Wanted a room with a hot bathtub. Nothing fancy just a regular shower tub combo. 1st room 2~3 hours no hot water. Maintenace said too many workers taking showers? Also workers next room havinga party / visitation while we waiter for heater to warm up? 2nd room 3 hours later has hot water but the bath tub stopper wont work. Uggh! We ended up at Best western. Much better rooms and working baths with very hot water.

This place sucks . Keys didn't work 3 times with tree different keys. The bar code was damage on keys. Doors was locked at front desk waited out side for someone to answer. It's real cold outside . She said if the key don't work again call her and it didn't work again . All I wanted to do is get some sleep. I have kids with me this is ridiculous. The heater don't blow out fast . The tv you have to manually push it.

The hotel needed a lot of maintenance and repair. The rooms were old an needed work. The tub did not drain properly and ac/heater rattled quite a bit. Would mot stay here again

The best place to stay in central Alabama--- especially at its awesome low price; I stayed for 10 days and it really made the saying, "sweet home Alabama," stick! Actually, I ended up staying here for an extended stay. First, I will always miss this time in my life. I was living a simple and good life, not a care in the world at a ridiculously cheap price. Stay the night and see for yourself. When you do stay here, I recommend getting a room on the inner part of the second floor, there is a surprisingly beautiful view of the little city named Clanton. I will be staying here again soon, and I plan on taking one last picture, for my time in Alabama will be over.

The staff were great, but the place is run down and dirty. The room itself was damp. The bedding was really old. Two pulled that had seen better days and thin sheet with the bed spread. The hot water for the shower was minimal. The breakfast buffet was a joke. Cold honeybuns and stale muffins. Thankfully the room was cheap.

Stayed here on our way to Joplin and we enjoyed our stay. The best staff a hotel could ask for, they were remodeling rooms and we don't know if ours had been done yet or not but it was clean and inviting. Definitely will stay again.

The room was clean but the smells from the cleaner like a starch smell ajax maybe and bleach smell was overwhelming it made my eyes irritated and throat hurt. However it was clean this hotel clearly needs updated remodeled but i suppose for the price u get what u pay for. Ill say they were much friendlier than the Patels at best western and holiday inn.

Disgusted! I checked in about 6 pm & by around 9 pm I started to shower for bed, but noticed there were no towels, no washcloths or anything. I call the front desk (now about 9:30pm) to sort everything out & I notice that there is trash/debris behind & around the night stands. I take a closer look & realize the debris was marijuana along with pieces of pills. 10pm rolls around, still no towels, I call again & desk representive claims she's on her way now, so I gather up the items I found in the room & wait another 45 minutes for her to arrive with my towels. When I showed her what was in my room, she gave me this "what did you expect" look & told me to throw it away. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism & customer satisfaction.

Stayed here on the way to Florida, had bed bugs in bed and toilet was loud and running the whole night. Called the front desk and complained didn't seem too interested and seems like this happens quite a bit from all the reviews I've seen. Definitely get what you pay for..

My wife and I desperately needed a place to rest dureing a long trip. We didn't book a room beforehand because this was an emergency stop and it was very early morning, so they were booked full. But the receptionist's, Megan and Bobby, were so kind as to call every other rest area within a safe distance with no luck, then to check their books and call and wake up their boss to see if anything can be done at all. They ended up making a way for us to stay, and didn't even charge us what they could have, even more so trying to apologize for any inconvenience, even though they put all of their attention and effort into making sure we were taken care of. The room itself wasn't anything special, but it was clean, had a bathroom and shower with cleaning supplies, 2 beds, a TV, fridge, coffee maker with supplies, microwave, A/C enough to freeze the room, and a door heavy enough and enough locks to make us feel safe no matter what. Oh and the beds were comfortable. We plan on always staying with Days Inn in the future because of this wonderful experience. We don't know what would have happened to us if they hadn't done what they did for us.

Check in JUNE 9TH CHECK OUT JUNE 10 The only reason for not leaving wad no other rooms available anywhere. THE FRONT DESK HELP AND MANAGER QERE AWESOME. Did everything they could to apes all the guest in line and a few behind me were not happy. Now for the hotel As far as a WYNDOM HOTEL GOES, This is a Dump. Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were the worst. The pillows looks as if they had taken an assortment of filling to make up pillows. The Bed Spread had a bad oder. The Carpet Stinks, and toilet tank broken , very little hot water. see pictures attached, this was suppose to be a newly renovated room.... NOT.....NOT... NOT EVEN...if someone paid for this work they got ripped off.

I checked in June 7th around 9:30pm i walked in and was not greated by the receptionist until i said hello to her first. She then proceeded to tell me the rate for the night and check me in. She asked for my ID and Credit Card once i gave it to her she swiped it and then proceeded to toss it "yes you read right" tossed it on the counter in my direction and went about printing me a key. I was assigned room 105 my husband and i walked in and where smacked in the face with a mixture of musk, old sheets and cigarette smell. I went to the front desk and explained that i couldnt stay in this room. She was accommodating and told me to check room 104 at first glance it was fine so we took it. I walked into the bathroom which was more like a closset it was so tight that you couldnt open the door if you were sitting on the toilet. I grabbed the small rug that rest on the tub and layed it down on the grown but it was wet as if someone had used it. I looked past it assuming it was no big deal but as soon as i moved the bathroom curtain i found 3 long black strands of hair in the tub and on the ledge also on my towel. Before even using it and getting in. Again i looked past it because i was so tired from our long road trip and just wanted to go to bed. Shortly after my husband went to use the restroom and there was pee on the toilet lid he called me in to show me we raised the lid and there was pee underneath it as well. It is safe to say that i wouldnt stay in this hotel again even if it was free. Worse experience ive ever had. Plus the outdated blanket and flat worn down pillows left a bitter taste in mine and my husbands mouth.

Room was clean, internet worked well. The morning staff was rude when I came for breakfast and when I was packing up my belongings to my vehicle ahead of check out time I was harrassed by same staff lady wanting to start sweeping my room before I had completely removed my belongings. Very rude and overpriced for the area.

We slept comfortably in room 123's king bed. It has a microwave and refrigerator with a freezer. This was perfect for us because we travel with a cooler and like to freeze our water bottles instead of keeping ice. The shower was hot and had excellent water pressure as well as one of those heads with optional pressure types. The A/C was blasting ice cold air when we arrived which was a pleasant relief from the heat outside! We used our points and only paid $30 for the room and I would absolutely stay here again!

Disgusting! Don't try it. They gave us a "new room" and we didn't even unpack the suitcases. The mattresses were 30+ years old and had holes in them and all around the box springs. Shady people hanging around outside. Unless you want to buu herion from the comfort of your room dont bother.
