I had booked a room with King size bed on the ground floor 26 days before our arrival on June 1. When I arrived I was advised that the King size bed room was not available and we would have to take 2 queen size beds. We got checked into this room and was settled in when the overhead light in the vanity area was not working and we reported to management. We were advised that maintenance did not have any light bulbs and would order some. This was not acceptable so management said they could put us in another room, we had already unpacked and stocked the refrigerator so we said no that would be too much trouble. They did offer extra points which was not entertaining to me. The next morning there was a huge roach crawling on the ceiling of our room. My husband killed it and we turned it into the night checkout person who raked it into the trash can and made no apology comment. We will not be staying at this hotel in the future (which we have stayed many times prior to this visit on our travels up North).

The new interior to the rooms was really nice, but they have a new faucet system that makes no sense, and instead of explaining that upon check-in, they didn't say anything. Didn't get to shower, and when I checked out I told them about it. Instead of explaining it professionally, the front desk lady had an attitude and sarcastically asked "it didn't work or you couldn't figure out how to work it?" Rude people can make even the best of hotels a bad experience.

The room was spacious and most importantly clean! Bed was comfortable! This may sound weird, but I loved the shower head! Great water pressure! Quiet. Great sleep! No funky smell! Hope this helps!

It was very nice for the price. I showed them the cheapest price I found online and they gave me the room for that price. Breakfast is what you'd expect. Heatable sausage and biscuits, waffle maker, cereal dispenser. It was clean and staff was friendly! Our room was lovely and clean. Bed bug free lol, I always check that first!

It was a nice clean hotel. Jaysin was very helpful with direction and places to eat. There is a cute little park called Peach Park across the street if you have children. My only complaint would be the bathroom light was tricky turning on and was kind of like a strobe when it was on. Would suggest they fix that. Otherwise a pleasant stop for a night.
