We had reservations with a huge rally group. Two days before we could go my husband’s mom was given just a few days to live and put on hospice. Even though we never stayed here and it may be nice, they have a no refund policy. We were not offered to come back in the future, nothing. We lost our money and I’m sure they filled it with someone else. Their policy is unlike any RV park I have seen. I would not stay here, there are plenty of other places to stay who are compassionate when end of life happens to a loved one. They double dip, they are keeping my money and relenting my spot again with someone else. I will make sure to tell the entire Airstream group I have traveled with and most tell friends. The end of life is not fun and it would have been a kids gesture to let us come another time after our family member dies. It’s very easy to prove you have hospice parent, there is so much paperwork to sign

We've stayed at USA Marina Bay many many times now....and all we can say EXCELLENT! Beautiful place to stay. Staff is Always friendly and kind not only to us but to our fur baby Milo. It's a Terrific place and be close to everything Kemah has to offer.

It’s always nice when a business waves their giant red flags to avoid, by putting political messages on their marquee. What a shame to see a company proudly supporting a predator of women and convicted felon. I had considered here for summer vacation, but I will be continuing to look elsewhere.

There are too many amazing adjectives to describe this venue. The staff is courteous, flexible, servicing and professional. The grounds are clean and meticulous. The amenities are substantial. This venue is safe and welcoming. For a day or a year, you need to be here.

Been here for over a year and just out of the blue they got rid of cable. Floor has been coming up for 10 months asked multiple times to be fixed and they won’t fix it. Multiple other things have not been repaired even though I have asked for months.. would not recommend their cabins

This place is amazing. We arrived a day early and stayed in one of the cabins. The cabins are very nice with all amenities. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants and shopping available. The staff is exceptional!!!! Our Christmas became very fluid due to first grand baby coming any day. Staff made accommodations for any and all family members during this time. I have nothing but praise and thankfulness for everyone at USA RV Marina Bay. Plus the RV slot we are in is great.
