My completely honest review: We called at the last minute and were able to reserve a cabin the same day. Drove in on Thursday and we are staying until Sunday (we are currently still here!) The whole park is very well kept up. It's really a beautiful facility. It's very full, but a lot quieter than I expected it to be. We truly have enjoyed taking walks in the evenings and seeing families outside playing, grilling, laughing and having a good time. There are 3 pools, 2 of which are very small (one is adults only).The larger one sits right beside the bay and is absolutely beautiful and super clean. We've been 3 times with our 3 year old granddaughter already and each time, we were the only ones there. It has a beautiful rock waterfall, chairs, tables and is fenced in. We attempted to fish in the little bay, but only managed to catch some small crabs. They are very plentiful. You can also sit and watch small fish jump out of the water repeatedly. There are several little benches surrounding the bay and a small pier to stand on. The scenery is really nice. The cabin we are in (140) is in a great spot for us. We are secluded and there is a large concrete area our grandkids can play on. The porch is small, but perfect for morning coffee and contemplation ;) The cabin itself is a decent size and the beds are comfy. Our only complaints are the tv seems to have a bad cable connection and sometimes there is a lot of static. There were very minor issues with some tiny little ants, but they are taking care of it. We also had a disruption in water for a couple of hours tonight, but it's all fixed now. Honestly, my only suggestions for improvement is to provide cleaning stuff. I don't mind keeping the cabin clean at all, but there's not even a broom. Overall, it's very nice and affordable and we will stay again in the future!

My family and I were looking for a new place to stay and we stumbled across Marina Bay. BEST DECISION we could have made for our family. The grounds are kept clean, pools are amazing, the fishing pier is nice to sit out at sunset. The staff is amazing as well.. all of them. The ladies in the office are so nice and friendly. This is not just some park.. it's home.

This place is great. Other campers around me have been friendly and courteous. Front desk Cara and Nexy have been great as well. I needed a document notarized and it was taken care of graciously. They are very diligent with parking requirements so that everyone has room and fire-lanes are kept clear. Very well kept and an area at the back for taking walks. Also a little fishing too. Sunrises on a park bench by the water is very relaxing, fire pits near the water in the evenings is also a fantastic way to relax. Keep up the good work you guys.

We stayed here for two months this past winter in our small motor home. We absolutely enjoyed every minute! The office staff were always friendly and helpful; the maintenance staff polite and always kept the park and facilities in pristine condition. We found the sites to be level and wide even with our slide out. Concrete sites were wonderful especially with it being such a wet winter. Vehicle parking at each site is more than ample on each concrete site. Units in the long term section were well kept, residents friendly and children well behaved. We enjoyed the campfire during the evenings along with the view of the bayou, the long horn cattle and variety of birds. For those who enjoy kayaking, fishing, or just relaxing, this park is ideal. We were able to easily ride our bikes here and on the island and to local businesses. We are looking forward to returning next season and visiting our new found friends. Safe travels everyone!

Great park. Came for a week, now staying indefinitely. It's peaceful, great atmosphere, quiet, plenty of amenities, along with an impeccable layout. Park tenants are a great and respectful mix and I've had only friendly interaction with the office, including helping me out when I elected to stay longer. Overall, one of my favorite out of 100's I've stayed in. Update: Stayed for over a year and the park has always been very accommodating. Hate to leave as we love this place and the staff has always been great to my family! Great location and will return anytime we're back in the area.
