This place is wonderful! The staff is so friendly and very responsive. I lost some jewelry during our stay and the staff was so compassionate and took every step possible on their end to get it returned to me. It’s also so beautiful! I can’t say enough good things!

I found what I was looking for right here. We’ve been here for several months now and find no reason to look anywhere else. Sheri and the team here are the best, with all it takes. Clean, safe, well lit, quiet as can be…quick to respond to any need. My neighbors are super, and I met so many at our thanksgiving pot luck. Check it out…it’s easy to see, just drive on in!

If a figure nice place to stay. I lived in 1 bedroom cabin for over a year till moved in my home. They fixed and repairs on a timely matter. Ladies in office were always there to help and answer any questions. I would stay again if need to.

This is my home. The office staff are amazing and so helpful. I have lived here and had no issues. If a issues does arise Sherry always get control of issue in a very professional matter. My dog loves the dog park.

The location of this RV resort is one of the best in the area. All your stores are less then 10 minuets away shopping, grocery, and hardware stores. But yet far enough from the main highway you dont hear it. Eateries right across the street with bars so no need to drive.

I am in my third month of staying here in the RV part of the resort. The amenities are awesome with three pools, gym, multiple laundry facilities, and even a dog wash station that includes shampoo and a dryer. Not to mention the dog walk area located by a canal. They have fire pits with chairs as well as Tiki sitting areas, and a covered barbecue area with pits to cook on. The park is always kept clean and the lawns are well manicured. Oh and did I mention that the utilities are very reasonably priced here as well. Upon our check in we had a slight problem with the power hook up but literally within 2 minutes of calling the office a maintenance personnel was there to fix it. We have no problems receiving mail and packages here as we have had problems at other parks in the past. This resort is located within walking distance of several great restaurants and within a mile or two from the Kemah Boardwalk. The staff in the office are a great bunch of ladies and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as you want it to be. Also they occasionally have food trucks or food vendors on site that is convenient for nights you want to skip cooking but not have to go far for a great meal. The cabins are also great for a staycation as we have a friend who resides in one. They are vibrant and are stocked with all the necessities that you need. We have stayed at several resorts and parks in the past but we have definitely decided to stay at this one for awhile. It’s like a piece of home away from home.

Staff is super friendly and helpful! I’m staying in on of the smaller cabins and it’s very clean and perfect for a solo traveller. I’ve been recommended this place through family and I would recommend it to others as-well. Walking distance to many restaurants and close to the boardwalk and other shops.

I will be parking my RV on this pretty property. The only negative is the internet. It's not good. I can't stream and hardly have good connections.

We’ve stayed here multiple times per year for the last 8 years. So, I feel qualified to share the good and the not-so-good! Great: excellent location office employees are the best facilities (wash room & pools) park safety Good: level pads landscaping dumpster emptied several times a week Not so good: •Rules are not monitored/enforced (dogs off leash, loud music,parties after hours) •Electric golf carts allowed (this is a noise problem after hours and especially on the Friday and Saturday nights) •No employee picking up trash. I pick up bottles, plastic sacks, paper goods from the ground each time I go on a walk. •Some sites look trashy. One has been allowed to set up a 15’ tall skeleton that the owner dresses in seasonal clothing. Other sites use the outside of their area for a storage unit.
