We arrived around 530pm. Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. We went up to our room and the air was off. My husband called the desk and was told that was their policy just give it 30 minutes. We went to eat supper and came back. It was after 10pm before it was comfortable. It was 90+degrees outside. All else was perfectly fine. It's a shame to give one star but not called for to at least have air on low in rooms reserved ahead of time.

very friendly welcoming front desk staff. rooms were clean and comfortable. didn't have time to try the outdoor pool but it looked nice for kids. breakfast was well prepared with many selections available. would like to see bacon added to the menu as they only had sausage available at the date of our visit.

I'm not impressed with the front desk at all. Arrived, desk kept saying 2 nights, to show her the email confirmation that said one night. My husband made the reservation but used my personal Mastercard. This just confused the hell ot of the desk. Reservation is for 1 night King bed. She looked at us, 2 males, and suggested 2 queen beds. I don't think she attended diversity training. Room is the standard BW and very satisfactory. Do something about the desk clerk.

The customer service was top tier!!! Connie at the receptionist desk was fantastic! We were in a bit of a pickle since we were traveling, and she understood completely. She was willing to work with us and overall, she was just awesome! If we are ever back in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

It was comfortable, clean, good price and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect place to get some rest on the road.

Location was convenient- right off of I-65. So super easy to jump back on the interstate for traveling. It was pricey for the quality of hotel, in our opinion. The holiday in next door did have lower night rate however did not allow dogs. We were happy to find this hotel as a quick stop to our destination. The breakfast in the lobby was packed but the staff worked effortlessly to keep it stocked. All you could ask for was there for breakfast. We were pleased.

I made a reservation online then immediately tried to cancel it because it was farther than we could travel that night. I called the call center and was told to call the front desk. There was no answer at the front desk at 10pm when the call was placed. When I stopped at the motel the next morning the front staff said the owners were not awake and would call me when they were at 10. I called back at 11:30 and was told they said they would not give a refund. I again asked to speak to the owner who was unavailable, have not heard back. Also this is a Motel where the rooms open directly to the parking lot. The pictures on the website do not show that. (Purposely I’m guessing)

It was a small town motel. There were roaches in the room, but the decor was nice. Service was less than ample, certainly below average.

I wish I could write this 0 stars! This was the worst hotel experience of my life. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted by a plethora of potholes that could swallow a small car. If that wasn’t bad enough, I saw bedbugs crawling around the lot. Absolutely disgusting! To top it all off, I witnessed people kissing their cousins right there in public. How is this acceptable in any civilized establishment? This place is a nightmare. Avoid it at all costs! And to add insult to injury, my car broke down after we left, probably because of those potholes filled with cigarettes and dogwater.

We booked two rooms. Called a week ahead of time to cancel one of them. The employee said “ok, it’s cancelled!” When we arrive it wasn’t cancelled . Hotel desk says we had to call 3rd party to cancel. That is perfectly reasonable, BUT they told us they had it taken care of. Stand by your word. I called customer service line, it was terrible

The customer service with this hotel is really the only exceptional thing I can say about it. I had the worst sleep of my life here and I only slept here for one night. The bed was really hard and lumpy. I woke up with a kink in my back that caused me problems the rest of my trip. The people above me woke up at 5 am and it sounded like the were pacing the room for 4 hours. It's not that it sounded like they had heavy feet. It sounded like the floor was going to cave in. The doors are not well sealed. So light comes through around the entire thing and you can hear every detail of every person's conversations as they walk past your door. The TV channels sucked and the remote didn't work. I was too tired to deal with it. The salt water pool was a nice touch, but really small for the amount of people who use it. The view of the sunset was nice and you couldn't hear the interstate. The breakfast was nothing special, but did the job. The water pressure and the temperature was pretty good. The rooms are dated, but not dirty.

Very comfortable overnight stay. We had an accessible room so the tub / shower was a little different than others. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. They do offer breakfast items but we opted for Shoney’s that was located in the same town.
