We have booked a 3 night stay for the holiday weekend, but will be leaving a day early due to several factors regarding this campground. We were not told when we made the reservations several weeks ago that the showers/restrooms were not open. There were no dryers in the laundry facility that were operating, and there is entirely too much highway noise. The campers are packed in here like sardines. We reserved a pull thru site and got a back in. There are more permanent residents in this park than visitors. It has a VERY redneck atmosphere. We have no picnic table on our site and a cracked patio slab. The nightly rate was not reduced due to having no facilities!! Will NOT stay here again or recommend to anyone else.

Very accommodating staff. Was able to get a site on one day notice and was than able to extend a day beyond original departure date. Location is close to just about everything in town. Sites are clean. Water pressure is high so make sure to have a pressure regulator. There is a great deal of highway noise as the campground is next to I-40. Great location for an overnight stop or for a base to explore the area, including Sedona which is about 35 minutes south. Would stay again.

We booked this park for 5 days. We reserved a pull through site. However they put a TT on the back of our pull through so we had to take our coach to another parking lot to attach our car back. These sites are extremely close together. There are more full timers here than visitors. The property has no landscaping and is dirty. Went to do laundry and only one dryer works and the place was dirty. We are leaving a day early because of all of this. I will say the staff at the office and steakhouse were very nice. We will not stay here again.

Average place, the staff were nice. Right next to the interstate so you have constant road noise and an occasional passing of a train. The laundromat was clean but only had one working drier that ran extremely hot so you had to babysit it or else have burnt polyester. Most of the park is inhabited by full timers but they are friendly and quiet.

I have only submitted a review like this once in all the years I have written a review. The owners have let this RV park go downhill. The grounds are all weeds. The cement patios are so broken that I am surprised we didn't fall. We went into the laundromat and the best thing I can say is disgusting. The floors look like they have never been cleaned and there is hair and dirt all over the machines. The only nice thing I can say is that the maintenance man is a hard worker and trys to keep up with all the problems. Do not waste your money. The owners need to step up and correct the problems

From check in to departure, all exceeded our expectations after reading many negative reviews prior to arriving. Check in staff were pleasant and very informative. We were in lot 17 and our friends were in lot 9. Even though tractor trailer parking lot was right across from us, we did not experience diesel fumes or loud noises. Had enjoyable time meeting other RVer's and nice hiking trails across road. Would definitely stay there again.

Food was excellent. Great steaks, mashed potatoes prepared with heavy cream, and the green chili with prime rib chunks was the best green chili I've ever had. The entertainment was a musical revue performed by the wait staff. OUTSTANDING! Right across from Little America. Absolutely loved our dinner experience.

Great pines! We travel in a 40 foot motorhome towing a 26 foot trailer ... no problem staying here. Park was a little older, but clean and open enough for us to get in and get settled. We used it as a starting point for various day trips in the area. There were quiet a few long time residents with older units but everyone was friendly. Someone complained above about four wheelers ... saw one, parked, no noise. Close to the highway but far enough from the road to not hear traffic. Would stay again. Prices were reasonable.

We stayed two nights at Black Barts RV Park in Flagstaff, Arizona in October 2019. We checked in after hours and we were given clear directions to our site, despite it being dark out the site was easy to find. The park was spacious with clean restrooms and the option to do laundry. Pull through sites and full hookups available. There is an on site restaurant where we did not eat, but seemed to be popular. The woman working the office was kind and helpful on both days of our stay. The four star rating is not a reflection of the campground itself, the cleanliness, or the wonderful staff. The park was right next to a major interstate and you can hear traffic all night. We would definitely stay here again.

Black Bart's RV park is a really good place to use as base camp for visits to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and other nearby places. Right off I40 and very near I17. The park itself is clean, large, level spaces, some spots have grassy areas, great front desk gals. The bathroom/shower are clean and well maintained. There is an onsite laundry reasonably priced. The reason I gave 4 stars is for the laundry room, there were only 3 dryers working for 8 washers. There is good walking around the park for your dog as well. The steak house on site is very good, a little pricey but you do get good entertainment while dining. The servers take turns singing as well as a group chorus. They are college and high school performing art students that get to hone their skill while doing their jobs. Pretty cool idea.

We drove our camper van in here from California. Everything, from the reservation to our stay, was absolutely wonderful. The woman (Wish I could remember her name!) who helped us when we got there was very friendly and welcoming, providing us with great information about the area. The facilities are top of the line: very clean, hot, and convenient showers; the laundry facilities were wonderful as well! We didn’t eat at the steak house on site, but only because we were spending one night in Flagstaff and wanted to see downtown. Everyone highly recommended it though! Wish we were staying more than one night!

Nice park, very close quarters, but we expected that going in , showers and bathrooms were very clean. It was a great bar camp for flagstaff. Cost 40 per night with good Sam discount, staff were very nice. It was quiet. Would recommend.

The staff was helpful. We spent one night here. Most of the sites are shared and 2 of the dryers were out of order along with 1 of the washing machines. No change machine or soaps available in the wash room but that's not abnormal for an RV park. The grounds were kept to a mediocre condition. There was a cement slab next to our site where it appeared that a picnic table should have been. The hook-ups are really far away so make sure you've got extra long hoses to reach. We won't stay here again.

We enjoyed the evening. Food was a little expensive. Quality better than average but not wonderful. We enjoyed the music for the most part. The piano player was very good, but the mix wasn't good, it was hard to hear the singers over the piano. We'll probably go back.
