’s nice…….Paul
