Great location, just a few minutes to the city center. Sites are paved and level. All hookups worked well. Pull throughs are perfect for a one nighter. A little pricey, but I would stay here again if I had to visit Birmingham.

I had a wonderful experience at Hoover Met RV Park! The park is clean, well-maintained, and offers sites with full hookups. Very quiet and other guests are super friendly! Also love that it is dog friendly! The location is fantastic, close to local attractions and outdoor activities. I highly recommend Hoover Met RV Park!

This RV park looks to be well maintained but when you’re actually in it, it’s not. There’s no dog park so naturally pet owners are walking their dogs around the park. Pet waste canisters and bags are provided yet for some reason, there’s poop all over the place. There’s also way more debris and garbage around than you’d expect. You’d think with a fully paved lot it would be level. Think again. My main issue with this place is there’s no posted speed limit so people fly through here; staff, residents, everyone. I’m relieved my kids aren’t with us as it wouldn’t be a safe place for them to ride their bikes or walk to the park that’s onsite. How do you offer 170 full hook up sites and not offer laundry facilities? That’s enough of the bad; the good news is that the park is quiet. You have access to the Finley center although it was closed for events most of the duration of our stay. The lots are all pull through so it’s easy to get in and out. This is the first park where the wifi has actually worked so that was nice.

Perfect location, absolutely level spaces, easy in and out. We were created by a friendly staff and we're surrounded by friendly rv'ers. Quiet and safe. Thanks so much

It's a parking lot with tight spaces but full hookup. Great for an overnight when passing through. Brewery is close by and is wonderful. Wouldn't stay very long as there is really nothing here other than asphalt.

For a parking lot, this makes a decent RV spot for a stop-over. We stayed here when our grandson was graduating from nearby Samford University. It's sparse as far as grass, trees or shade, but remember...it is a parking lot. There are hookups, it's fairly level but the spaces are really close together when it is full. Likely there is not room to extend awnings. I think it would really get uncomfortable for more than a day or two, unless it was only a spot to sleep and you were out enjoying other activities during the daytime. No amenities at all and no real interaction with any sort of staff except over the phone and email.

This is our 3rd time stopping off here (we stayed a week). It's always a great stop, clean, and well lit. you don't always get the spot you book, but there are always spots avail.1 drawback is that some people don't pick up after their dogs.

Great location with so much do surrounding the park. Full amenities at a very reasonable price.

Pilot style, phone number did not work. No parking for truck.
