Very good location. Beds were very comfortable, and got plenty of sleep, the hot bfast was so good too. Fresh biscuits, and eggs. The waffles were on point too. Let's not forget about the amazing staff they have. Ladies at the front were so warm and welcoming, even housekeeping were very friendly. Would highly recommend

The room had a horrible smell. The bathroom tub didn’t drain and held water overnight plus the shower was dirty upon arrival. We’ve stayed in many Best Western’s and by far the WORST experience with cleanliness and overall experience! Wouldn’t definitely NOT recommend !

Room was very clean. Ended up taking my wedding band off at the sink and accidentally leaving it in the room. The staff kept my ring for a week while I was in Florida and returned it back to me when I stopped by on our way home.

Very nice place! Our room was clean and had everything we needed. We had our dog with us, so the young lady that was working at the front desk gave us a room that was located at the end of the first floor, which was very convenient for us, as the location that was designated for pets to use, was just a few feet from our room. They offer a complimentary breakfast down in front lobby, which was very good! We stayed at this same Best Western about 7 or 8 years ago and they were in middle of renovations then. I have to say they did an amazing job! Beautifully updated! Highly recommend!

I received excellent service from Allison. I spoke with her before and after I booked my room online because I have a 50lb dog. She assured me that it was fine and gave me a room close to the dog walking area. When I arrived she saw my dog get out of the car and greeted me by name! The hotel is very well kept and the free breakfast was top notch!

Nice place to stay for the price. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was stocked well compared to other hotels at a similar price point. We booked two rooms and both were clean. Conveniently located off the highway, while still relatively quiet.

This is a great spot to lay your head when traveling! We were looking for a stopping point on the way to the beach. We had first checked vacancy & price at the Holiday Inn that is so close you'd think they were the same property. Their rate was almost double! So we came to BW. Anna & Spery were very kind and accommodating. Check in was smooth & room was easy to find. The room was clean & beds were comfortable. The parking lot was well lit & we felt safe & secure 🙂 The breakfast was good - standard waffle station, muffins, etc. If in doubt (& you aren't expecting extravagance) this is a great place to stay.

We stayed here 1st night of our trip. Room clean. The desk clerk is nice. Gave us a good recommendation for where we could go for supper.. Bed comfortable. They had 2 suitcase racks which came in handy since we have his/hers suitcases. Bathroom clean. Will be glad to stay there again. 5 stars

As far as service the clerk was good and did their job. Had a hard time finding our reservation due to it being under a different name. Happy about the space in the room and the shower was awesome. The only complaint would be needing a queen or king size bed instead of two double beds. Otherwise it was not a bad experience but could of been a little bit better. Need king and queen beds on the first floor. Not just on the second floor like we were told by clerk.

The hotel itself is wonderful. The exterior as well as the interior are immaculate. The rooms are clean, the beds comfy, and breakfast is amazing. Had no issue checking in with my service dog. The girl on 2nd shift, Amanda was welcoming, friendly, and has us ready to go in just a few minutes. Unfortunately, bad staff can render all of that obsolete. Trish, the 1st shift front desk person is horrible and from the way she behaved, it's safe to say she hates her job. I had to call up front for something, I called the front desk for over 30 minutes with no answer. So, I finally walked down and she came in from a door in the back. She was sulking, looked at me as if I wasn't welcome there finally begrudgingly helped me. Another interaction with her, one of the housekeeping staff was having issues getting a door open, she called for her and her she came cussing up a storm. 'F' this 'f' that, it was terrible. And what I hope is my final interaction with her, they have a vending machine we put the money in, hit the button, wrong thing comes out. We go to the front desk to let her know. She immediately goes to huffing and puffing walking to the door to get to the desk saying '2 more days, I only gotta make it 2 more days' 'Do you want your money back or what?' In the most hateful tone. Once again feeling unwelcome, like we inconvenienced her in some sort of way. All of this was in one day. We had a substantial reservation, more than a week. My company frequents this area often and we're constantly staying in hotels. Unfortunately, my company will no longer be using this establishment. I will also warn anyone I know of that travels to this area to avoid this place based solely on the service I received from that woman.

Traveling, just looking for a good, inexpensive place to sleep. Got a Wonderful night stay. Much better than we were expecting. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy. Shower had good water pressure. Very relaxing. Everything was perfect. Delicious breakfast. Loved the western omelettes and yummy coffee. Had cranberry juice that got our day off to a good start.

We stayed here last year and everything was great, unfortunately this year that was not the case. Front staff is friendly, rooms appear clean, just a little outdated. I did my normal check for bed bugs on the corners of the bed and everything looked clear. I got up this morning and saw a speck on the Comforter and was horrified to see what looked like a bed bug. My husband agreed and after more inspection we found several more, not on the beds, but on the crease where the wall meets the ceiling. I took pictures, told the staff. There wasn't anything she could do since we had already paid, but I will be calling corporate. Just a heads up to everyone. We could have just been unlucky and got a bad room, but definitely check your stuff well! We all now have the creepy crawlies!

Looking for a place late at night to stay. For an ok price without having to get a place in a big city. This place popped up so I browsed a few pics and reviews. Everything was a great experience from the checking to the stay. Rooms smelt good beds were comfortable. Everything was clean from the exterior to the interior. And the breakfast was pretty good as well. Definitely will stop here again when passing through.

Everyone is really great and I stayed there a lot. The only time I can say I enjoyed my time away from home. The staff made me smile and made me feel welcome and important. I think Rachel is the best at her job. Thank you to all the staff.

After looking at several different hotels we decided to stay here based on its location for a gymnastics event. I hate staying in a hotel that I've never stayed at bc you don't know what you're getting into. Is the location safe ? Are roaches gonna run across the floor as you enter the room? Are the staff friendly? This hotel is worth staying at. Staff were friendly and check in was easy. The hotel is older but it's very well maintained. We stayed 1st floor room 117 and upon walking in, the room smelled fresh and clean. So we breathed a sigh of relief that we made the right choice. The only down side was the beds were on the hard side so if you like softer beds you may want to bring something. The room had a good size fridge and a microwave. This hotel also had a breakfast option with several items to choose from. Sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal etc... if we have to drive to clanton again we will be staying here.
