This rv park is catered more to long term rentals. Especially the cabins. Most of them have people living in them, so by the time you rent it out all the furniture is old and worn out. The beds caved into the middle. The couch was so dingy. The tv didn’t work so we emailed management (Sheri) she said she would have someone come out the next day to fix the tv. No one ever showed up. We emailed again- no response. Tv never got fixed. Won’t be staying here again. For the price we paid- we could have rent an air bnb but we had friends staying there so that’s where we decided to stay. Edit to response: There wasn’t even a Roku hooked up to the tv to begin with. The furniture is dingy and worn out. I did sleep on it. The mattress are springs and sink in towards the middle. And not one time in the email was it said that we needed to be present to fix the tv. No one was in office when we found out the tv didn’t work. Which is why we sent the email. We didn’t expect someone to come out right then or much less respond right then but we did expect for the issue to be fixed the next day, and communication to be provided if we needed to be there. We were out celebrating a birthday. I didn’t know we needed to stay around for you to fix a problem that was there before we checked in. Also, I didn’t try to stop by on the way out to properly address the issue but again, no one was there.. you had my number you could have called if I needed to be there when maintenance showed up. Cabin 142 had the dingy couches and slopped in beds.

A great place to stay. The staff is absolutely amazing, willing to help anyway they can. The resort is close to everything from recreation to restaurants to bars. They work hard on keeping it looking like a resort. One of the three pools is a total adult pool which is fun to hang out in.

I have been utilizing Marina Bay for almost a year and it's great. Sheri is very accommodating and great to work with. I would recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a quiet, safe and clean campground to stay at - short term or long term! It's very convenient to the Boardwalk and the restaurants are walking distance right across the street. Thank you Sheri!

Called and spoke to Sheri, but checked in with Deanna - OMGOSH! These 2 women are so friendly and helpful with the reservation process and check-in. I was a little stressed at the long drive, but when I got there, the smiles on their faces and the ease of which they got me into my space made it so much better. The showers / restrooms were clean and the pool looks refreshing. Thank you so much for having us!

I thought the resort was conveniently located to the things that were beneficial to me and my wife while we were there. The manager was super friendly and she made you want to come to that resort instead of choosing another. The grounds were kept clean along with the restrooms and laundry. Extremely important. A plus. Five stars..

USA RV resorts is a nice little community by the water a lot of areas to shop but I feel that they're a little pricey because they're tiny little houses

Been staying for 2 months now. Great location and well maintained. No issues for me. Staff is great to deal with. Especially Sheri. She is great. Always cheerful and happy! Dog park is nice and clean!!

The entire experience was great from start to finish. The cabin was clean and comfortable with no issues whatsoever. Sheri at the front desk was especially helpful answering any questions I had and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend these cabins and would absolutely stay again.

This place is so beautiful. Very well taken care of grounds. The showers and laundry room are pristine and so well maintained. Air conditioning is a must here in the summer. This location is 2 miles from everything in the world you could possibly need or want. We are so happy to be here. 3 swimming pools and right next to the bayou!

Great location, close to just about everything we wanted to do on the coast. Lots of good restaurants nearby as well, many within walking distance. One star ding for the 7 pages of rules you have to sign with an e-doc before showing up and then not enforcing them on the people that appear to be full-time. I would stay here again.

I stayed here last year in their cabins for about 3-4 months. i had the 2 bedroom which is one of their larger cabins. I was paying around 1800/mo which is kinda pricey but i was very comfortable. My only complaint was my cabin didn’t have an oven and for that price you’d think that be a must have. The location is amazing my boys loved fishing in the bayou that runs along the back of the resort. Id definitely stay here again.

Cabins are very clean and comfortable. The entire property is beautiful, well maintained and has a lot of amenities. Neighbors are nice. Property is quiet and enjoyable. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. I love being able to come home and turn the wifi on my TV and meditate. I would recommend this property to everyone. Short term and long term available. It's absolutely a gorgeous place to be.
