We had been camping in our camper in Tennessee when we started having lots of issues w our a/c in the middle of the night so we decided to head back home. We needed a place to stay for the night that could accommodate our truck and camper. I called around to several hotels that all said they were too full or their parking lots could not accommodate us. The staff (Rachel and Trish?) at this place was more than sympathetic to our situation and graciously accommodating. They even gave us a room right next to where we needed to park which was a saving grace. The room was clean, and even though it was a “pet friendly “ room, it had absolutely no pet odors. Thanks so much for helping us!!!!

So we travel a lot and i do a lot of reviews, im going to give this hotel a 5 star fir the following reasons. Very clean, very nice updated room, very nice staff. I do want to fault them on the breakfast, the coffee wasnt even drinkable it was a step above warm water, and no food other than cold cereal and some danishes. The chairs weren’t even available to sit in. I understand during the heights of covid they had to do this. But theres enough people vaccinated and most people are considerate of one another, so a decent breakfast should be served again. But i would stay again!

Clean. Friendly. Accomodating to special requests. The room is spacious and the bathroom especially so. Not only was the room clean but it also smelled clean. Not scented, just fresh. Didn't stay long due to our schedule but I am more than happy with the experience.

Spacious accommodating rooms. I was not happy with all the outside noise I was hearing throughout the night and the stomping. Fit and finish inside the room could use some work for what you are paying. Bed was too stiff for my taste and the pillows were tiny. Remember with Covid, continental breakfast is most hotels are mostly just pastries and coffee. don’t expect a hot breakfast

Very convenient. Right off I 65. Great hotel. It had been a while since we stayed in. BW. We were very impressed. Everything was very clean and well kept. Pet friendly is always a plus. Breakfast was organized and easy to access. Nice selection of items. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was good overall. Breakfast was terrible! Everything was old and reheated. The juice was so watered down it was no longer juice. We stayed four days, and asked if they could make it a little bit fresher, but the lady just stared at us and said sorry.

Semi truck parking available in a small lot next door. The room was clean. The AC was super cold. The beds were comfortable and I slept great. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. I would definitely recommend this place.

I’m a regular at this hotel and have been for over a year now and I have to say, the staff here is remarkable! Trish, Rachel, Casey and Janey are my absolute favorites! They go way above and beyond to make sure my stay is perfect. There are other hotels in the area that save a few dollars but it’s worth it to stay here because of the top notch service, quality and cleanliness. I’m very picky about these things and it’s these 4 that make the difference! If you’re in this area, this is where you want to stay!

The front desk staff were professional and accommodating The room was clean. I sat on the floor to do yoga and it was even clean from that perspective as well. It was centrally located. While you are there walk down to River Park and get dessert, yum.

For the area it is really nice. Only downside is if you are in the rooms in the one area (I was in 225) their pet friendly rooms are right below you. Hopefully you'll be luckier than me and not have numerous dogs barking. Rooms are clean as well as bedding. The other downfall is there was an overwhelming odor of cheap cleaner in the room which made for an instant headache.

Front desk staff - friendly. Breakfast - fresh and we'll stocked. Housekeeping- could've waited to bang on my door. But very apologetic (especially when they realized they were misinformed and we were still there). Beds were comfortable, but the need to have an extra blanket available. I like a cold room and my husband has NO body heat. (Sorry honey!) Best thing? THEY'RE PET FRIENDLY!! They just need an area to walk dogs. Every piece of grass had a sign saying not to walk your dog on it...

Room was well preserved and had a king sized bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The only negative was the shower in the bathroom. It was set up as one for the elderly or disabled with the shower head on a sliding vertical rail. If the room was used by a wheelchair user it would have been difficult to use the shower because it was mounted over a narrow bathtub with no walk-in/roll-in access. The maximum height adjustment of the shower head meant that the water stream hit the middle of my chest (I'm 6' 2") so washing my hair and upper body was a bit challenging.

This place is a hidden gem. The free breakfast was better than any I have had in the past. They have so many extras like whipped cream and chocolates chips for the waffles. They had cheese omelets and sugar free syrup plus biscuits and gravy with link sausage to boot. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had for free.

Everything and everyone was great. The rooms were pretty nice. The only thing, it is pet friendly, but there are signs that say not to walk your dog on grass. Those signs are posted ALL THE WAY AROUND the motel. However, there is a field across the street you can use. If you're handicapped and/or cannot walk far, this is not the place to stay.

We checked in today and the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The lobby and front desk area was very clean and nice. We got to our room to discover a problem with a musty smell. The clerk helped get us into another room right away. She was very good and concerned that we were happy with our accommodations.
