Great hotel. We had a single with king bed. Room had big 45” tv (bigger than most hotels), separate double vanity sinks couch etc. could almost call it a suite. Great staff and hot breakfast. Well worth staying here.

This place was perfect! The hotel staff was very polite and helpful, especially Charlotte! She gave us SO much information before we even asked that even included local restaurant info. We were surprised that they have smoking rooms that are hard to find these days! The room was clean! Would definitely stay here again!

We checked in on December 30th after an 8-hour drive hauling our 26’ camper, with about 4.5 - 5.5 hour drive the next day. Even though the parking choice was not great, we decided we would be making this our go to hotel since parking was available: Grounds were clean and well lit, room was well insulated and clean, no smells of weed wafting in from anywhere. We intended to book a room the following morning when checking out for our trip back on Jan 6th as well as two nights when we got back home for a trip we are planning in March. This did not happen and will not happen. Going forward we will be avoiding this location—and possibly this brand—entirely. In a nut shell we paid for a hotel room with a check out time of 11am and requested not to be disturbed by hanging the "Do Not Disturb" sign. We were disturbed 5 times not including the leaf blower which I fully believe was another intentional attempt to get us up and out. Housekeeping not only knocked but attempted to enter the room at around 8:45am while we were sleeping. Glad the door bolt latch was in place. She came back two additional times with the sign still hanging.... The Front desk called us twice. One on the room phone and then immediately called our cell phone when the room phone was not answered; with another attempt to force us to check out early. They said it was because of were we where parked. We parked exactly where hotel staff told us to park. Housekeeping returned a fourth time entering the room before we were fully out of the room which circumvented a final walk through. Upon arrival at our next destination we found an item missing. It was part of a gift my daughter had given me for Christmas. We have called twice including the day of departure about 5 hours later. It should have been returned to lost and found but instead has apparently been stolen due to a pissed off staff member simply because they could not start their rounds early. No amount of cleanliness in a hotel room overrides the lack of customer service and keeping items you are legally obligated to return. Full experience review on TripAdvisor

Great place to lay my head. Quiet and peaceful environment. Small fee for our ,2 dogs. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. Room was clean beds slept good. Friendly staff.

Motel style rooms, and if you're checking in "after hours" you'll be talking through a bulletproof window. Doesn't exactly give you the warm fuzzies.

This was a good stop halfway to Gulf Shores Alabama from our home in Kentucky. The desk attendant was so nice. The continental breakfast had so many choices. The place was definitely clean. It is an older hotel that is really a motel with the outside doors and stairwells. The first room we were put in the tv was messed up and would not shut off or turn the volume down lower. So we moved to a different room which was a good room, very spacious with 2 sinks. The only thing wrong in that one was the bath tub had a constant drip that we could not turn off. It was fine, it did not keep us awake or anything. The place could use some updating but it was a decent stop just to sleep one night on our way to the beach.

room was clean and smelled clean, service was good, front desk was personable and polite. room didn't have shampoo or conditioner but did have a body bar soap. had a nice breakfast also, there was busicuits n gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal and more.

It's so outdated and they won't open lobby till 6 for coffee, that's bad since your traveling and may be leaving at 6. Also only hotel that had rooms open should have known.

Excellent! Prices, cleanliness, and bed was excellent! No issues bringing my dog. Certainly did not disappoint. Breakfast was also very good. Personally I loved the coffee. Stay 4/25. Does not disappoint! Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast good! Staff excellent. Price very reasonable. Drive extra 2 hours to stay here

This was a last minute stop on our way to Gulf Shores; we had to be in front of a TV in time for our March Madness game! Lobby, rooms, and outdoor area are clean and inviting. Room was comfortable as well. Nice complimentary breakfast. #onwisconsin #bracketbusted

The staff is the most gracious, kind, and caring I have ever encountered at any hotel in any city anywhere. I have spent over 3 decades traveling the USA and many hotels have clean accommodations, good locations ,and reasonable rates and this hotel is one of them. BUT the manager and her staff were incredibly kind to the disabled person and to his dog that stayed here. Because of them, he had no anxiety and felt safe and actually relaxed and enjoyed his stay entirely. He actually cried when he left and told me the staff made him feel like he was somebody. The whole staff was such a blessing. God bless you all.
