The atmosphere was good. The singing waiters put on a very entertaining show. I came with a very large party the service was friendly and attentive. However, the prices are expensive. I know beef is high but this was really expensive 32$ for 8oz of prime rib as an example. My friend ordered a hamburger that cost 16$ and he had to send it back several times because it wasn't cooked as requested, he eventually just gave up. If you don't mind the prices its a great and fun environment for a date.

Slots are very close together, barely room for a picnic in between and even put two per slot in many cases.. Showers were clean and water hot. Restaurant was out of my budget at $16 for a burger, cheapest thing on the menu too. Price was reasonable for the area for the one night I stated while passing through.

The servers all take turns singing, we really enjoyed this. This is not a quite place but great for old fashioned entertainment. Sometimes they do group numbers, so you'll need to have a bit of flexibility toward your waiter/waitress. Food wasn't cheap but we had steaks and they were very good, and you get entertainment. Over all a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay. Site management was friendly and helpful. The facilities need updating. The restrooms are shared with the on-site steakhouse restaurant and are inadequate for handicapped visitors. The showers, though good, are arranged oddly and don't include handicapped features. Access to the facilities has no ramp and involves several stairs. Lots of laundry equipment was either non functional or limping.

We've stayed here a few times passing through and will again I'm sure. They seem friendly here. It's clean. We have never went to the restaurant here though, we always make a tradition to go to cracker barrel and that is super close! Kind of right across the street. They have also worked with us before when we didn't care for the spot they had picked so we went back and they gave us another one. No problems. Will continue to use this place when we pass through.

This was a " sleeper" on our radar. Off 40 and E. Butler Road it was chosen bc AllStays App showed other in the area seasonally closed. Tall pines, gravel sites with stationary picnic tabes with FHUs was clean, pet friendly, a few season residents, but quiet and secure. Locked coded resturants and showers. Office/ gift shop/ store was already lite for the holidays as was a dinner theater on site. A 9 ' tree as well as a 7 ft in the smaller room along with the elk decked in a Santa hat and ornaments dangling from his antlers set the mood for the crackling fireplace and singing service staff that rotated for solo or group performances of carols, disney, rock and pop. Price begins at 15.00-42.00, but offset with 10% discount for RVers. Easy on and off . View of mountian peaks thru. Family friendly. Official name for theater is Steakhouse and the food was cooked to perfection inspite of being busy . Unique dinner rolls. No pet area, though allowed on leash. Only draw back store/ office does not reopen until 9 am. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

I travel through Northern Arizona a lot with my small trailer and this place is awesome. The bathrooms and showers are newly remodeled so they are in AWESOME shape. Secure locked doors too which is important to single ladies!! The staff is pleasant and very helpful with directions! The steakhouse has the best steak in town and you get entertainment as well!!!
