Have stayed 3/4 times and will be back. Great location. Friendly, helpful people in the office and on carts that pickup trash. The restaurant attached to the service station is just fabulous. Very friendly, great food and very reasonable prices. We haven't tried the strawberry shortcake yet, but definitely will the next visit. Clean grounds. Clean laundry. Large meeting house. Gas fireplace with chairs outside. Enjoyed it. No smoke smell afterward. Clean pool. Dog park. Very enjoyable.

Hurricane Michael destroyed this place 5 years ago. It has been a process but the rebuild is amazing. Concrete slabs, 100 amp hook-ups, newly renovated pool, 6 Luxury Cabins and a Koi pond has been established. Kayaks, canoes and paddle boards to rent and clean facilities. Every time I return I look forward to what has been added or upgraded! The staff is amazing. Chuck, Kurt, Linda, Amanda, Penny, Joey and Benny…until next time!

Such a beautiful, well-kept resort! VERY friendly staff, phenomenal little town. But best of all, the lake and springs feeding it, along with the underwater caves, are breath taking. Can't wait for our next trip(s) here. We are in PC, but it's a worthwhile 1 hr trip for a great little vacation!

First of all, let me say that this is a beautiful campground, that the OWNER has worked hard on a made a huge investment in his property, they have both grass and level cement sites and up to 100 amps of power. The real problem I have is the workamping opportunity we experienced while here. The Managers wife (Darla) does not hesitate to scream at and belittle workampers. She has also knocked on workampers doors on their day off to scream at them about how they trimmed a rose bush. So loud it was heard through most of the campground. She has been known to ask customers "how do you afford to stay here"?, following up with "your what's wrong with America". Remind you Darla is NOT any kind of employee and NOT a manager or supervisor. The Manager (Chuck) has adapted Darlas people skills by screaming at workampers, one workamper in particular asked to go in the office to discuss it, Chuck refused, ad screamed and berated him in front of other workampers. The deal for workampers used to be a laid back job, it is trade for site only, but that has changed, and now workampers will do whatever is asked, there will be no comments or discussion about it. This means digging irrigation ditches and holes, and helping with some aspects of cabin outside construction and unclogging sewers, that was never part of the aggrement. The workamper job is 25 hours a week combined, but some work 7 hours per day 5 days per week. Others do nothing, the "lawn mowing guy" dosent even show up, so others do his job, but his trailer is parked in the campground. We've workamped many years and this is absolutely the most dysfunctional management we have ever come across. Most workampers have left or are leaving because of Chuck and his Wife Darla.Theres also plenty of Pot Smoking in the campground, there has been at least one dog bite, either not reported or ignored by management. The is my how I see it and from my own experience. And protected free speech .It does not reflect the options of others

We stayed here one night as a pitstop. It is easy to get to from the interstate and the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. There are concrete pads and gravel/grass pads. We stayed on the concrete and had a nice view of the lake. The grounds were clean. Would stay again if we needed a place to stop at.

Great camping resort. Very helpfull and pleasant staff. We went to tour the Caverns and while there, it started to rain with heavy winds. They called us to let us know, but we were too gsr away. When we returned to our site, they had rolled our rv awning and secured our outdoor camping gear. So thankful for that!

Our favorite RV resort!! We travel for work and many of the areas we go to are rural. RV parks of this caliber are all but non-existent. This park is WONDERFUL. Recovering from devastating Hurricane Michael, they have done a great job turning this campground around!!! The manager is attentive and runs a great staff!!!! They are always ready to assist with any issues we have with our rig. I love the pool!! J

Stayed here for 6months. Been to 40 RV parks over 5yrs. The park has all amenities of a 5 star resort except a hot tub. You are right on the spring pond. There is a restaurant and convenient store. The entire area is peaceful calm and quiet. The only thing I could complain about in 6 months was the showers are push button... Understandable with high water bills in a state park natural spring area, plus most people aren't here long term to use showers constantly. During summer the dusk "no see ems" will come out eat your ankles raw if you stand still after dark for 2minutes ,beware. Lastly, I was neighbors with the park Managers. They are HUMBLE yet have GREAT RESOLVE. Experts in their management skills, X Military 🪖🎖️. No riff raff is tolerated and problems solved immediately while making you feel like you own the place 👑👍.

The park is just beautiful. I loved having a lake view out our front window. We got caught in hurricane Nichole and needed to get off the road. They made room for us. They were a bright spot on a bad day. I can't say enough good about them and we would definitely come back again. The roads through the park are paved and our site was a concrete pad. It definitely made leveling easy.

Loved the atmosphere. We stayed at site 4 with our motorhome overlooking the lake. Clubhouse with many board games, puzzles, library and pool table. Laundry Room. Pool is not heated.

Great family friendly park! We only stayed one night but wish we had more time to explore the park more. The staff are AMAZING. Extremely helpful & friendly. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

This place was fantastic! When you first arrive they guide you into your spot and help you get settled… (of course this keeps the noise level down when your wife is the one guiding and the husband is yelling). Staff was very friendly and helpful and always around. We felt safe at the campgrounds… beautiful scenery and the campground was very well kept… one of the best campgrounds we have stayed at to date… we will definitely return.

The people here are so extremely nice. They were going to help us out during hurricane Ian and give us a 15% discount, but we ended up canceling our reservation, so we never got to see the resort, but customer service was amazing!

We stayed two nights in a travel trailer permanently on-site. Being an RV park, I expected the trailer to show signs of wear and abuse from prior guests. Pleasantly surprised, the trailer was spotless and provided plenty of room for our family of four. The location is convenient to multiple state parks and Historic Marianna. The premises are well kept, most all construction is new and sturdy. Guests were courteous, staff was friendly and attentive, and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. We will be going back!
