Friendly and helpful staff. Concrete site was level and comfortable for a 45 foot toyhauler. Pool was large and clean. Had an issue with hooking sewer hose up but maintenance team came to campsite within a couple minutes and resolved the issue. Staff constantly roaming making us feel more safe to leave some items outside the rv. They picked up trash at our site. Saw a few large mouth bass popping the water top but they apparently didn't like what I was cooking. Still fun though. Rented kayaks and a paddle board with our family that visited. Had smooth and clear water for the most part. There was some algae growing on water surface. Club house has a full kitchen, tv, comfortable furniture and a billiards table. Nice set up all away around. We did not venture to the caverns this trip but will when we return.

What a great 10 days! Arrived late and someone met us out front, very accomodating. Moved us into a site the would fit our rig better, no additional charge! Clean facilities, modern and updated. Very friendly and helpful staff, could not ask for more. Highly recommended!!

Loved this resort. Still rebuilding from the tornado, the landscaping is well cared for and they are putting a lot of time and effort into the appearance of this park. The staff was super helpful and went out of their way to help me with issues that I had with my RV. I loved being on the lake and was able to rent a kayak and SUP on site. The lake is so clear and you can see so many fish, turtles, giant carp and beautiful herons. I would definitely return to this park again. I have not experienced staff as helpful as this anywhere else.

We originally had an RV camper booked. However change of plans we had to cancel and ended up using our credit for a small cabin months later Nov 2 and 3rd since the RVs no longer existed. Great staff, great location, if you have an RV - great in and out. We arrived and shown to our cabin. It had not been prepped. After an hour and half, the split A/Cs were not working. While at dinner out, they left a key to another cabin in our original cabin. We moved all our stuff. That a/c worked, but the bed was felt like a pack and play mattress. The little cabins are super nice but not worth $250.

This review would be too many words if I were to express all that we appreciate about our stay here. We were under mandatory evacuation from Hurricane Milton, and found this place to stay. The easy to set up campsites for the RVs amazing cabins, with some of the best hot water and internet I’ve ever had at a cabin are not what makes this park the best I’ve ever stayed at. No, it’s the people. They went above and beyond at making us feel welcome, wanted, and cared for. From making exceptions for the many animals, to all the cars of family members, the late nights, and even letting us in to a cabin before the parties all arrived. They were amazing. I would come back here for vacation, running from a hurricane, or just to thank the many staff members that helped us during our time there.

Beautiful place for our overnight on the way to Panama City. Pay for the concrete pads area. We didn't and wish we would have.

We had two premium concrete RV sites this past weekend for a 4 night 5 day trip. I had originally booked two sites near the swimming beach at the pond, and honestly wish I hadn't let the booking lady talk me into the "100 foot plus" sites. My original two sites would have been much nicer. When my parents opened their tower to plug in, it literally threw sparks at them! Our 30amp tripped at least 6 times over our stay (that's never happened at any other park). My husband is an electrician, and he was able to get us up and running, but I feel bad for travelers who might not know. We were supposed to have a nice waterfront view, but the entire water area near our sites were overgrown with plants. The miles long pond is covered in algae from a recent storm. There isn't really anything the park can do about that EXCEPT when directly asked on their Facebook page over the phone about it, they misled us by saying they expected it to clear up in a day or two "we plan to post photos soon". It never cleared up, we never had use of the pond. The park was hit by a tornado in January, so I'm giving them a lot of leeway; however, the one bath house that's still functional (the other doesn't have ventilation/AC) has a keypad lock that we could NEVER get to work for the women's room. So, while we were using the pool, we had to walk all the way back to our site to use the restroom. I was surprised to see that the park is NOT gated at night. Anyone can drive in at any time. The $85+ dollar a night sites don't have any firepits. Just a small concrete pad that barely fits a picnic table. The gentleman who is the park host was really nice. It was horrific to hear about what happened with the tornado. The county doesn't have a tornado warning system, so there wasn't even a warning. We were happy to hear there were no deaths, but there were a number of injuries as everyone was still in their RVs when the storm hit.

If you read a bad review they are 100% correct. A lot of money for nothing. And nothing like the photos or advertisements. The pool was horrible. The swimming area was more like a mud hole. Could not even see the bottom of the so called clear lake for all the weeds.Don't waste your money.

My husband has been fixing roofs in the area and on the restaurant and gas station, the area is beautiful. We have fished at mill pond and it's so peaceful.
