Wonderful owner and staff. Great neighbors. Well kept sites when weather permits. Will continue to stop there when traveling.

Run down to the point they will never recover. Office was NASTY. Polite staff. Laundry was clean. Mostly permanent rv's. Next to us was a motor home that was green with an abandoned VW to match. Helen was very friendly but gentleman at laundry made it very clear to us we weren't welcome there.

This was perfect for what we needed. It was opened in the 30s I think as a camping/swimming spot but no more swimming. There are full timers and construction workers however everyone we met was polite and courteous. The campground is quiet with no partying and it was located about 30 minutes from downtown Birmingham. We were about 15 minutes from Cahaba river which had hiking and excellent mountain bike trails. About 20 minutes from Moss Rock for hiking. About 25 minutes from Vulcan park/museum. About 20 minutes from coke ovens park which was interesting. We were there for a month in a fifth wheel. I’d definitely go back.

Large campground with beautiful private lake. There seemed to be a lot of long-term residents. My wife and I spoke to several of them and everyone was nice. We were assigned us pull-through full hookup site #6. It was a bit tough to level but we got it done. Unfortunately a terrible ant infestation occurred on our third day. Make sure to spray lots of bug killer around your wheels and jacks if you stay at this site. Office staff members Regina and Rebekah were incredibly kind! Rebekah went out over her way to mention local places of interest. Regina also said that it was ok to wash our tow car. Thank you so much! The campground wifi worked great if we stood in the back of our motorhome. No complaints though because it was free. My AT&T phone had a weak signal (only 1 bar) and the hotspot didn't work. Decent laundry facilities and it was only $2.00 to either wash or dry.

Old and run down but still enjoyable. Lady running the place is sketchy and not pleasant but I would actually stay there again despite her.

First time there. Is a big park, easy to park the RV's. Clean bathrooms and showers. I recommend it.

Family owned campground in a beautiful and peaceful setting. There's a library/general store and a lake to enjoy. Owners are wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Only been here a couple of days of our month and a half stay. Our site is level and has nice shade which is precious in this 90 degree weather. Very quiet park - what we like. The staff we've met - Regina, Rebecca and Tony - are friendly and accommodating. We will be staying here again.

They provide a military rate for camping. Outstanding. They are top of the world helpful in getting setup. I love rv parks like this

Have been here a couple of months and live the place. Management does a great job keeping the place spruced up and clean. Great neighbors and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a place to park overnight or extended time.
