Was a nice clean park big beautiful pool. |I wouldn’t go back, campground surrounded by water/ mangroves, so the gnats were god awful.sites were level and stoned, concrete pads.Just a poor location. Staff was also very nice. I hate to complain but the bugs were really bad.

First time camping with our brand new camper. We stay over night and close to home. This place was amazing. Nice people check you in, we were lucky to be there on an appreciation to guest day. They had food and drinks and they asked us to join in. They were so friendly. The pool was warm and nice, they even had a few floating things for the guests. We walked around the park several times to get ideas of what to do on our next camping trip. They have a fishing area that has seats and an area to clean the fish. Omg, we LOVED how friendly everyone was. This place is a must to try. We will be back but next time it will be for more than a night 🥰

This was a great resort in Florida.|We are just on our way back to Canada now and I wanted to take a minute to comment how great this rv park was. We stayed here Jan 24-Feb 25, 2025 and I really wish it was longer. Pool was nice and clean and warm even when the weather was a little cooler. There were lots of activities at the park which was nice. Taco night, Food Truck Friday, Craft show, live bands and my husbands fav, Texas HoldEm. The park itself is situated between Tampa and the beaches on the gulf coast. Everything was about a 20-30 min drive from us. Whether you like watching NHL hockey, going to a horse race, or shopping at the malls, it’s all right there. |Everyone in the park is very welcoming, including the staff. Sites are clean and probably the biggest we’ve seen in awhile in Florida. Some I find that the awning is literally right next to another rv and this one is not. |The park is also very dog friendly which was one of the reasons we were initially attracted to it. Already planning our longer visit next year.|Thanks Bay Bayou for an enjoyable vacation!

We loved this place! We had a very specific reason to be in the area and this place was perfect. The pool was amazing! The bath houses were immaculately clean. You could literally eat off of the floor! We will definitely be back if we’re in the area!

Been coming down here to stay for business.Nice big park,nice sights especially in the new part.The cons are We are disappointed in how the up keep is now.It use to be well kept,with lawn people constantly keeping grass cut,weeds pulled and just really nice.But staying here is totally different,you don't see lawn people out,limbs down,shrubs not taken care of.Hurricane took a tole but it has been months since we have been down Really disappointed on how the lots are now being kept.Prices have gone up.Flower beds use to be well manicured,with mulch..

Excellent location, particularly if you like fishing. Nice big sites. Tree cover is good. Only downside is that the area is very low lying. Expect mandatory evacuation (w/no refunds) if stormy in the summer.

Lovely resort. Good hookups. Reliability and throughout of the wifi was painfu though .l. FYI, Verizon has poor coverage in the area as well, which effectively meant we were unable to work.

The office staff, security and maintenance staff are so very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return. The place was clean and centrally located to many restaurants and things to do. We live about an hour away and just took a short trip to get away.

Nice graveled camping spot, lots of room. We were traveling in an RV pulling a utility trailer. We couldn't park the small trailer on our site, but they let us put it up by the main building.
