Loved the atmosphere. We stayed at site 4 with our motorhome overlooking the lake. Clubhouse with many board games, puzzles, library and pool table. Laundry Room. Pool is not heated.

Great family friendly park! We only stayed one night but wish we had more time to explore the park more. The staff are AMAZING. Extremely helpful & friendly. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

This place was fantastic! When you first arrive they guide you into your spot and help you get settled… (of course this keeps the noise level down when your wife is the one guiding and the husband is yelling). Staff was very friendly and helpful and always around. We felt safe at the campgrounds… beautiful scenery and the campground was very well kept… one of the best campgrounds we have stayed at to date… we will definitely return.

The people here are so extremely nice. They were going to help us out during hurricane Ian and give us a 15% discount, but we ended up canceling our reservation, so we never got to see the resort, but customer service was amazing!

We stayed two nights in a travel trailer permanently on-site. Being an RV park, I expected the trailer to show signs of wear and abuse from prior guests. Pleasantly surprised, the trailer was spotless and provided plenty of room for our family of four. The location is convenient to multiple state parks and Historic Marianna. The premises are well kept, most all construction is new and sturdy. Guests were courteous, staff was friendly and attentive, and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. We will be going back!

Called park to make a reservation and was told on the phone that the pool was in service. Arrived to find out pool was out of service and had been for 3 days. Each day we would check with the front desk and was told something different each day as to why the pool did not work. Park staff is very rude and talked out of line to our kids for walking from our camper to a friends camper. Not gate at the front entrance so anyone can come and go as they please. For the price of this RV resort, you would think it was kept up with a lot better

We have stayed here prior and had a nice stay, this Memorial Day weekend was completely different. We made reservations months prior & were given our site #'s (we have a large group and asked to be put as close together as possible) upon arrival we learned that one of our spots had been given to a worker, even though our site #s were just confirmed again earlier in the week and PAID for in advance. Sites are very tight, very tight! Our units averaged 32 ft, we were literally having to jack-knife to get into our spots, so much so when leaving a back window got busted out trying to maneuver them out. The boat ramp.... OH THE BOAT RAMP MONITOR... We will call her KAREN ( "D" really a WIFE of an employee, NOT even a EMPLOYEE) She felt it was her responsibility to monitor the comings and goings, she disrespected paying guest for absolutely NO reason what so ever. We explained our delay and she was NOT having it, she used profanity at people, she was giving children a hard time, she made our getting out onto the pond a complete nightmare. We did have another employee come up and apologize for her behavior, we were told "she is not a people person", why in the world would the campground allow her to be down there harassing the guest? We had guest come in for the day, $15 a car to park, which I understand to a point, but what about a discounted weekend pass. I will say most of the other staff were nice. The female running the store allowed 2 underage boys to (10 &12) to purchase 5-hour energy bottles, who in their right mind would allow children to purchase these? The standing water around the pool bothered me, where is the water coming from? The pond is beautiful, if there is a way to get out on the pond without having to stay here, I suggest going that route. Also, the grass was knee high in most sites, cut the grass for goodness sake Overall we had a nice visit with our family, but unfortunately we will not be returning, which is a complete loss for the campground.

Beautiful little park on historic Merrit Mills Pond! The new owner is in the process of many upgrades and is even adding some tiny houses! Great place to chill and rent a kayak and drift down the crystal clear water! Great staff who are very friendly!

Great place to spend some time. The area is very nice and the RV Park is top notch. The sites are level and they look to be improving it still today. I’d recommend Florida Caverns RV Resort

This park is clean and well maintained. It was a welcome spot after a few days in other parks that resembled low rent trailer parks. The pond is beautiful; I saw several herons along the water's edge.

So far everything is going good. We have a premium site #2 and it is beautiful site. Yesterday they didn't tell us that the water was turned off but that is only thing that happen so far. No cable hook ups. And no complaints on the place but they are remodeling the pool (pool is closed) and they are adding 100amp ,so it is little messy and they have remodeling noise going on during the day. Totally understand why. The lady in the office is very nice.

Quiet park with exceptional view of the pond out our front windshield!! We had a Premium site ( site #4) right on the pond! Long level cement pads with full hookups are in the lower portion of the campground near the office with grass sites further back up a slight hill, where you'll need to level your camper. Quick access to the highway. Staff was very friendly. They're in the process of adding many more sites. We'll definitely be back here when in the area. We explored Marianna (did the flashlight tour of the caverns) and Tallahassee which was a little over an hour away.
