We were traveling through Clanton to Gulf Shores for our vacation. This property was well maintained & very clean. We enjoyed our peaceful nights rest. We didn't use the shower so we can't comment on the water pressure but it was clean. The sink water pressure was great. The TV worked and we slept well. The morning breakfast was good for what we ate. We did like the little omelet although we know they come in frozen they were still good. The lady working the front desk was a delight when we arrived. Nice place to stay.

Yes Pictures of the shower. I had to get my glasses out to find out how to run it! Sometimes as humans I think we get too clever in our mechanisms. Enjoyed our stay along with the king size bed. Very very comfortable. Breakfast was average but filling. This Best Western is on my " to return list". Found Rachel the night clerk to be excellent and very very knowledgeable about the area

Very nice stay! Wasn't loud the air worked. Clean spacious rooms. Breakfast good and hot. And the staff Trisha and Rachel were great!!!

The front desk staff was very informative and nice to chat with. She made recommendations for restaurants and told us about area. The grounds, pool, building, and room were all very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was nice i would definitely stay again. Clean beds and the staff was really nice. The water to the showers was hot. We came down for breakfast at the last minute and they even re stocked everything. Would definitely stay here again.

First off I'm never the one to complain unless it's really necessary! We booked a room for the 4th of July weekend coming from Michigan to attend a family reunion. When we arrived for our 3 o'clock check I'm, my wife goes in to the front desk and had to wait on the clerk which appeared after a few minutes with another employee who both were rude and gave my wife no eye contact! Quickly explained a few details about our stay, then as we get to our assigned room it's not even ready they're just starting to clean the room while we waited almost a half hour watching her finish our room which I mentioned was booked weeks in advance prior to arrival. When the room was finally available, the cleaning lady did apologize for the wait which still should've been ready for us especially when there were only 3 other cars in the lot, so its not like they were overwhelmed and why give us a room that's not ready for us at check in! We go in and start bringing in the luggage as I go to return to my vehicle to retrieve more of our things the inside doorknob falls off! The bedding was damp, and a few bugs hanging out in the room! The one thing that was great, was the breakfast other than that the service and communication was pathetic! At checkout there wasn't anyone at the front desk AGAIN! Bad experience and will never book there if I ever had to visit Clanton, AL again.

This was an overnight stop on our way to Florida. The room was clean and smelled clean for a smoking room. Very close to the hwy but not noisy. The only problem was the door had to be slammed to close fully. Older facility but in pretty good shape

Best hotel yet in our week of traveling and hotel hopping!! I was honestly surprised by Best Western. Old school Best Westerns were kinda dumpy. This place was not! Looked amazing pulling up to it. The night clerk stayed up for us since we informed them we were an after 10 check in and she was kind. The room was nice. The bed awesome! My tall husband was happy cause they are cal kings and not just kings. Air conditioning was quiet and the room was cool. Loved the massage shower head. Didn't hear our neighbors. There was breakfast. GREATEST HOTEL!!!! Will stop again if in the area.

We had been camping in our camper in Tennessee when we started having lots of issues w our a/c in the middle of the night so we decided to head back home. We needed a place to stay for the night that could accommodate our truck and camper. I called around to several hotels that all said they were too full or their parking lots could not accommodate us. The staff (Rachel and Trish?) at this place was more than sympathetic to our situation and graciously accommodating. They even gave us a room right next to where we needed to park which was a saving grace. The room was clean, and even though it was a “pet friendly “ room, it had absolutely no pet odors. Thanks so much for helping us!!!!

So we travel a lot and i do a lot of reviews, im going to give this hotel a 5 star fir the following reasons. Very clean, very nice updated room, very nice staff. I do want to fault them on the breakfast, the coffee wasnt even drinkable it was a step above warm water, and no food other than cold cereal and some danishes. The chairs weren’t even available to sit in. I understand during the heights of covid they had to do this. But theres enough people vaccinated and most people are considerate of one another, so a decent breakfast should be served again. But i would stay again!

Clean. Friendly. Accomodating to special requests. The room is spacious and the bathroom especially so. Not only was the room clean but it also smelled clean. Not scented, just fresh. Didn't stay long due to our schedule but I am more than happy with the experience.

Spacious accommodating rooms. I was not happy with all the outside noise I was hearing throughout the night and the stomping. Fit and finish inside the room could use some work for what you are paying. Bed was too stiff for my taste and the pillows were tiny. Remember with Covid, continental breakfast is most hotels are mostly just pastries and coffee. don’t expect a hot breakfast
