The location is the best. You are in the middle and easy to get to Tampa, Clearwater, st Pete or north . The staff was great and place was very well kept with workers keeping the place up everywhere. Price was also cheaper than most last summer.

I lived here for 2 and a 1/2 years and it was a great experience. The staff is absolutely incredible maintenance staff office staff. Everybody I consider them my family. And I pray for them right now during this time

I cannot say enough about Bay Bayou RV resort. We are travel trailer newbies and we wanted to take our trailer somewhere close to home in case anything went wrong. Everything from making the reservation to check out was incredibly easy the office staff was very friendly a wonderful man named Bob help me back up my trailer That I’ve never really done before ( he has the patience of a saint no dear your other right) He even came back to check on us a couple of times to see how we were doing. We met our neighbor and he was also incredibly helpful, a sweet man named Norm. The bathrooms are impecibly clean and spotless the entire park in fact is very clean! They take so much care. There is a great little doggy park that our little dogs just loved to run around in. For the first time out in our new trailer, what a wonderful experience, thank you!!! Only 20 minutes from home but we’ll be back!!!

They have all of the nice looking landscape but the people in the office were nice or should I say the lady that checked me in was but other than that if you have kids don't come to this rv park they want to bury you in rules for kids but the residents look at you like you are a bother to everyone in that park if you have kids the kids can't do anything without being scrutinized about everything they do but yet the older residents can do no wrong. It is like a over 70 high school. Not a welcoming place for our children it is very sad and childish.

We stayed here for a month the site was well maintained the free wifi actually worked the pool was amazing. We loved that it was gated with security so we felt safe and we did some fishing as well while we were there nothing big in the ponds but there was fish to catch. If I had to name one down side it was that the laundry was coin only. That being said the wonderful staff will sell you rolls of quarters and charge them to your account so you don’t have to pay until you check out. 10 out 10 will stay again when I can.

As a last-minute decision, the family set the RV camp for the weekend.. a decision WELL MADE! This great establishment has it all, location, great plots, inground pool and great great amenities. (Ie:10lb ice $2 - WOW!) Peacefulness and so quiet! Staff is very informative and helpful. For the out of town travelers, like myself, this is a great spot that is not too from the local & easy to access beaches (ie: Honeymoon Beach ⛱️ 10min due west) or kayaking on the many cold rivers (go North)! OR a 30-45 minutes, south, to other Tampa must-see sights, restaurants & beaches ⛱️ Did I mention this place was GREAT! See yall on the next Tampa vacation soon!

We had the pleasure to spend a little over a week at this RV RESORT. 45ft Class A Coach with a tow. We found the staff to be very helpful and supportive to all our needs. The entrance was tight for our liking, so we had to unhook to make the turn into the gate. The site we stayed at was very nice, 50amp Full Hookup. Nice docks and pool. Very clean

I came in to get some information. The lady behind the desk was the rudest l've ever encountered at a campground. Looked at me and basically told me no from my appearance. I guess they have a no flat bill hat rule or something.||||I have friends that have stayed there and recommended me visit while in town as well. None of them had an experience anything like mine. One of them is an RV tech that frequently has jobs on site. He was shocked to hear of my experience as well.||||I am a caregiver for my elder veteran father. We are quiet, clean, and take amazing care of our rig. We are the literal definition of the kind of people a campgrounds want patronizing them. We are the furthest thing from the riff raff one would want to keep out. The unpleasant classist women took one glance at me and decided NO.||||I hope karma doesn't catch up to her too bad because wow does she have some coming!||||Overall it just seems like some BAD PEOPLE either owning or running the office couldn’t tell who I spoke to but she sure felt like some kind of enforcer. And probably patter herself in her scale covered back for her injustice.

Such a tight corner to turn off the road to the check in area. 38’ and a tow car can hardly do the right corner without backing up to adjust. Told them up front that I was about 50 feet, but they put me in a very tight site, which had a low hanging branch. Took a while to get in. Been driving an Rv for 17 years. Way too tight, but made it. Lesser experience would have been a disaster for them. Lots of empty sites, so not sure why an easier site was given. Friendly check in. Like the security of a gated Rv park. Lots of long timers in the park.

Clean place, roomy (plenty of room/space between each campsite). Would definitely recommend this place. Even the prices were fair. Great customer service as well. Even able to fill propane while you're there. (I think it cost $25 but it beats taking a drive to somewhere that could charge you twice that). Edit: we're coming back on May 1st and will be there for a month or so. I plan on uploading pictures/videos when we get back. They're wonderful here.

Very nice very clean campground with a friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is noise from an RV washing business that runs there pressure washer for hours. Our neighbor got his RV washed. We couldn't sit outside due to the noise and smell of the exhaust. It would be better if they used an electric pressure washer.

Very nice RV park, conveniently located near necessary stores, yet peaceful and quiet. Sites were great and neighbors friendly. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great activity room, and nice pool.
